Background

the water inlet is arranged on the inner cover body; the valve body is arranged on the inner cover body and is positioned at the water inlet, and the valve body is used for opening or closing the water inlet.

In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the movable sealing element includes a sealing element and a connecting rod connected with each other, the sealing element is located outside the inner cap body, and the connecting rod extends into the water inlet and out of the inner cap body.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described herein, and thus the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.

A laundry treating apparatus and an inner lid 10 thereof provided according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an inner lid 10 according to the present invention includes: the inner cover body 102 is provided with a water containing cavity 104, the bottom of the inner cover body 102 is provided with a plurality of through holes 106, and the through holes 106 are communicated with the water containing cavity 104; a water inlet 108 provided in the inner cap body 102; and a valve body 110 disposed on the inner cap body 102 at the water inlet 108, the valve body 110 for opening or closing the water inlet 108.

The inner cover 10 provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes an inner cover body 102, the inner cover body 102 has a water containing cavity 104, the bottom of the inner cover body 102 is provided with a plurality of through holes 106 communicated with the water containing cavity 104, the inner cover body 102 is further provided with a water inlet 108 for injecting water into the water containing cavity 104, the inner cover body 102 is provided with a valve body 110 located at the water inlet 108, and the valve body 110 can open or close the water inlet 108.

In particular, the inner lid provided by the present invention may be used in a laundry treating apparatus, and is mounted on an outer tub cover of the laundry treating apparatus and used to cover an inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus. When the user washes the laundry using the laundry treating apparatus, the valve body 110 opens the water inlet 108, so that the cleaning water enters the water containing cavity 104 through the water inlet 108, the cleaning water flows to the through holes 106 of the inner cap body 102 after entering the water containing cavity 104, under the gravity and pressure of the water flow, the washing water is sprayed to the surface of the laundry through the through-holes 106, because the inner cover body 102 is provided with the plurality of through holes 106, the clothes in the inner barrel of the clothes processing device can be uniformly sprayed and wetted by the cleaning water, the uniformly wetted clothes are soaked in the cleaning water in the inner barrel of the clothes processing device, the clothes are prevented from overflowing the inner barrel, further avoiding damage to the clothes, and simultaneously, the clothes are uniformly soaked in the cleaning water, so that the washing powder/liquid sprayed into the inner barrel of the clothes treatment device can be uniformly dissolved. When the user need fill clothing and washing powder/liquid to the inner tub, perhaps after the laundry, when opening the inner cup, close the water inlet through the valve body, prevent that the washing water from taking place through the condition of water inlet spun, through covering the valve body including, when making the inner cup close interior bucket, open the water inlet, in order to supply the washing water to spray to interior bucket, and interior bucket when opening interior bucket, the self-closing water inlet, avoid the user to frequently open and close the water source valve, shorten the laundry time, promote the cleaning performance of clothing, and then promote user's clothing processing apparatus's use and experience. Besides, the inner cover provided by the invention is also suitable for other products needing uniform water inflow, such as stirring equipment, automatic cooking equipment, food cleaning equipment and the like.

The cross-sectional shape of the through holes 106 in this embodiment is circular, in other embodiments, the through holes 106 can be set to other shapes besides circular, the through holes 106 are distributed on the inner lid body 102, and the total area formed by the plurality of through holes 106 occupies at least one half of the area of the inner lid body 102, so as to ensure that the spraying range of the through holes 106 can uniformly spray the clothes in the inner tub, and in this embodiment, the using environment of the inner tub 102 is set to be installed inside the clothes treatment device. In other embodiments, the inner lid 10 of the present application can be assembled in a stirring apparatus, an automatic cooking apparatus, a food washing apparatus as described above. In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the valve body 110 includes: the valve cover 1102 is arranged on the inner cover body 102 and is buckled on the periphery of the water inlet 108; a movable seal 1104 movably disposed in the valve cover 1102 for opening or closing the water inlet 108; a resilient member 1110 is telescopically disposed within the cap 1102 and between the movable seal 1104 for restoring the movable seal 1104 to a closed position.

In this embodiment, fig. 5 shows a state when the movable sealing element 1104 opens the water inlet 108, when the inner tub of the laundry treatment apparatus washes laundry, the inner lid 10 is fastened at an opening of the outer tub cover 12 of the laundry treatment apparatus, the outer tub cover 12 pushes the movable sealing element 1104 to push the movable sealing element 1104 away from the water inlet 108, when the movable sealing element 1104 is separated from the water inlet 108, the movable sealing element 1104 and the valve lid 1102 compress the elastic element 1110 to accumulate elastic potential energy in the elastic element 1110, the movable sealing element 1104 opens the water inlet 108 to allow washing water to enter the water containing cavity 104 of the inner lid 10 through the water inlet 108, and then the washing water is uniformly sprayed to the surface of the laundry in the inner tub of the laundry treatment apparatus through the through holes 106 on the inner lid; fig. 8 shows a state where the movable sealing member 1104 closes the water inlet 108, and when the inner lid 10 is opened, the movable sealing member 1104 is pushed by the elastic force generated by the elastic potential energy accumulated in the elastic member 1110, and the movable sealing member 1104 is pushed to the water inlet 108, and the water inlet 108 is closed by the movable sealing member 1104, so that the washing water is prevented from entering the water receiving chamber 104 and being splashed out through the through hole 106.

In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the movable seal 1104 includes a seal 1106 and a rod 1108 connected, the seal 1106 is located outside the inner cap body 102, and the rod 1108 extends into the water inlet 108 and out of the inner cap body 102.

In the above embodiment, preferably, the opening area of the water inlet 108 is narrower than the surface area of the movable seal 1104, and the movable seal 1104 is clamped on the inner cap body 102 to close off the water inlet 108 after moving to the closed position.

In this embodiment, the opening area of the water inlet 108 is narrower than the surface area of the movable seal 1104 so that the movable seal 1104 can cover the side of the water inlet 108, thereby enhancing the sealing effect of the movable seal 1104 on the water inlet 108.

In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the inner lid 10 further includes: a water inlet joint 116 configured in a barrel shape and provided on the inner cap body 102, the water inlet joint 116 being located at the outer periphery of the valve body 110; one end of the water inlet hose is connected with the water inlet connector 116, the other end of the water inlet hose is connected with a water source, the valve cover 1102 is provided with a water through hole 112, and when the water inlet 108 is opened, water flowing out of the water source enters the water containing cavity 104 through the water through hole 112 and the water inlet 108.

In this embodiment, the water inlet valve is controlled by the computer board to control the water inlet valve to control the water inlet or water cut-off of the inner cover 10, the water inlet valve is arranged at one end of the water inlet hose connected with the water source, when the cleaning water is needed, the water inlet valve is controlled by the electric energy board to be opened, if the water inlet 108 is opened by the valve body 110, the cleaning water enters the inner cover body 102 through the water inlet hose and the water inlet joint 116, and is uniformly sprayed to the surface of the clothes through the through holes 106.

In the above embodiment, preferably, a water passing gap 114 is provided between the water inlet joint 116 and the valve body 110, and the water passing gap 114 is communicated with the water passing hole 112; the water from the water source enters the water containing cavity 104 through the water passing gap 114, the water passing holes 112 and the water inlet 108.

In this embodiment, the water gap 114 forms a water flow passage between the water inlet joint 116 and the valve body 110, so that the washing water can smoothly flow into the water containing cavity 104, and the washing water can spray the clothes in the inner tub when the inner lid body 102 closes the inner tub.

In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the inner lid 10 further includes: and a connector 118 disposed on the inner cap body 102 for movably connecting the inner cap body 102 to a fixture.

In this embodiment, the inner lid 10 is movably connected to the fixture by the connector 118, so as to facilitate opening or closing of the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus by the inner lid 10, and when the inner lid 10 is fastened to the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus, water inside the laundry treating apparatus can be prevented from splashing, and meanwhile, laundry can be further prevented from overflowing the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus, thereby improving the washing effect of the laundry treating apparatus, and the inner lid 10 and the laundry treating apparatus are connected by methods including, but not limited to, a rotatable connection and a snap-fit connection.

In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the movable sealing member 1104 is configured in a plate shape, and is disposed on the water inlet 108 and inside the valve cover 1102, one end of the movable sealing member 1104 is rotatably disposed on the inner cover body 102, and the movable sealing member 1104 can be lifted up to open the water inlet 108.

In this embodiment, fig. 9 shows a state when the movable sealing member 1104 opens the water inlet 108, in the process of closing the inner tub by the inner lid body 102, the outer tub cover 12 gradually approaches the inner lid body 102, one side of the plate-shaped movable sealing member 1104 is pushed by the protrusion 14 provided on the outer tub cover, the other side of the plate-shaped movable sealing member 1104 rotates relative to the inner lid body 102 to gradually open the water inlet 108, the plate-shaped movable sealing member 1104 compresses the elastic member 1110 with the valve lid 1102 when rotating, so that the elastic member 1110 accumulates elastic potential energy, the plate-shaped movable sealing member 1104 opens the water inlet 108, so that the washing water enters the water containing cavity 104 of the inner lid 10 through the water inlet 108, and is uniformly sprayed to the surface of the laundry in the inner tub through the through holes 106 on the inner lid 10; when the inner tub is opened by the inner lid 10, one end of the plate-shaped movable sealing 1104 is pushed by an elastic force generated by elastic potential energy accumulated in the elastic member 1110, the plate-shaped movable sealing 1104 is rotated and restored to the water inlet 108 side, and the water inlet 108 is closed by the plate-shaped movable sealing 1104, thereby preventing the washing water from entering the water receiving chamber 104 and splashing out through the through hole 106.

The embodiment of the present invention provides the laundry treating apparatus of the second aspect, which includes the inner lid 10 provided in any one of the above technical solutions, so that the laundry treating apparatus provided by the present invention has all the effects of the inner lid 10 provided in any one of the above technical solutions.

In this embodiment, when the outer tub cover 12 extends to a position below the projection of the water inlet 108 so that the inner lid 10 is fastened to the outer tub cover 12, the outer tub cover 12 can push the movable sealing member 1106 to open the water inlet 108, thereby ensuring that the cleaning water stably flows into the water containing cavity 104 through the water inlet hose and the water inlet joint 116, when the inner lid 10 is fastened to the outer tub cover 12, the outer tub cover 12 pushes the movable sealing member 1104 so that the movable sealing member 1104 opens the water inlet 108, and the cleaning water enters the water containing cavity 104 of the inner lid 10 through the water inlet 108 and then is uniformly sprayed onto the surface of the clothes in the inner tub of the clothes treatment apparatus through the through holes 106 of the inner lid 10; when the inner lid 10 opens the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus, the elastic force generated by the elastic potential energy accumulated by the elastic member 1110 pushes the movable sealing member 1104, so that the movable sealing member 1104 automatically seals the water inlet 108, thereby preventing the washing water from entering the water containing cavity 104 and splashing out through the through hole 106, and simultaneously avoiding the frequent opening and closing of the water source valve by the user, and shortening the washing time.

In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the laundry treating apparatus further includes: and a protrusion 14 disposed on the outer tub cover 12, wherein the protrusion 14 is used for lifting up the movable sealing member 1104 on the inner lid 10 when the inner lid 10 is snapped on the outer tub cover 12.

In this embodiment, when the inner lid 10 is closed on the outer tub cover 12, the protrusion 14 on the outer tub cover 12 pushes the movable sealing member 1104, so that the movable sealing member 1104 opens the water inlet 108 and uniformly sprays the laundry on the surface of the laundry in the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus through the through holes 106 on the inner lid 10; when the inner lid 10 opens the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus, the elastic force generated by the elastic potential energy accumulated by the elastic member 1110 pushes the movable sealing member 1104, so that the movable sealing member 1104 closes the water inlet 108, and the situation that the washing water enters the water receiving cavity 104 and splashes out through the through hole 106 is prevented, in this embodiment, the aperture of the water inlet 108 is larger than the maximum width of the protruding member 14, and meanwhile, the aperture of the water inlet 108 needs to meet the requirement that the inner lid 10 does not collide and interfere with the protruding member 14 when the inner lid 10 opens or closes the inner tub, thereby ensuring that the protruding member 14 can stably push the movable sealing member 1104.

The working process and the effect are as follows: water enters the inner cover, and is sprayed from the through holes through pressure and gravity, so that clothes are fully wetted, and washing powder is dissolved.

After the inner cover is closed, water splashing can be prevented, and a bottom plate of a user is prevented from being wetted; the clothes can be prevented from overflowing out of the inner barrel, and the clothes are prevented from being worn.

When the inner cover is opened, the movable sealing element is pushed to the bottom by the elastic element and is closed to prevent water from spraying out; when the inner cover is closed, the movable sealing element is pushed up by the outer barrel cover to form a passage.
