An environment-friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device is characterized in that a collecting pipe network (101), a first air pump (102), a collecting pipe (103), a defoaming separator (104), a second air pump (105), a primary drying device (106), a desulfurization device (107), a secondary drying device (108), a third air pump (109), a fine filter (110), a fourth air pump (111) and a pressure stabilizing air storage tank (112) are sequentially connected in series through pipelines; the collecting pipe network (101) is provided with a plurality of landfill gas collecting pipes (1011) which are horizontally arranged in a landfill layer of the landfill site, and the landfill gas collected by the landfill gas collecting pipes (1011) is uniformly pumped by a first air pump (102) and then flows into a collecting pipe (103); the collecting pipe (103) is sequentially connected with a downstream gas processing device.

The environmental-friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device according to claim 1, wherein the landfill gas collecting pipe (1011) is a high-density polyethylene perforated pipe, air guide holes are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the pipe wall, and geotechnical cloth is wrapped on the outside of the pipe wall.

7. The method for disposing of an environmentally friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device of any one of claims 1 to 6, including the steps of:

garbage landfill gas is collected, and the garbage landfill gas collected by the garbage landfill gas collecting pipe (1011) is collected into the collecting pipe (103) by the uniform air pumping of the first air pump (102);

II, gas-liquid separation, namely introducing the landfill gas raw material in the collecting pipe (103) into a defoaming separator (104) for solid-gas separation and gas-liquid separation, discharging impurities such as soil dust, sewage and the like from an outlet at the lower part of the defoaming separator (104), and discharging the separated landfill gas from the defoaming separator (104);

v, secondary drying, namely performing secondary drying on the desulfurized landfill gas;

fine filtering, namely introducing a fine filter (110) for fine filtering;

and VII, storing, namely conveying the finely filtered landfill gas into a pressure-stabilizing air storage tank (112) through a fourth air pump (111) for storage and standby.

8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the water content of the refuse landfill gas after the secondary drying in the step V is controlled to be less than 50% of relative humidity, and the methane content of the refuse landfill gas after the fine filtration in the step VI is more than 95%.

The invention relates to the field of landfill gas power generation, in particular to an environment-friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device and a treatment method thereof.

Technical Field

With the increasing expansion of cities and the improvement of the living standard of people, the number of municipal solid wastes is increasing, and the waste treatment becomes an important component in the environmental protection industry. In China, at present, more than 70 percent of municipal domestic garbage is collected in a centralized manner and then transported to a local garbage landfill plant for landfill treatment. During the landfill process, the organic matter in the garbage is fermented to produce a large amount of biogas (LFG landfill gas), the main component of which is methane. The biogas consists of 50-80% of methane (CH 4), 20-40% of carbon dioxide (CO 2), 0-5% of nitrogen (N2), less than 1% of hydrogen (H2), less than 0.4% of oxygen (O2), 0.1-3% of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and the like. Biogas is odorous because it contains a small amount of hydrogen sulfide. Its characteristics are similar to natural gas. If the air contains 8.6-20.8% (by volume) of methane, explosive mixed gas is formed. If the marsh gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere, the environment is polluted, the marsh gas is extremely easy to explode when the temperature is increased in summer, and the marsh gas is also energy waste. The existing solution is mainly to generate electricity through a gas collection system, a pretreatment system and a power generation system, and the electricity is merged into a large urban power grid to provide clean energy for power consumers. However, because the purity of the biogas generated by the landfill site is low, the biogas contains a large amount of saturated steam, a plurality of trace impurities and even solid impurities which cannot be combusted, and if the biogas is not completely treated, the power generation equipment can be damaged, so that the pretreatment of the biogas in the landfill gas power generation is very critical, and the current pretreatment technical scheme has problems and defects, such as complex process, large system power consumption, unstable gas pressure and the like, which are urgently needed to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects, the invention provides the environment-friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device and the treatment method thereof, and the treatment process is compact in flow, stable in air pressure, low in energy consumption, environment-friendly and energy-saving.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

an environment-friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device is characterized in that a collecting pipe network, a first air pump, a header pipe, a defoaming separator, a second air pump, a primary drying device, a desulfurization device, a secondary drying device, a third air pump, a fine filter, a fourth air pump and a pressure-stabilizing air storage tank are sequentially connected in series through pipelines; the collecting pipe network is provided with a plurality of landfill gas collecting pipes which are horizontally arranged in a landfill layer of the landfill site, and the landfill gas collected by the landfill gas collecting pipes is uniformly pumped by a first air pump and then is converged into a collecting pipe; the collecting pipe is sequentially connected with a downstream gas processing device. The equipment combination is reasonable, the whole set of device can be connected through four air pumps, the air pressure is stable, and the overall cost is low.

Furthermore, according to the environment-friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device, the landfill gas collecting pipe is a high-density polyethylene perforated pipe, air guide holes are uniformly distributed in the periphery of the pipe wall, and geotechnical cloth is wrapped outside the pipe wall. The polyethylene perforated pipe is easy to obtain and corrosion resistant.

I. collecting the landfill gas, wherein the landfill gas collected by the landfill gas collecting pipe is uniformly pumped by a first air pump and then is converged into a collecting pipe;

II, gas-liquid separation, namely introducing the landfill gas raw material in the collecting pipe into a defoaming separator for solid-gas separation and gas-liquid separation, discharging impurities such as soil dust and sewage from an outlet at the lower part of the defoaming separator, and discharging the separated landfill gas from the defoaming separator;

III, primary drying, namely introducing the separated landfill gas into a primary drying device for primary drying to remove part of water vapor;

IV, desulfurization, namely introducing the landfill gas from which part of water vapor is removed into a desulfurization device for desulfurization and purification;

v, secondary drying, namely performing secondary drying on the desulfurized landfill gas;

fine filtering, and introducing a fine filter for fine filtering;

and VII, storing, namely conveying the finely filtered landfill gas into a pressure-stabilizing gas storage tank through a fourth air pump for storage and standby.

Further, after the secondary drying in the step V, the water content is controlled to be below 50% of relative humidity, and after the fine filtration in the step VI, the methane content in the landfill gas is above 95%.

The scheme shows that the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: the invention discloses an environment-friendly landfill gas power generation pretreatment device and a treatment method thereof, which effectively remove impurities such as water, sulfur, particulate matters and the like in landfill gas in a landfill site by sequentially connecting a defoaming separator, a drying device, a desulfurization device, a fine filtering device and a pressure stabilizing device, and the quality of supplied gas can fully meet the requirement of stable and reliable operation of a biogas power generation unit.
