a water sample sampling pipeline is calibrated and is connected out from the front end of the municipal sampling pipeline, an electric valve, a membrane filter and a check valve are sequentially arranged on the pipeline, the electric valve is normally closed, and is opened once every a period of time and controlled by a control cabinet;

the water tank outlet sampling pipeline is connected out of the water tank outlet pipeline, an inlet electric valve, a pressure pump and a check valve are sequentially arranged on the pipeline, the electric valve is normally closed, and the pipeline is switched to be opened when monitoring and alarming are carried out on municipal water inlet samples and is controlled by a control cabinet;

the water pump goes out water sampling pipeline, connects out from water pump outlet pipe way, is equipped with into electric valve, relief pressure valve, check valve on this pipeline in proper order, and the electric valve is closed constantly, switches to open when municipal intake water sample monitoring reports to the police, is controlled by the switch board.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the municipal pipe network water sample is monitored normally on line, only the electric valve of the municipal pipeline is kept normally open, and the rest pipelines are closed;

when the online monitoring of the water sample of the municipal pipe network is abnormal, the electric valve of the municipal pipeline is closed, the electric valve of the water outlet pipeline of the water tank is opened, after the monitoring and analysis are finished, the electric valve of the water outlet pipeline of the water tank is closed, the electric valve of the water outlet pipeline of the water pump is opened, and then the integral monitoring of all the water outlet pipelines is completed;

The invention has simple structure, strong practicability and cost saving, can meet the requirement of online water quality monitoring in each link of the regulation and storage pump station, and can carry out periodic calibration on a standard water sample.
