The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages and to provide a handrail entry safety device, which is difficult to open the door wings and effectively protects the door wings.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the handrail entrance safety protection device applied to the escalator system comprises an outer frame 1 (made of metal material) and an inner frame 2 (made of plastic material), wherein an outer flap door 4 (a large door, an outer door) and an inner flap door 5 (a small door, an inner door, and a handrail just passing through) are arranged at a handrail entrance 11 (through a common door pin 3) of the inner frame 2 side by side from outside to inside, a safety limit block 6 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner frame 2 and below the inner flap door 5, the safety limit block 6 is arranged on a fixed seat 8 (also arranged on the inner frame 2) through a return spring 7, and the upper plane of the safety limit block 6 and the contact part of the lower end part of the inner flap door 5 are in a taper shape from outside to inside (gradually) upwards (as shown in fig. 3, so as to block and prevent the inner flap door from being opened easily).
