An interlocking device for a metering system comprises an event trigger module, a power supply circuit control switch and an unlocking module; the event triggering module is used for outputting a different-state mode switching-in signal when an abnormal event is detected, wherein the abnormal event is an in-service electric energy meter breaking event; the unlocking module comprises a key and a lock body which can be separated, and is used for outputting an abnormal mode switching-out signal; the power supply circuit control switch is used for responding to the abnormal mode switching-in signal, disconnecting the power supply circuit and switching the power supply circuit into the abnormal mode from the controllable mode, the power supply circuit control switch is also used for responding to the abnormal mode switching-out signal, switching the power supply circuit into the controllable mode from the abnormal mode, and when the power supply circuit control switch is in the abnormal mode, the load end of the power supply circuit control switch is locked in a circuit breaking state.

The interlock device for a metering system of claim 1, further comprising a control module, wherein an input end of the control module is electrically connected to a signal output end of the event trigger module and a signal output end of the unlocking module, respectively, and an output end of the control module is electrically connected to a control end of the power supply circuit control switch.

The interlock of claim 3 wherein said power supply circuit control switch comprises a load switch and an auxiliary switch in tandem, said auxiliary switch being connected in series to a feedback input circuit, an output of said feedback input circuit being electrically connected to an input of said control module.

5. The interlock of claim 3 wherein the signal output of the event trigger module is electrically connected to an interrupt pin of the control module.

The interlock device for a metering system of claim 1, wherein the event triggering module comprises a micro switch, the micro switch is used for being installed on a meter body of an electric energy meter, and the micro switch outputs the abnormal mode switching-in signal when the electric energy meter is in an active state and the tail cover of the electric energy meter is opened or separated from the meter body of the electric energy meter.

7. The interlock of claim 1 wherein said power circuit control switch is a normally open control switch.

A meter box is characterized by comprising a box body, a box cover, an electric energy meter and the interlocking device for the metering system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a first electric contact for coupling the interlocking device for the metering system is arranged on the back surface of the electric energy meter, a second electric contact for coupling the interlocking device for the metering system is arranged on the back surface of the power supply circuit control switch, an electric energy meter chamber and a switch chamber are formed in the box body through partitions, the switch chamber is used for installing the power supply circuit control switch, a third electric contact for electrically connecting with the first electric contact is arranged on the surface of the switch chamber, the electric energy meter chamber is used for installing the electric energy meter, a fourth electric contact for electrically connecting with the second electric contact is arranged on the surface of the electric energy meter chamber, a buried signal wire is arranged in the box body, the buried signal line is electrically connected to the third electrical contact and the fourth electrical contact.

9. A method for preventing electricity theft, characterized in that, using an interlock device for a metering system according to any one of claims 1-7, the method comprises the following steps:

after detecting that the tail cover of the electric energy meter is opened, disconnecting the power supply circuit and locking the power supply circuit in an open circuit state;

and after receiving an unlocking instruction, unlocking the power supply circuit so as to enable the power supply circuit to be in an openable and closable state.

The electricity larceny prevention method according to claim 9, wherein during a time period t after receiving the unlocking instruction, a ratio a of the total electric energy metering amount of the total electric energy meter to the sum of the electric energy metering components of all branch electric energy meters corresponding to the total electric energy meter is calculated, and if the ratio a is greater than or equal to a set warning value, an alarm signal is sent, wherein the active electric energy meter belongs to the branch electric energy meters.

Background

After the intelligent charge control electric energy meter is popularized, two commonly found electricity stealing modes are available. One is that the electric energy meter is failed by means of harmonic current or electromagnetic effect, or a controller of a metering module is halted, and the electricity stealing mode has high requirements on professional technology and high electric shock risk. The other is that the intelligent charge control electric energy meter can not acquire the voltage data or the current data of the load end by adjusting the leading-in wire and the leading-out wire of the electric energy meter, but the metering rule of the intelligent charge control electric energy meter must include the current data and the voltage data,

patent document CN202119820U describes an electric energy meter capable of detecting uncovering in a power failure state, which includes an end cover, a single chip microcomputer in the meter, an interruption awakening port and a ground resistor, and further includes an end cover detection switch, one end of the end cover detection switch is connected with the interruption awakening port and the ground resistor of the electric energy meter, the other end of the end cover detection switch is connected with a power supply (VBAT), the end cover detection switch is installed at the end cover, and is used for switching on the end cover detection switch when the end cover is uncovered during the power failure, awakening the single chip microcomputer, and confirming and recording related uncovering events.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an interlocking device for a metering system, which aims to solve the technical problem that electricity stealing behavior caused by a break-in event of an in-service electric energy meter cannot be responded and found in time.

The second invention aims to provide a meter box to solve the technical problem that the existing metering equipment has poor remote control effect on electricity stealing in a modified wiring mode of an in-service electric energy meter.

The third invention aims to provide an electricity stealing prevention method to solve the technical problem that the existing electric energy metering equipment cannot respond to electricity stealing behavior in time.

In order to solve the technical problems, the following technical scheme can be selected according to the needs:

an interlocking device for a metering system comprises an event trigger module, a power supply circuit control switch and an unlocking module; the event triggering module is used for outputting a different-state mode switching-in signal when an abnormal event is detected, wherein the abnormal event is an in-service electric energy meter breaking event; the unlocking module comprises a separable key and a lock body and is used for outputting a different mode switching-out signal; the power supply circuit control switch is used for responding to the abnormal mode switching-in signal, disconnecting the power supply circuit and switching the power supply circuit into the abnormal mode from the controllable mode, the power supply circuit control switch is also used for responding to the abnormal mode switching-out signal, switching the power supply circuit into the controllable mode from the abnormal mode, and when the power supply circuit control switch is in the abnormal mode, the load end of the power supply circuit control switch is locked in a circuit breaking state.

Preferably, the key comprises a virtual key, and the lock body comprises an encoder; or, the key is an entity secret key, and the lock body is an entity lock body.

Preferably, the power supply device further comprises a control module, an input end of the control module is respectively and correspondingly electrically connected with a signal output end of the event trigger module and a signal output end of the unlocking module, and an output end of the control module is electrically connected with a control end of the control switch of the power supply circuit.

Furthermore, the power supply circuit control switch comprises a load switch and an auxiliary switch which are linked, the auxiliary switch is connected in series on the feedback input circuit, and the output end of the feedback input circuit is electrically connected with the input end of the control module.

Preferably, the event triggering module includes a micro switch, the micro switch is used for being installed on a meter body of the electric energy meter, and when the electric energy meter is in an in-service state and the tail cover thereof is opened or separated from the meter body thereof, the micro switch outputs the abnormal mode switching-in signal.

Preferably, the power supply circuit control switch selects a normally open control switch.

A meter box comprises a box body, a box cover, an electric energy meter and the interlocking device for the metering system, the back of the electric energy meter is provided with a first electric contact for coupling with the interlocking device for the metering system, the back of the control switch of the power supply circuit is provided with a second electric contact for coupling the interlocking device for the metering system, an electric energy meter chamber and a switch chamber are formed in the box body through partitions, the switch chamber is used for installing the power supply circuit control switch, a third electric contact point which is electrically connected with the first electric contact point is arranged on the surface of the switch chamber, the electric energy meter chamber is used for installing an electric energy meter, a fourth electric contact for electric connection with the second electric contact is arranged on the surface of the electric energy meter chamber, and a buried signal wire is arranged in the box body and electrically connected with the third electric connection point and the fourth electric connection contact.

An electricity larceny prevention method, which uses the interlocking device for the metering system, comprises the following steps:

after detecting that the tail cover of the electric energy meter is opened, disconnecting the power supply circuit and locking the power supply circuit in an open circuit state;

and after receiving an unlocking instruction, unlocking the power supply circuit so as to enable the power supply circuit to be in an openable and closable state.

Preferably, during a time period t after the unlocking instruction is received, a ratio a of the total electric energy metering amount of the total electric energy meter to the sum of the electric energy metering components of all the branch electric energy meters corresponding to the total electric energy meter is calculated, and if the ratio a is greater than or equal to a set warning value, an alarm signal is sent, wherein the electric energy meter belongs to the branch electric energy meter.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the interlocking device for the metering system enables the in-service electric energy meter breaking event to be coupled and interlocked with the power supply circuit, when the in-service electric energy meter breaking event is detected, the power supply circuit control switch disconnects the power supply circuit, and the load end of the power supply circuit control switch is locked in the open circuit state until the power supply circuit control switch receives the abnormal mode switching-out signal output by the unlocking module. When the power supply circuit is in the off-state, the power supply circuit can be in the off-state, so that the serious electricity stealing consequence can be avoided, and the power stealing behavior caused by the in-service electric energy meter breaking event can be timely discovered.

2. The buried signal wire is respectively and electrically connected with a first electric contact which is arranged on the back surface of the electric energy meter and used for being coupled with the interlocking device for the metering system and a second electric contact which is arranged on the back surface of the power supply circuit control switch and used for being coupled with the interlocking device for the metering system, so that the damage difficulty of the interlocking device for the metering system can be reduced.

3. The electricity stealing prevention method can timely find the electricity stealing behavior caused by illegally opening the tail cover of the electric energy meter and avoid serious electricity stealing consequences.

The present invention is described below in terms of embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings to assist those skilled in the art in understanding and implementing the present invention. Unless otherwise indicated, the following embodiments and technical terms therein should not be understood to depart from the background of the technical knowledge in the technical field.

Fig. 4 shows a wiring diagram of an electric energy meter, in which a voltage coil cannot acquire voltage data, so that the electric energy meter cannot measure the power consumption of a load. The grounding wire in fig. 4 may be a grounding wire led out from the meter box, or may be a grounding wire from other sources. Fig. 5 shows a wiring diagram of another electric energy meter, in which the current coil cannot acquire current data, so that the electric energy meter cannot measure the power consumption of the load. The grounding wire in fig. 5 may be a grounding wire led out from a meter box, or may be a grounding wire from other sources. In summary, electricity stealing must use one hot line of the power supply circuit.
