Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly, energy-saving and purification of flue gas, and particularly relates to a fog dispersal and water collection device and an industrial cooling system.

Background

The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.

The cooling tower is the indispensable industrial equipment of industrial production, mainly divide into open architecture and closed structure two kinds, and steel mill, power plant industry cooling tower 90% adopt open architecture at present, and open architecture is simple structure, the cost is low, but the ubiquitous in use a large amount of white smoke and the big scheduling problem of water consumption. At present, a plurality of technical forms for eliminating the white smoke such as increasing a heat-removing device to raise the outlet temperature of a cooling tower and the like exist, but the problems of poor white smoke eliminating effect, high energy consumption, non-reduction of water consumption and the like exist. The investment cost of the cooling tower with the closed structure is higher and is about 2 times that of the cooling tower with the open structure, and the closed structure also has a series of problems of large heat exchange area, large circulating water flow, high system pressure, high operating cost and the like.

In view of the above, the present inventors have found that the following problems are present in the use of an industrial cooling tower: (1) when an industrial cooling tower is used (particularly obvious in winter), damp and hot gas is discharged and meets cold air in the air, so that a large amount of white fog is formed, and the dense smoke rolls to make surrounding equipment easily affected with damp, corroded and damaged, so that normal production is seriously affected; (2) water vapor is easily formed on the ground near the industrial cooling tower, and the frozen water is condensed in winter to bring potential safety hazards; (3) in the use process, the water consumption of the cooling tower is extremely high, the cooling is realized by means of water for heat dissipation, and the water demand is large.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a fog dispersal and water collection device and an industrial cooling system, which can solve the problem of white smoke at the outlet of a cooling tower and ionize and eliminate the white smoke under the action of high-voltage electric field force.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fog dispersal and water collection device, including a housing, wherein a water collection device is arranged at a lower part in the housing, and a white removal device is arranged at an upper part in the housing; the water collecting device comprises a plurality of water collecting grooves, and adjacent water collecting grooves are communicated with each other to form a water collecting passage; the white removing device comprises a guide plate, the guide plate is correspondingly arranged above the water collecting tank, an anode tube and a cathode wire are arranged above the guide plate, and the anode tube and the cathode wire are both connected with a high-voltage power supply.

As a further technical scheme, a plurality of water collecting grooves are formed in the periphery of the inner side of the shell.

As a further technical scheme, a water outlet is formed in the side wall of the shell, the water collecting channel is obliquely arranged, the lower end of the water collecting channel is communicated with the water outlet, and the water outlet is communicated with the water collecting tank.

As a further technical scheme, a water outlet pipe is arranged on the lower side of the water collecting tank, and a water pump is arranged on the water outlet pipe.

As a further technical scheme, the top and the bottom of the shell are both open; the guide plate is fixed on the inner side wall of the shell.

As further technical scheme, the guide plate top corresponds and sets up the support, and support both ends fixed connection is in the casing, and positive pole pipe, the equal vertical setting of negative pole line, and positive pole pipe, negative pole line all connect in the support.

As a further technical scheme, the cathode wire comprises a round tube, a stainless steel mesh is sleeved outside the round tube, the upper end of the round tube is fixed with the support, and the stainless steel mesh is connected with a high-voltage power supply.

As a further technical scheme, the cross section of the anode tube is in a regular hexagon shape, and the cathode wire penetrates through the anode tube.

As a further technical scheme, an insulation box is arranged on the side of the shell.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an industrial cooling system, which includes a cooling tower, the mist elimination and water collection device as described above is fixedly disposed on the top of the cooling tower, and the bottom opening of the housing is connected to the outlet on the top of the cooling tower.

The beneficial effects of the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention are as follows:

according to the fog dispersal and water collection device, the electric field is generated through the anode tube and the cathode wire, under the action of the electric field, white smoke at the outlet of the cooling tower is charged, and then water vapor and fine liquid drops of the white smoke are gathered by the anode tube, so that the white smoke at the outlet of the cooling tower is eliminated.

According to the fog dispersal water collecting device, the liquid drops gathered by the anode tube flow to the water collecting tank through the flow guide plate and then enter the water collecting tank for collection, so that the liquid drops (without saline water) carried by evaporation can be collected, and an additional value is generated.

The fog dispersal and water collection device has the advantages of low energy consumption of white removal operation, good white removal and water collection effects, no influence by seasons and unique trapping effect on white removal and fine liquid drops through the matching of the white removal device and the water collection device.
