1. A clothes drying apparatus comprising:

a box body;

the clothes drying cylinder is arranged in the box body;

the inlet and the outlet of the clothes drying air duct are communicated with the clothes drying cylinder;

2. The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lint filter is detachably disposed in the filter air duct, or the air filter assembly is detachably disposed in the filter air duct.

3. The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lint filter and the air filter assembly are detachably disposed in the filter air duct, and the air filter assembly and the lint filter are arranged along an extending direction of the filter air duct.

4. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 3, wherein the lint filter is disposed on a side of the air filter assembly adjacent to the air inlet.

The clothes drying equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the air filter screen assembly comprises a HEPA filter screen, a photocatalyst filter screen and an active carbon filter screen which are detachably arranged in the filter air duct, and the HEPA filter screen, the photocatalyst filter screen and the active carbon filter screen are arranged along the extending direction of the filter air duct.

6. The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the photocatalyst filter screen, the activated carbon filter screen, the HEPA filter screen and the thread scrap filter screen are detachably clamped with the air duct wall of the filter air duct.

The clothes drying apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the housing comprises a first sub-housing and a second sub-housing which are detachably connected together, the lint filter and the air filter assembly are detachably disposed in the first sub-housing, and the first sub-housing and the second sub-housing enclose the filter air duct.

8. The clothes drying apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating member is a condenser, the dehumidifying member is an evaporator, and both the evaporator and the condenser are disposed in a refrigerant circulation circuit.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of clothes drying equipment, in particular to clothes drying equipment.

Background

A main function of a clothes drying apparatus (e.g., a clothes dryer) is to dry and dry laundry washed by a washing machine. When the existing clothes dryer normally works, circulating hot air is blown into the drum, and the hot air heats moisture carried by clothes in the clothes drying drum and takes away the moisture in the form of water vapor, so that the aim of drying the clothes is fulfilled. However, the existing clothes drying equipment can only dry clothes, and the function is single, so that the application range of the clothes drying equipment is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides clothes drying equipment, which is used for solving the problems that the existing clothes drying equipment is single in function and limited in application range.

To achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a clothes drying apparatus, including: a box body; the clothes drying cylinder is arranged in the box body; the inlet and the outlet of the clothes drying air duct are communicated with the clothes drying cylinder; the fan is used for driving air to circulate in the clothes drying air duct and the clothes drying cylinder; the heating component is arranged in the clothes drying air duct; the dehumidifying part is arranged in the clothes drying air duct and is positioned on the air inlet side of the heating part, and the dehumidifying part is used for removing moisture in air flowing through the dehumidifying part; the filter is detachably arranged in the clothes drying air duct and is positioned on the air inlet side of the dehumidifying part; the filter includes: the air filter comprises a shell, a filter air duct and a fan, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell, and the filter air duct is connected between the air inlet and the air outlet; the thread scrap filtering net can be detachably arranged in the filtering air duct; an air filter screen assembly, the air filter screen assembly can be detachably disposed in the filter air duct, the air filter screen assembly has at least one of the following functions: filtering solid particles, removing odor and killing microorganisms.

According to the clothes drying equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the thread scrap filter screen and the air filter screen component can be detachably arranged in the filter air duct, so that a user can configure the thread scrap filter screen and the air filter screen component in the filter according to the specific conditions of clothes. For example, when the washed clothes need to be dried, a lint filter screen can be arranged in the filter, so that the lint taken away by the wind is filtered out while the clothes are dried; when the smoke smell of the clothes is heavy, an air filter screen component can be arranged in the filter to filter out the smoke smell and smoke particles brought away by wind, so that the clothes are washed by air. The clothes drying equipment can be used for normally drying clothes and washing the clothes in air, so that the functions of the clothes drying equipment are enriched, and the application range of the clothes drying equipment is greatly widened.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a clothes drying apparatus, including: a box body 1; the clothes drying cylinder 2 is arranged in the box body 1; the clothes drying air duct 3, the inlet 31 and the outlet 32 of the clothes drying air duct 3 are communicated with the clothes drying cylinder 2.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the drying apparatus further includes: the fan 41 is used for driving air to circulate in the clothes drying air duct 3 and the clothes drying cylinder 2; a heating member 42, the heating member 42 is arranged in the drying air duct 3; a dehumidifying part 43, the dehumidifying part 43 is arranged in the drying air duct 3 and is positioned at the air inlet side of the heating part 42, the dehumidifying part 43 is used for removing the moisture in the air flowing through the dehumidifying part 43; and the filter 5 is detachably arranged in the clothes drying air duct 3 and is positioned on the air inlet side of the dehumidifying part 43.

As shown in fig. 4, the filter 5 includes: a housing 51, wherein the housing 51 is provided with an air inlet 511 and an air outlet 512, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a filtering air duct 513 is formed in the housing 51, and the filtering air duct 513 is connected between the air inlet 511 and the air outlet 512; the thread scrap filter screen 52, the thread scrap filter screen 52 can be detachably arranged in the filter air duct 513; air filter subassembly 53, air filter subassembly 53 can dismantle and set up in filtering wind channel 513, and air filter subassembly 53 has following at least one function: filtering solid particles, removing odor and killing microorganisms.

According to the clothes drying equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the thread scrap filtering net 52 and the air filtering net component 53 can be detachably arranged in the filtering air duct 513, so that a user can configure the thread scrap filtering net 52 and the air filtering net component 53 in the filter 5 according to the specific conditions of clothes. For example, when the washed laundry needs to be dried, the lint filter 52 may be disposed in the filter 5 to filter the lint taken away by the wind while the laundry is dried; when the clothes have heavy smoke, an air filter net assembly 53 may be provided in the filter 5 to filter out smoke and smoke particles from the clothes, which are carried away by wind, thereby performing air washing on the clothes. The clothes drying equipment can be used for normally drying clothes and washing the clothes in air, so that the functions of the clothes drying equipment are enriched, and the application range of the clothes drying equipment is greatly widened.

In some embodiments, the lint filter 52 is detachably disposed in the filter air duct 513, that is, the filter 5 is disposed with the lint filter 52, and the clothes drying apparatus can enter a drying mode to dry clothes, which includes the following steps:

After entering the drying mode, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the fan 41, the heating component 42 and the dehumidifying component 43 all work, the fan 41 drives the air to circulate between the drying air duct 3 and the drying cylinder 2, the air is heated to form hot air when passing through the heating component 42 in the drying air duct 3, the hot air blows into the drying cylinder 2, passes through wet clothes to take away moisture, becomes warm and wet air, and also takes away impurities such as thread scraps in the clothes, the warm and wet air enters the drying air duct 3, passes through the thread scraps filtering net 52 of the filter 5, the impurities such as thread scraps are collected by the filter 5, then when passing through the dehumidifying component 43, the dehumidifying component 43 removes the moisture in the warm and wet air, thereby becoming dry air, the dry air is heated to form hot air when passing through the heating component 42 again, and continuously circulates until the preset time is reached, and stops.

In some embodiments, the air filter screen assembly 53 is detachably disposed in the filter air duct 513, that is, the filter 5 is disposed in the air filter screen assembly 53, and the clothes drying apparatus can enter an air washing mode to remove odor and the like from the clothes, as follows:

before the air wash mode is activated, the laundry is placed directly in the drying drum 2. After the air washing mode is started, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the fan 41 is operated, air is blown into the clothes drying cylinder 2 by the fan 41 to carry off peculiar smell and the like on the clothes when passing through the clothes, then the air enters the clothes drying air duct 3, and when the air passes through the air filter net component 53 in the filter 5, the air filter net component 53 removes the peculiar smell and the like on the clothes carried by the air to form clean air, and the clean air is blown into the clothes drying cylinder 2 to form a circulation so as to continuously circulate until the preset time is reached and stop.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, both the lint filter 52 and the air filter 53 may be detachably disposed in the filter air duct 513, and the air filter 53 and the lint filter 52 are arranged along the extending direction Y of the filter air duct 513, that is, the lint filter 52 and the air filter 53 are disposed in the filter 5. At this time, the clothes drying apparatus may not only enter a drying mode to dry the clothes, but also enter an air washing mode to remove odor, etc. from the clothes.

The position relationship between the lint filter 52 and the air filter 53 is not exclusive, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the lint filter 52 is disposed on a side of the air filter 53 close to the air inlet 511. In other embodiments, the lint filter 52 is disposed on a side of the air filter assembly 53 away from the air inlet 511. Compared with the thread scrap filtering net 52 arranged on one side of the air filtering net component 53 far away from the air inlet 511, when the thread scrap filtering net 52 is arranged on one side of the air filtering net component 53 close to the air inlet 511, in the drying process of clothes drying equipment, thread scrap can be prevented from entering the position of the air filtering net component 53, so that the thread scrap is prevented from blocking meshes of the air filtering net component 53, and the influence of the thread scrap on the function of the air filtering net component 53 is avoided.

In order to facilitate the installation of the lint filter 52 and the air filter 53 in the housing 51, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the housing 51 includes a first sub-housing 514 and a second sub-housing 515 detachably connected together, the lint filter 52 and the air filter 53 can be detachably disposed in the first sub-housing 514, and the first sub-housing 514 and the second sub-housing 515 enclose the filter air duct 513. When installing the lint filter 52 and the air filter screen assembly 53, the first sub-housing 514 and the second sub-housing 515 are detached, then the lint filter 52 and the air filter screen assembly 53 are detachably disposed in the first sub-housing 514, and finally the first sub-housing 514 and the second sub-housing 515 are connected together to complete the installation of the lint filter 52 and the air filter screen assembly 53. Therefore, the installation of the lint filter screen 52 and the air filter screen assembly 53 is facilitated, and the installation time of the lint filter screen 52 and the air filter screen assembly 53 is saved.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the Air Filter net assembly 53 includes a High Efficiency Air Filter (HEPA) Filter net 531, a photocatalyst Filter net 532 and an activated carbon Filter net 533, which are detachably disposed in the Filter Air duct 513, and the HEPA Filter net 531, the photocatalyst Filter net 532 and the activated carbon Filter net 533 are arranged along the extending direction Y of the Filter Air duct 513. Of course, in addition to disposing the HEPA filter 531, the photocatalyst filter 532 and the activated carbon filter 533 in the filter air duct 513, one or two of the HEPA filter 531, the photocatalyst filter 532 and the activated carbon filter 533 may be selectively disposed in the filter air duct 513 according to actual conditions of the clothes.

In the filter 5, the manner of detachably connecting each filter screen to the air duct wall of the filtering air duct 513 is not exclusive, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the photocatalyst filter screen 532, the activated carbon filter screen 533, the HEPA filter screen 531, and the thread dust filter screen 52 may be detachably clamped to the air duct wall of the filtering air duct 513. In other embodiments, the photocatalyst filter screen 532, the activated carbon filter screen 533, the HEPA filter screen 531, and the lint filter screen 52 may be screwed to the air duct wall of the filter air duct 513 by fasteners (e.g., screws). In the filter 5, each filter screen (i.e., the photocatalyst filter screen 532, the activated carbon filter screen 533, the HEPA filter screen 531, and the lint filter screen 52) can be detachably connected to the air duct wall of the filtering air duct 513 by the following connection structure 54, as shown in fig. 6, the connection structure 54 includes a first hook 541 disposed on the air duct wall of the filtering air duct 513 and a second hook 542 disposed on the filter screen, and the first hook 541 and the second hook 542 are connected to each other in a fastening manner, so that the filter screen and the air duct wall of the filtering air duct 513 can be detachably connected to each other in a fastening manner.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the lint filter 52 includes a fixing frame 521 and a filter main body 522 disposed on the fixing frame 521, and the fixing frame 521 is engaged with an air duct wall of the filter air duct 513 (as shown in fig. 6). The fixing frame 521 may be made of plastic, but is not limited thereto, and may be made of other materials.

In addition to the lint filter 52, as shown in fig. 5, the photocatalyst filter 532, the activated carbon filter 533, and the HEPA filter 531 may each include a fixing frame and a filter main body disposed on the fixing frame.

In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the filter 5, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the front end of the drying drum 2 has a clothes input opening 21, the inlet 31 of the drying air duct 3 is located at the clothes input opening 21, the outlet 32 of the drying air duct 3 is connected with the rear end of the drying drum 2, and the filter 5 is detachably disposed at the inlet 31 of the drying air duct 3. By detachably arranging the filter 5 at the inlet 31 of the drying air duct 3, that is, by detachably arranging the filter 5 at the clothes input opening 21 of the drying cylinder 2, since the clothes input opening 21 is located at the front side of the drying device, the filter 5 is located at the front side of the drying device, when the filter 5 needs to be replaced, an operator can conveniently detach the filter 5 at the front side of the drying device without winding around the other sides of the drying device.

In the clothes drying apparatus, the types of the heating component 42 and the dehumidifying component 43 are not exclusive, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the heating component 42 is a condenser, and the dehumidifying component 43 is an evaporator, both of which are disposed in a refrigerant circulation loop (not shown). When the clothes dryer works, the condenser radiates heat to heat air in the clothes drying air duct 3 to form hot air to take away moisture on the clothes; when the wind carrying away the moisture of clothes flows through the evaporator, the moisture in the wind meets the evaporator with lower temperature and is condensed into water drops, thereby achieving the purpose of removing the moisture in the wind in the clothes drying air duct 3.

In other embodiments, the heating unit 42 may be a heating pipe or a heating wire, and the dehumidifying unit 43 may be a condensing unit having an air duct therein, and a water channel on the wall of the air duct, the water channel being communicated with the water inlet system. When the clothes drying device works, the heating pipe or the heating wire directly heats air in the clothes drying air duct 3 to form hot air to take away moisture on clothes, when the air taking away the moisture of the clothes flows through the air duct of the condensing part, the air exchanges heat with water with lower temperature in the water channel on the air duct wall, the moisture in the air is condensed into water drops when meeting the water with lower temperature, and therefore the purpose of removing the moisture in the air in the clothes drying air duct 3 is achieved.

The clothes drying device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be a clothes dryer, and can also be a drum washing machine with a washing and drying function, and the clothes drying device is not particularly limited herein.
