The generator rotor structure is characterized in that the generator shaft (8) is connected with the sun wheel (24) through a generator shaft key (9), the generator silicon steel sheet (10) is fixed on the generator shaft (8), the outer diameter of the other end of the generator shaft (8) is in interference fit with the inner diameter of the generator shaft bearing (16), the outer diameter of the generator shaft bearing (16) is in interference fit with the inner diameter of a hole in a bearing installation position of the embedded generator housing (7), the bearing end cover (17) is fixed on the embedded generator housing (7) through bolts, and the generator shaft (8), the generator shaft key (9), the silicon steel sheet (10) and the generator shaft bearing (16) jointly form the generator rotor structure.

The working mode is as follows: the mechanical kinetic energy of the output shaft generated by the heat energy conversion device of the new energy solar heat energy generator is transmitted to the energy storage flywheel (1) to rotate the energy storage flywheel (1), then the energy storage flywheel (1) drives the spline hub (2) to rotate, the spline hub (2) drives the power input side planet carrier (6) to rotate, the power input side planet carrier (6) is provided with a first planet helical gear (20), a second planet helical gear (28) and a third planet helical gear (27) to rotate, the first planet helical gear (20), the second planet helical gear (28) and the third planet helical gear (27) drive a sun gear (24) to rotate, the sun gear (24) drives a generator shaft (8) to rotate, the generator shaft (8) drives a rotor to do rotary motion for cutting magnetic induction lines in a magnetic field of a stator to generate electric energy, the generated electric energy is stored in a storage battery, and the final conversion of the electric energy is completed.
