8. The environment-friendly electric spark wire cutting fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH value regulator is one or more selected from ammonium hydrogen phosphate, sodium borate and sodium citrate.

9. The environment-friendly electric spark wire cutting fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the viscosity modifier is one or more selected from polyvinyl alcohol, shellac and guar gum.

The environment-friendly electric spark wire cutting fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is one or more selected from ethanol, tributyl phosphate and silicone defoaming agent; and/or the color modifier is sky blue, red or green; and/or the odor regulator is lavender fragrance regulator, lemon fragrance regulator, cardamom fragrance regulator, rose fragrance regulator, chrysanthemum fragrance regulator or tea fragrance regulator.

Background

Along with the urbanization process of China, the agricultural culture disappears for thousands of years, and China also enters the industrialized era. The obvious characteristics of the industrialized era are the large-scale use of machines and the large-scale improvement of labor production efficiency. The large-scale use of the machine does not leave a large amount of machining. Machining is a traditional industry which has been in existence for thousands of years, and is a brand new industry. New machining techniques are continuously emerging, such as 3D printing, laser casting, wire electrical discharge machining, etc. The new processing technology can meet a plurality of new requirements, such as higher strength, higher precision, lower cost and the like. The new processing technology also has special requirements, such as constant temperature, constant humidity, ultra-clean and the like. The conventional machining technology also has new requirements under new technical conditions, such as surface rust prevention, environmental protection, machining precision, surface finish and the like.

Among them, wire electric discharge machining is a machining method which has appeared in the last 60 years. At present, two development modes exist at home and abroad, one is the special rapid wire-moving electric spark wire cutting in China, and the other is the slow wire-moving electric spark wire cutting. The difference ratio between the two is shown in table 1.

The basic principle of wire electrical discharge machining (as shown in fig. 1-2) is generally: applying a constant voltage between the workpiece and the electrode, and under the condition of close enough distance (0-100 microns), breaking down the electric field to form arc discharge; the high-temperature discharge of the electric arc instantly vaporizes the metal, and the vaporized and cooled metal powder is gradually taken away to form corresponding cutting. However, the positive electrode and the negative electrode are fused and volatilized simultaneously in the discharging process, and further certain negative effects are caused on the factors influencing the continuous work of wire electrode cutting, such as the service life of a wire electrode, and the like, and at present, people often solve the problem by the following methods: 1) keeping the workpiece unchanged, and moving the electrode wire at a speed of more than 8m/s, so that the heating volatilization time of the electrode wire is far shorter than that of the workpiece; 2) the workpiece is connected with the anode, the electrode wire is connected with the cathode, electrons generated by the electrode wire can rapidly heat the workpiece in a short time, the movement speed of cations generated by the workpiece is one ten-thousandth of the electrons, and the cutting electrode wire is further protected; 3) cooling the electrode wire in time by adopting the wire cutting fluid; 4) and an intermittent discharge mode is adopted, so that the electrode wire is further fully cooled. Through the improvement mode, the evaporation effect caused by discharge is different by tens of thousands of times, and then the cutting processing can be continuously carried out.

At present, a plurality of electric spark machine tool manufacturing bases such as Shenyang, Beijing, Chengdu, Wenzhou, Thai and the like exist in China, only 2 ten thousand fast electric spark wire cutting machine tools are produced and sold in Tazhou one year, and the market quantity of the fast electric spark wire cutting machine tools exceeds 20 ten thousand. The wire cutting fluid is an essential working medium in the wire cut electrical discharge machining, and the cooling, arc extinguishing and chip removal machining processes of the wire electrode are realized by the aid of the wire cutting fluid during the wire cut electrical discharge machining. At present, the wire cutting fluid suppliers seen on the market are dozens of manufacturers such as luxurious, good, treasure and Nanjing lubricating oil, annual production of wire cutting fluid is more than dozens of thousands of tons, and the market capacity number is billion RMB.

Wherein, the slow yarn usually adopts high-purity water as the wire cutting fluid, and the fast yarn usually adopts oil or water-based working fluid as the wire cutting fluid. However, oil cutting fluid is gradually eliminated in the industry due to poor processing effect and high pollution, and meanwhile, although the problem of serious pollution is overcome to a certain extent by a water-based working fluid compound formula appearing in the current market, with the development of technology and social progress, the existing wire cutting fluid has the series problems of high cost, low efficiency, black wire, filigree, broken wire, poor surface gloss, short service life and the like when the current is high in current, small in pulse and over 400mm thick and large workpieces.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention also provides application of the electric spark wire cutting fluid in electric spark wire cutting, and the electric spark wire cutting fluid is suitable for electric spark wire cutting of fast wires, medium wires and slow wires.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: the environment-friendly electric spark wire cutting fluid comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-10 parts of suspending agent, 1-10 parts of dispersing agent, 1-10 parts of explosive agent, 0.1-1 part of preservative, 0.1-1 part of antirust agent, 0.1-1 part of pH value regulator, 1-10 parts of viscosity regulator, 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of color regulator, 0.1-1 part of odor regulator, 0.1-1 part of conductivity regulator, 1-10 parts of glass forming agent and 1-10 parts of water.

According to the invention, the preparation method of the electric spark wire cutting fluid comprises the following steps: 1-10 parts of suspending agent, 1-10 parts of dispersing agent, 1-10 parts of explosive agent, 0.1-1 part of preservative, 0.1-1 part of antirust agent, 0.1-1 part of pH value regulator, 1-10 parts of viscosity regulator, 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of color regulator, 0.1-1 part of odor regulator, 0.1-1 part of conductivity regulator, 1-10 parts of glass forming agent and 1-10 parts of water are added into a mixer in sequence and stirred for mixing reaction; the preparation process is consecutive, the reaction sequence is not adjustable, and the logic sequence of the reaction is not adjustable.

According to some preferred aspects of the present invention, the temperature of the stirring mixing reaction is 40 to 60 ℃, the time of the stirring mixing reaction is 2 to 48 hours, the stirring speed of the stirring mixing reaction is 1 to 3600rpm/min, and the pressure of the stirring mixing reaction is 0.1 to 2 Mpa.

Specifically, in the invention, the glass forming agent is mainly used for protecting wire cutting metal wires and controlling the loss of the metal wires in the discharging process, and the glass forming agent comprises one or more of the following organic combination: sodium borate, sodium phosphate, sodium silicate, calcium chloride and related salts and derivatives thereof; the preferred glass former is a sodium phosphate system glass former.

The invention provides another technical scheme that: the preparation method of the environment-friendly electric spark wire cutting fluid comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the formula ratio, and then adding a suspending agent, a dispersing agent, an explosive agent, a preservative, an antirust agent, a pH value regulator, a viscosity regulator, a defoaming agent, a color regulator, an odor regulator, a conductivity regulator, a glass forming agent and water into a mixer in sequence to be stirred and mixed for reaction to obtain the composite material, wherein the preparation process is consecutive, the reaction sequence is not adjustable, and the logic sequence of the reaction is not adjustable; wherein the temperature of the stirring and mixing reaction is 40-60 ℃, and the pressure of the stirring and mixing reaction is 0.1-2 Mpa.

In some embodiments of the invention, the method of preparation further comprises a filtration and split charging step after the mixing and stirring reaction. Wherein the mesh number of the filtration is less than 2000 meshes.

The invention provides another technical scheme that: the application of the environment-friendly electric spark wire cutting fluid in electric spark wire cutting is provided.

According to the invention, the wire cutting fluid can be applied to fast wire-moving electric spark wire cutting, the wire cutting fluid can be applied to slow wire-moving electric spark wire cutting fluid, and the wire cutting fluid can be applied to medium wire-moving wire cutting fluid.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the cutting fluid can be really matched with various types of workpieces, particularly can meet the technical requirements of electrospark wire-electrode cutting of high-current, small-pulse and over-thick large workpieces with the thickness of more than 400mm by integrally designing the formula of the cutting fluid, particularly by organically combining a conductivity regulator, a suspending agent, a glass forming agent and the like, has remarkably improved cutting efficiency and remarkably reduced wire electrode loss, and simultaneously effectively reduces environmental pollution and human damage caused by wire cutting.

Detailed Description

At present, the existing electric spark wire cutting fluid mainly comprises oil cutting fluid and water-based cutting fluid, the oil cutting fluid is gradually eliminated by the industry due to poor processing effect and large pollution, and the water-based cutting fluid is gradually valued by people. Although the existing water-based cutting fluid overcomes the problem of serious pollution to a certain extent, with the development of the technology and the social progress, when a workpiece with high current, small pulse and over 400mm and large thickness is processed, the existing wire cutting fluid mainly has the following defects in use: high cost, low efficiency, black silk, filament, broken silk, poor surface glossiness, short service life of the electrode wire and the like.

Based on the problems, the inventor comprehensively considers and deeply researches related technical fields such as plasma discharge, a pulse power supply technology, a chemical liquid formula technology, machining and the like, innovatively provides a technical requirement that the cutting fluid can be really matched with various types of workpieces, particularly electric spark wire cutting of ultra-thick large workpieces with high current, small pulse intervals and over 400mm through the integral design of the formula of the cutting fluid, the cutting fluid has remarkably improved cutting efficiency and remarkably reduced wire electrode loss, meanwhile, the pollution to the environment and the damage to a human body caused by wire cutting are effectively reduced, and the formula of the wire cutting fluid can be really matched with the technical requirements of the fields.

Specifically, the environment-friendly electric spark wire cutting fluid provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-10 parts of suspending agent, 1-10 parts of dispersing agent, 1-10 parts of explosive agent, 0.1-1 part of preservative, 0.1-1 part of antirust agent, 0.1-1 part of pH value regulator, 1-10 parts of viscosity regulator, 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of color regulator, 0.1-1 part of odor regulator, 0.1-1 part of conductivity regulator, 1-10 parts of glass forming agent and 1-10 parts of water. Preferably, the electric spark wire cutting fluid has an electric conductivity of 0.001 to 13S/m, and in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electric spark wire cutting fluid has an electric conductivity of 7 to 13S/m. The pH value of the electric spark wire cutting fluid is 6.5-8.5, the viscosity of the electric spark wire cutting fluid is 50-500mps, and the specific gravity of the electric spark wire cutting fluid is 1.0-1.15.

Preferably, the preparation method of the electric spark wire cutting fluid comprises the following steps: 1-10 parts of suspending agent, 1-10 parts of dispersing agent, 1-10 parts of explosive agent, 0.1-1 part of preservative, 0.1-1 part of antirust agent, 0.1-1 part of pH value regulator, 1-10 parts of viscosity regulator, 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of color regulator, 0.1-1 part of odor regulator, 0.1-1 part of conductivity regulator, 1-10 parts of glass forming agent and 1-10 parts of water are added into a mixer in sequence and stirred for mixing reaction; the preparation process is consecutive, the reaction sequence is unadjustable, the logical sequence of the reaction is unadjustable, the temperature of the stirring mixing reaction is 40-60 ℃, the time of the stirring mixing reaction is 2-48 hours, the stirring speed of the stirring mixing reaction is 1-3600rpm/min, and the pressure of the stirring mixing reaction is 0.1-2 Mpa.

In practical application, the formula of the electric spark wire cutting fluid realizes that:

1. the linear cutting fluid removes all mineral oil components, reduces the pollution of mineral oil waste liquid to the environment, greatly reduces the formation of a viscous tar system by removing the mineral oil, greatly improves the chip removal function of the linear cutting fluid, and simultaneously improves the cleaning performance and the corresponding piece taking performance of corresponding workpieces;

2. according to the wire cutting fluid, the corresponding conductivity regulator is added, so that the stability of electric spark discharge is greatly improved, and the working efficiency of the corresponding electric spark discharge is improved; the inventor of the invention controls the conductivity of the wire cutting fluid before the discharge starts, and avoids the following phenomena in the prior art: the resistivity is too high, the discharge distance is short, the discharge channel distance is short, the discharge current is increased sharply, the wire electrode is broken instantly, and even a large number of pockmarks are generated; the conductivity is too high, the discharge distance is too far, the energy accumulation is insufficient, the processing efficiency is insufficient, and the cutting is still;

3. the wire cutting fluid disclosed by the invention is added with a corresponding suspension, dispersion and viscosity stabilizing system, so that the permeation efficiency of the wire cutting fluid is greatly improved, and meanwhile, corresponding metal slag chips can be taken away in time, and the stable and efficient operation of wire cutting is maintained;

4. the wire cutting fluid of the invention is added with corresponding color and smell regulator. The addition of the regulator can greatly improve the field use working condition of the wire cutting fluid and simultaneously has the corresponding functions of error prevention and fool prevention; on the other hand, the introduction of the substances can also generate a protective effect on the wire electrode during cutting, and the introduction of the taste can also reduce the stink generated by metal discharge in the wire cutting process and improve the use customer experience of the wire cutting fluid.

5. The wire cutting fluid of the invention is added with a glass forming agent. The water-soluble glass can be formed, a nanoscale protective coating is formed at the surface of the electrode wire in the instant of discharge, the service life of the electrode wire can be greatly prolonged, a corresponding dielectric discharge blocking effect can be formed, and the discharge stability of linear cutting is improved;

6. the wire cutting fluid of the invention integrally designed as above also has the following characteristics:

in breakdown, further having: the wire electrode has a quick cooling function, and the wire cutting liquid is vaporized to absorb a large amount of energy so as to reduce the temperature of the wire electrode as much as possible; the volatilization of the electrode wire is reduced, and the service life of the electrode wire is prolonged; the glass forming function is realized, and the residues after partial vaporization can form a glass-state flexible film to be attached to the surface of the electrode wire, so that the positive ion bombardment is shielded, and the service life of the electrode wire is prolonged;

in the discharge, the discharge device further includes: the instant vaporization function is that a large amount of gas vaporized by the wire cutting fluid can instantly take away all metal powder vaporized by the workpiece and cool the workpiece. The condensation is not carried out on the surface of the workpiece, so that the quality of the surface of the workpiece is improved; the non-coking function is realized, no coking and adhesion are realized after decomposition, viscosity change is avoided, and the permeability of subsequent wire cutting fluid is ensured;

after the arc quenching, the method also comprises the following steps: the metal particles are taken away from the discharge channel in time due to the lifting function, certain suspension property, dispersity and viscosity; the cleaning function is to clean the decomposition products and metal particles generated on the discharge surface in time; the antirust function is to passivate and antirust the fresh surface generated by discharge in time.
