The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: after the device is installed, a worker firstly sleeves the concave connecting base 3 at the position of the outer wall of the external fixing block, and enables the fixing round hole in the concave connecting base 3 to be aligned with the internal thread hole in the external fixing block, then passes through the fixing round hole in the concave connecting base 3 to be rotatably connected with the internal thread hole in the external fixing block, so that the concave connecting base 3 is fixedly connected with the external fixing block, then the worker respectively fixedly connects the three connecting flanges 1 with the flanges in external corresponding equipment through the fixing nut devices, after the whole device is installed, the whole device can be put into use, and when external liquid respectively enters the mixing pipe 6 through the connecting flange 1 at the left end of the mixing pipe 6 and the connecting flange 1 at the upper end of the external connecting pipe 7, the liquid is mixed through the first mixing unit 2 and the second mixing unit 8, after the mixing of the liquids is completed, the discharge work is performed through the coupling flange 1 at the right end of the mixing pipe 6, so that the whole apparatus can perform the mixing work.
