The synthetic leather is a plastic product which simulates the composition and structure of natural leather and can be used as a substitute material, the elastic material for producing the synthetic leather at present mainly comprises polyurethane rubber (PU) and elastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sol, particularly, the polyurethane synthetic leather has the advantages of high strength, wear resistance, cold resistance, air permeability, aging resistance, solvent resistance, soft texture, beautiful appearance and the like, the processing performance is good, the synthetic leather is an ideal leather-like product for replacing the natural leather, but environmental hazards are easily generated in the manufacturing, using and waste recovery processes, the environmental-friendly green product becomes a target product for development of various industries along with the gradual enhancement of environmental-friendly safety consciousness of people, the organic silicon synthetic leather can avoid the harm of the harmful substances of the traditional synthetic leather solvent to the environment and human bodies, and has the properties of water resistance, soil resistance, aging resistance, temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, good hand feeling and the like, and is an excellent substitute product for the traditional, however, due to the insulation of silica gel, the surface of silica gel is easy to accumulate static electricity and dust, and the use is affected.
