A suction resistance controllable closed heating type cigarette is characterized in that the cigarette comprises a tobacco section (1), a controllable suction resistance section (2) and a functional filter section (3) which are coaxially abutted in sequence from upstream to downstream, wherein the upstream end of the tobacco section is sealed, and the cigarette is externally wrapped with an external wrapping piece (4);

A rod according to claim 1, characterised in that the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section (1) is sealed in such a way that: the circumference and/or the upstream end face of the sealed tobacco section (1) are wrapped by a paper base material or a foil base material with air impermeability or controllable air permeability to form a closed system; or the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section (1) is coaxially abutted with a plug (5).

A cigarette according to claim 1, characterized in that coaxial through holes (4-1) are arranged on the outer wrapping piece (4) at positions corresponding to the side wall through holes (2-2), and the diameter of the coaxial through holes (4-1) is not smaller than that of the side wall through holes (2-2).

4. The cigarette as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that a hollow tubular supporting layer is arranged between the wall of the controllable suction resistance section (2) and the flow-limiting elements (2-3), and the side wall through holes (2-2) penetrate through the supporting layer.

5. Cigarette according to claim 1, characterised in that the functional filter segments (3) comprise a cooling segment (3-1) and a filter segment (3-2).

6. A tobacco rod according to claim 1, characterized in that the tobacco segment (1) comprises cut tobacco, tobacco flakes, tobacco particles, tobacco shaped bodies or tobacco containing gels therein.

7. A tobacco rod according to claim 1, characterised in that the flow-restricting elements (2-3) are cylindrical bodies having a certain air permeability and completely or partially filling the central cavity (2-1).

8. A rod according to claim 1, characterised in that the side walls of the flow-restricting elements (2-3) cover the side wall through holes (2-2).

9. Cigarette according to claim 1, characterised in that the flow-restricting elements (2-3) have inside a plurality of axial channels, the outer axial channels having side walls with a lower air permeability than the central axial channels.

The cigarette as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the flow-guiding restriction elements (2-3) comprise an outermost hollow cylindrical restriction layer and a plurality of inner hollow cylindrical flow-guiding layers, the air permeability of the restriction layer being less than that of the flow-guiding layer.

The invention belongs to the field of heating non-combustible cigarettes, and particularly relates to a suction resistance controllable closed heating type cigarette.

Background

Traditional tobacco has been in the past for centuries and has been incorporated into the lives of most smokers. In recent years, along with the improvement of living standard of people, the problems of smoking, health, harm of second-hand smoke and the like are more and more emphasized by people, and the harmfulness brought by the traditional tobacco products is more and more prominent. Meanwhile, with the implementation of WHO tobacco control framework convention, especially the gradual expansion of smoking ban in public places of all countries in the world, the development environment of tobacco products has been changed significantly and profoundly, and the structure of tobacco products is being adjusted rapidly towards the development direction of diversification and no smoke. The new tobacco products gradually become the realistic choice for various large transnational tobacco enterprises to deal with the sales of the traditional tobacco products.

At present, most of the non-combustible heating cigarettes adopt air as a carrier of smoke, in order to ensure that the tobacco is not combusted, the applied heating temperature is usually lower and generally does not exceed 300 ℃, compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco aroma components of the novel non-combustible heating cigarette are difficult to completely release, and the smoke quantity is insufficient, so that the cigarette is difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers. In addition, in order to ensure air circulation, most of the tobacco ends of the cigarettes which are not heated and combusted are in an open structure, namely, the cut tobacco or the reconstituted tobacco sheets are directly exposed outside or are connected with the outside atmosphere through a certain airflow channel, and tobacco residues can drop off and easily pollute the smoking set in the process of pulling out the smoke bomb after smoking is finished, so that the smoking set is cleaned by the tobacco in a certain time. In addition, the flow measurement smoke volume and the draw resistance are important factors influencing the cigarette consumption experience.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a suction resistance controllable closed heating type cigarette, which comprises a tobacco section 1, a controllable suction resistance section 2 and a functional filter section 3, wherein the tobacco section 1, the controllable suction resistance section 2 and the functional filter section 3 are coaxially abutted in sequence from upstream to downstream, and an external wrapping piece 4 wraps the cigarette;

the controllable resistance-absorbing section 2 is a pipe body with an axial central cavity 2-1 and circumferential side wall through holes 2-2, and the number of the side wall through holes 2-2 is at least one; the controllable suction resistance section 2 further comprises a flow-restricting element 2-3 with an axial passage arranged in the central cavity 2-1.

The limiting guide elements 2-3 are internally provided with axial channels and have certain air permeability, so that the axial smoke diffusion resistance is low, and the radial smoke diffusion resistance is high. When in suction, the inflow of the outside air is not influenced; when the smoke is not sucked, the smoke cannot escape through the side wall through holes 2-2 because the radial smoke diffusion resistance is high, so that the smoke loss can be effectively reduced.

The smoking resistance of the cigarette can be adjusted by changing the aperture and the number of the circumferential side wall through holes 2-2 and the porosity and/or the air permeability of the limiting flow guide elements 2-3.

Preferably, a coaxial through hole 4-1 is arranged on the outer wrapping piece 4 at a position corresponding to the side wall through hole 2-2, and the aperture of the coaxial through hole 4-1 is not smaller than that of the side wall through hole 2-2.

Preferably, the flow-limiting elements 2-3 have several axial channels inside, the air permeability of the outer axial channel side walls being smaller than the air permeability of the central axial channel. The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention designs a closed cigarette with controllable suction resistance for the first time, which is matched with a heating type smoking set for use, and because the formed fresh smoke has a replacement effect on the internal atmosphere of the cigarette, the oxygen content in the cigarette can be reduced along with the heating process, and at the moment, even if the heating temperature is increased, the combustion phenomenon can not occur. Therefore, the heating temperature can be increased to fully release the tobacco aroma components and increase the smoke volume. In addition, the cigarette of the invention is provided with a flow-limiting element with an axial smoke diffusion channel at the controllable resistance-suction section. The limiting flow guide element has certain air permeability, low axial smoke diffusion resistance and high radial smoke diffusion resistance. When in suction, the inflow of the outside air is not influenced; when the smoke is not sucked, the smoke cannot escape from the through holes on the side wall because the radial smoke diffusion resistance is high, so that the smoke loss can be effectively reduced. The suction resistance of the cigarette can be adjusted by changing the aperture and the number of the through holes on the circumferential side wall and limiting the porosity of the flow guide element.

If the tobacco section is sealed by using elements such as a sealing film and the like, the cigarette production process needs to be changed, the existing equipment is greatly changed, and the industrial production is inconvenient.
