1. A filter rod for use with an electronic cigarette body, comprising: the filter pipe, the first filter cotton and the second filter cotton;

the filter pipe is of a hollow structure, the first filter cotton is arranged in the first end of the filter pipe, and the second filter cotton is arranged in the second end of the filter pipe; the first filter cotton is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe, and the first filter cotton is in a contracted state; the second filter cotton is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe and is in a contracted state; and a cavity is formed on the inner walls of the first filter cotton, the second filter cotton and the filter pipe.

2. A filter rod according to claim 1 wherein the first filter cotton is located at a port at the first end of the filter tube which extends inwardly a first predetermined length.

3. A filter rod according to claim 2 wherein the second filter cotton is located at the second end of the filter tube where the port extends inwardly a second predetermined length.

A filter rod according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the filter tube is of paper, or PE, or PP or PET; the first filter cotton is synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven fabric filter cotton, glass fiber filter cotton or activated carbon filter cotton; the second filter cotton is synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven fabric filter cotton, glass fiber filter cotton or activated carbon filter cotton.

5. A filter rod according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the periphery of the filter tube is further provided with a sticker.

6. An electronic cigarette is characterized by comprising an electronic cigarette body and a filter rod;

the electronic cigarette body is connected with the filter rod in a nested manner, a containing groove is formed in the first end of the electronic cigarette body, and the first end of the filter rod is inserted into the containing groove;

the filter rod comprises a filter pipe, first filter cotton and second filter cotton; the filter pipe is of a hollow structure, the first filter cotton is arranged in the first end of the filter pipe, and the second filter cotton is arranged in the second end of the filter pipe; the first filter cotton is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe, and the first filter cotton is in a contracted state; the second filter cotton is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe and is in a contracted state; and a cavity is formed on the inner walls of the first filter cotton, the second filter cotton and the filter pipe.

7. The electronic cigarette of claim 6, wherein the first filter cotton is located at a port at the first end of the filter tube that extends inward a first predetermined length.

8. The electronic cigarette of claim 7, wherein the second filter cotton is located at a port at the second end of the filter tube that extends inward a second predetermined length.

The electronic cigarette according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the filter tube is made of paper, PE, PP or PET; the first filter cotton is synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven fabric filter cotton, glass fiber filter cotton or activated carbon filter cotton; the second filter cotton is synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven fabric filter cotton, glass fiber filter cotton or activated carbon filter cotton.

10. The electronic cigarette according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein a sticker is further attached to the periphery of the filter tube.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of electronic cigarettes, in particular to a filter rod and an electronic cigarette.

Background

Since tobacco produces a large amount of harmful gas when it is burned, it has a great hazard to human bodies and the surrounding environment. Therefore, novel tobacco substitute in recent years comes to birth, and in order to reduce the harm that the smoking produced the human body, prior art discloses an electron cigarette, including atomization component and battery pole subassembly, be provided with heating member and tobacco tar in the atomization component, thereby the heating member generates heat through the battery pole subassembly and atomizes the tobacco tar to supply the user to inhale, produce the effect of smoking. The tobacco tar has no harmful substances of tobacco, so that the cigarette is less harmful compared with the traditional cigarette, and in addition, the cigarette can adapt to and meet the requirements of consumers.

Most electron cigarette products all set up the filter rod in suction nozzle department at present, and the structure of this filter rod is cotton filling completely, leads to the user when the suction, because the filter pulp in the filter rod is great to the resistance of smog for user's inspiratory smog is less, has influenced user's smoking and has experienced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a filter rod and an electronic cigarette, which are used for reducing the resistance of filter cotton to smoke and improving the smoking experience of a user.

In order to achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention provides the following solutions: a filter rod for use with an electronic cigarette body, comprising: the filter pipe, the first filter cotton and the second filter cotton;

the filter pipe is of a hollow structure, the first filter cotton is arranged in the first end of the filter pipe, and the second filter cotton is arranged in the second end of the filter pipe; the first filter cotton is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe, and the first filter cotton is in a contracted state; the second filter cotton is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe and is in a contracted state; and a cavity is formed on the inner walls of the first filter cotton, the second filter cotton and the filter pipe.

Optionally, the first filter cotton is located at a position where a port of the first end of the filter pipe extends inwards by a first preset length.

Optionally, the second filter cotton is located at a position where the port of the second end of the filter pipe extends inwards by a second preset length.

Optionally, the filter pipe is made of paper, or PE, or PP, or PET; the first filter cotton is synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven fabric filter cotton, glass fiber filter cotton or activated carbon filter cotton; the second filter cotton is synthetic fiber filter cotton, non-woven fabric filter cotton, glass fiber filter cotton or activated carbon filter cotton.

Optionally, the periphery of the filter pipe is pasted with a sticker.

The second aspect of the invention provides the following technical scheme: an electronic cigarette comprises an electronic cigarette body and a filter rod;

the electronic cigarette body is connected with the filter rod in a nested manner, a containing groove is formed in the first end of the electronic cigarette body, and the first end of the filter rod is inserted into the containing groove;

Optionally, the first filter cotton is located at a position where a port of the first end of the filter pipe extends inwards by a first preset length.

In summary, the present invention can achieve the following effects:

1. the filter rod is additionally arranged at the suction nozzle of the traditional electronic cigarette body, so that condensate formed by smoke can be effectively absorbed, and the smoking taste of a user is improved;

2. the first filter cotton and the second filter cotton are arranged in the filter rod, so that double filtration of smoke can be realized, and the effects of absorbing condensate and filtering large-particle substances are improved;

3. a cavity is formed between the first filter cotton and the second filter cotton, so that the two filter cotton can absorb condensate, the resistance of smoke in the filter rod is small, and a user can suck the smoke more easily;

4. the first filter cotton and the second filter cotton are both arranged at a certain depth in the filter pipe, so that a user cannot directly contact the filter cotton, and condensate on the filter cotton is prevented from entering the mouth of the user; but also can prevent the filter cotton from directly contacting with the components of the electronic cigarette body to cause unsmooth airflow.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a technical solution: a filter rod for use with an electronic cigarette body, comprising: the filter tube 1, the first filter cotton 2 and the second filter cotton 3;

the filtering pipe 1 is of a hollow structure, the first filtering cotton 2 is arranged in the first end of the filtering pipe 1, and the second filtering cotton 3 is arranged in the second end of the filtering pipe 1; the first filter cotton 2 is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe 1, and the first filter cotton 2 is in a contracted state; the second filter cotton 3 is abutted against the inner wall of the filter pipe 1, and the second filter cotton 2 is in a contracted state; the inner walls of the first filter cotton 2, the second filter cotton 3 and the filter pipe 1 are formed with a cavity 4.

Optionally, the second filter cotton 3 is located at a second end of the filter pipe 1, where a port of the second end extends inward for a second preset length.

The first preset length may be 2 mm, and the second preset length may be 2 mm, which is not limited in this application. The invention also provides another technical scheme: an electronic cigarette comprises an electronic cigarette body 6 and a filter rod 7;
