By adopting the above technical scheme, the first sensor 203 is used for detecting whether the inside of the fixed groove body 204 has the intellectual property certificate 6 and for determining the position data of each fixed groove body 204, so that the pick-and-place mechanism 3 can accurately find the intellectual property certificate 6 corresponding to the inside of the fixed groove body 204, the second sensor 312 is used for detecting whether the inside of the gantry-shaped fixing plate 314 has the intellectual property certificate 6, and when the second sensor 312 detects that the inside of the gantry-shaped fixing plate 314 has the intellectual property certificate 6, the controller 405 controls the electric push rod 313 to clamp the intellectual property certificate 6 inside the gantry-shaped fixing plate 314.

It should be noted that in this embodiment, the first sensor 203 and the second sensor 312 may be both infrared sensors, and the controller 405 may be a PLC controller of model 6ES72350KD220XA 8.

The working principle is as follows: when the display device for classifying the intellectual property certificates is used, the intellectual property certificates 6 are classified according to the technical content, the intellectual property certificates 6 with higher technical content (such as the invention patent) can be placed in the fixed groove bodies 204 at the more prominent positions in the middle of the display platform, when the intellectual property certificates 6 at the higher positions are taken and placed, the touch display screen 403 is operated, the touch display screen 403 can display the state of each fixed groove body 204, corresponding operation is performed according to the state of each fixed groove body 204, the intellectual property certificates 6 in the fixed groove bodies 204 can be taken out, when the intellectual property certificates 6 are required to be placed in the corresponding fixed groove bodies 204, the touch display screen 403 is operated, the corresponding fixed groove bodies 204 are selected, then the intellectual property certificates 6 are manually inserted into the gantry-shaped fixed plates 314, at the moment, the second sensors 312 detect the intellectual property certificates 6, the controller 405 controls the electric push rod 313 to clamp the intellectual property certificate 6 inside the gantry-shaped fixing plate 314, and then the pick-and-place mechanism 3 automatically operates to place the intellectual property certificate 6 inside the corresponding fixing groove 204.
