1. A mechanical device for preparing cigarette paper tubes is characterized by comprising:

the blanking device is provided with a material leaking port at the lower part, the shape and the size of the material leaking port are matched with those of cigarettes, so that only one cigarette can be accommodated through the material leaking port each time, and the blanking device is used for accommodating the cigarettes;

The mechanical device for preparing a cigarette paper tube according to claim 1, wherein the discharge port is arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the cigarette lattices; after the cigarette drops into the cigarette lattice from the material leaking port, the filter tip part of the cigarette can be protruded outside the cigarette lattice.

the compressed air blowpipe is arranged beside the sample clamping device and used for carrying out air purging on the cigarette filter tips clamped and fixed by the sample clamping device; and

the control unit is used for receiving the sensing signal of the sensor and controlling the sample clamping device and the compressed air blowpipe to act; the inductor, the compressed air blowpipe and the control unit are electrically connected.

Preferably, the material leakage port and the cigarette lattice are arranged in a staggered manner; after the cigarette drops into the cigarette lattice from the material leaking port, the filter tip part of the cigarette can be protruded outside the cigarette lattice.

Preferably, the cigarette pressing device is arranged above the interval type cigarette conveying belt and used for pressing cigarettes conveyed on the interval type cigarette conveying belt, the depth of the cigarette support lattice is less than d, 1.1d is less than the width of the cigarette support lattice is less than 1.3d, and d is the diameter of the cigarettes;

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The embodiment of the invention provides a mechanical device for preparing a cigarette paper tube, which has a structure shown in figure 1. The blanking device 1 is provided with a material leakage opening 14, the shape and the size of the material leakage opening 14 are matched with those of the cigarettes 3, so that the material leakage opening 14 can only accommodate one cigarette 3 to pass through at a time, and the blanking device 1 is used for accommodating the cigarettes 3; a plurality of cigarette lattices 13 are arranged on the spaced cigarette conveying belt 4, d is less than the width of the cigarette lattice 13 <2d, and d is the diameter of the cigarette 3, so that each cigarette lattice 13 can only contain one cigarette 3; the spaced cigarette conveying belt 4 is positioned below the blanking device 1; meanwhile, d < the distance from the material leakage port 14 to the bottom of the cigarette lattice 13 <2d, and d is the diameter of the cigarette 3, so that only one cigarette 3 falls into the cigarette lattice 13 from the material leakage port 14 every time in the process of conveying the cigarette 3 forwards by the spaced cigarette conveying belt 4; the first driving device 11 is used for driving the spaced cigarette conveying belt 4 to rotate; the sample clamping device 6 is arranged above the spaced cigarette conveying belt 4 and used for clamping and fixing the cigarettes 3; the sensor 15 is arranged on the sample clamping device 6 and used for sensing whether the cigarettes 3 pass through the sample clamping device 6 or not, and the sensor 15 can be an infrared sensor or a microwave sensor; the compressed air blowpipe 7 is arranged beside the sample clamping device 6 and used for carrying out air purging on the filter tip of the cigarette 3 clamped and fixed by the sample clamping device 6; the control unit receives the sensing signal of the sensor 15 and controls the sample clamping device 6 and the compressed air blowpipe 7 to act; the inductor 15, the compressed air blowing pipe 7 and the control unit are electrically connected. It should be understood that the sample holder 6, the compressed air blow pipe 7 are also equipped with some supporting means of the related equipment, not shown completely in fig. 1.

The inner wall of the cigarette lattice 13 can be polished to be smooth, which is more beneficial to the cigarette 3 to rotate in the cigarette lattice 13. After the cigarette pressing device presses the cigarette 3, the tobacco shreds coated in the cigarette 3 can be loosened, and the tobacco shreds after loosening treatment are blown out more easily under the blowing of the subsequent compressed air blowpipe 7, so that the compressed air with lower pressure can be used for blowing out the filter tip part of the cigarette 3, the phenomenon that the cigarette paper is often blown out or the filter tip rod is blown out from the filter tip in the preparation process of the cigarette paper tube can be avoided, and the waste of the cigarette 3 is reduced. Simultaneously, the rolling transmission track 5 evenly presses the periphery of the cigarette 3, and the outer packing paper of the cigarette 3 can be prevented from being worn and damaged. It should be understood that the cigarette pressing device is also equipped with some supporting means of the related equipment, not completely shown in fig. 1.

For example, when the diameter of a single cigarette 3 is 8mm and the length of the filter tip part is 3cm, the width of the cigarette lattice 13 can be set to 1cm, the depth of the cigarette lattice 13 is set to 5mm, the distance from the material leakage port 14 to the bottom of the cigarette lattice 13 is set to 9mm, and the material leakage port 14 and the cigarette lattice 13 are arranged in a staggered mode by 3cm, so that the filter tip part of the cigarette 3 protrudes out of the cigarette lattice 13.

Preferably, the upper part of the blanking device 1 is in a cabinet shape, and a cabinet door 2 is arranged on the blanking device 1. When the cigarette placing device is used, the cabinet door 2 of the blanking device 1 is opened, the cigarettes 3 are placed in a staggered mode from bottom to top in sequence, and after the cigarettes 3 are placed, the cabinet door 2 of the blanking device 1 is closed. Thus, the compressed air blowpipe 7 blows out the tobacco shreds and drops the tobacco shreds into the tobacco shred collection box 8, the interval type cigarette conveying belt 4 conveys the empty paper tube to the ramp 9, and the empty paper tube drops into the paper tube collection box 10 through the ramp 9.
