1. An induction type liquid outlet device is characterized by comprising:

the device comprises a device main body and a liquid outlet, wherein the device main body is provided with a containing cavity and at least one liquid outlet, the liquid outlet is communicated with the containing cavity, the containing cavity is suitable for containing liquid, and the liquid in the containing cavity can be discharged through the liquid outlet;

the counterweight is arranged on the device main body and is used for pressing the liquid in the accommodating cavity under the action of the gravity of the counterweight;

the sensing element is arranged on the device main body and used for sensing whether a human body appears at the liquid outlet or not;

the liquid switch is arranged at the liquid outlet of the device main body and is electrically connected with the sensing element; when the sensing element senses a human body, the liquid switch is switched from a closed state to an open state, and liquid in the accommodating cavity is discharged from the liquid outlet.

The induction type liquid outlet device according to claim 1, wherein the device body is provided with a placing cavity and an opening, and the opening is communicated with the placing cavity; the device main body further comprises a flexible bag and a liquid outlet pipe, the liquid outlet pipe is arranged on the flexible bag, the flexible bag is surrounded to form the accommodating cavity, and the liquid outlet is located at one end, far away from the flexible bag, of the liquid outlet pipe; the flexible bag is placed in the placing cavity, the liquid outlet pipe penetrates through the opening to extend outwards, and the liquid switch is installed on the liquid outlet pipe; the weight is placed above the flexible bag to apply pressure to the liquid within the flexible bag.

The induction type liquid outlet device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the device body further comprises an extension tube, a fixed end of the extension tube is mounted on a bottom wall or a side wall of the device body and is communicated with the accommodating cavity, a movable end of the extension tube extends towards the upper part of the device body, the liquid outlet is formed on the movable end of the extension tube, and the liquid switch is mounted on the movable end of the extension tube.

10. The induction type liquid outlet device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the number of the liquid outlets of the device body is plural, and the plural liquid outlets are arranged at intervals.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of liquid outlets, in particular to an induction type liquid outlet device.

Background

The liquid outlet device is a common liquid supply device in life, and liquid such as disinfectant, hand sanitizer or cleaning solution can be stored in the liquid outlet device and discharged when needed for users to use.

Common liquid outlet devices can be roughly divided into contact type liquid outlet devices and non-contact type liquid outlet devices, and when the contact type liquid outlet devices are used, a user needs to discharge liquid through pressing or other contact type operations; when the contact type liquid outlet device is used, a user does not need to contact with the liquid outlet device, and liquid in the liquid outlet device can be automatically discharged after the human body is sensed.

Compared with a contact type liquid outlet device, the non-contact type liquid outlet device can prevent a user from contacting with the liquid outlet device, so that bacteria or viruses can be prevented from being transmitted among the users through the liquid outlet device. Therefore, non-contact liquid discharge devices are widely used.

The traditional non-contact liquid outlet device has the working principle that the sensing assembly senses the appearance of a human body and then drives liquid to be discharged in a motor driving mode. It should be pointed out that, traditional non-contact goes out liquid device and at work, need pass through three processes of human appearance of response subassembly response, transmission of sensing signal and motor drive liquid discharge, the discharge of liquid has certain time delay, and the human liquid discharge that appears can take longer time.

On the other hand, the conventional non-contact liquid outlet device usually needs to be connected with an external power supply during working so that the motor works to drive liquid to be discharged. That is to say, in the places without external power supply, such as outdoor temporary activity places, temporarily-built cleaning and/or disinfection places, external power supply can not be provided for the traditional non-contact liquid outlet device, so that the traditional non-contact liquid outlet device can not be normally used.

In view of the above, there is a need for an improvement of the conventional non-contact liquid outlet device.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an induction type liquid outlet device, which can quickly discharge liquid when sensing a human body, does not require an external power supply, is convenient to install, and can be applied to a scene where the external power supply cannot be provided.

In order to achieve the above object, an object of the present invention is to provide an induction type liquid outlet device, comprising:

the device comprises a device main body and a liquid outlet, wherein the device main body is provided with a containing cavity and at least one liquid outlet, the liquid outlet is communicated with the containing cavity, the containing cavity is suitable for containing liquid, and the liquid in the containing cavity can be discharged through the liquid outlet;

the counterweight is arranged on the device main body and is used for pressing the liquid in the accommodating cavity under the action of the gravity of the counterweight;

the sensing element is arranged on the device main body and used for sensing whether a human body appears at the liquid outlet or not;

the liquid switch is arranged at the liquid outlet of the device main body and is electrically connected with the sensing element; when the sensing element senses a human body, the liquid switch is switched from a closed state to an open state, and liquid in the accommodating cavity is discharged from the liquid outlet.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the device body has a placement chamber and an opening, the opening communicating with the placement chamber; the device main body further comprises a flexible bag and a liquid outlet pipe, the liquid outlet pipe is arranged on the flexible bag, the flexible bag is surrounded to form the accommodating cavity, and the liquid outlet is located at one end, far away from the flexible bag, of the liquid outlet pipe; the flexible bag is placed in the placing cavity, the liquid outlet pipe penetrates through the opening to extend outwards, and the liquid switch is installed on the liquid outlet pipe; the weight is adapted to be placed over the flexible bag to apply pressure to the liquid within the flexible bag.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the induction type liquid outlet device further comprises a sliding plate, the sliding plate is mounted on the placing cavity of the device body, and the sliding plate can slide up and down along the height direction of the placing cavity; the weight is placed above the slide plate to apply pressure to the flexible bag through the slide plate.

In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the counterweight is integrally formed with the slide plate.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, an end of the liquid outlet pipe away from the flexible bag is provided with a screw thread, and the liquid switch is mounted on the liquid outlet pipe in a screw thread connection manner.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the device body includes a substrate and a sliding cover, the sliding cover is mounted on the substrate in a manner of sliding up and down relative to the substrate, and the substrate and the sliding cover surround to form the accommodating cavity; the weight is placed above the sliding cover to apply pressure to the liquid in the accommodating cavity by pressing the sliding cover downwards.

In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the weight is integrally formed with the slide cover.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the liquid outlet is located at the bottom and/or side of the device body.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the device body further includes an extension tube, a fixed end of the extension tube is mounted on the bottom wall or the side wall of the device body and is communicated with the accommodating cavity, a movable end of the extension tube extends upward of the device body, the liquid outlet is formed at the movable end of the extension tube, and the liquid switch is mounted at the movable end of the extension tube.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the number of the liquid outlets of the apparatus main body is plural, and the plural liquid outlets are arranged at intervals.

The invention has at least one of the following beneficial effects:

1. the induction type liquid outlet device provided by the invention applies pressure to liquid by adopting the gravity of the counterweight, so that the pressure is applied without adopting a motor driving mode, the induction type liquid outlet device can be suitable for places without an external power supply, is convenient to use, and can save electric energy.

2. The induction type liquid outlet device provided by the invention applies pressure to liquid by adopting the gravity of the counterweight, the counterweight can continuously apply pressure to the liquid, when the liquid switch is switched on, the liquid can be quickly discharged under continuous pressure, the discharge efficiency is high, and no time delay exists.

3. In some embodiments of the induction type liquid outlet device provided by the invention, the induction type liquid outlet device is provided with a plurality of liquid outlets, so that the requirement of simultaneously using a plurality of users can be met, and the induction type liquid outlet device has higher efficiency.

4. The induction type liquid outlet device provided by the invention is particularly suitable for solving the public health problem under the condition of new crown epidemic situation at home and abroad at present, a large number of non-contact hand washing or disinfecting devices are needed in public places such as schools, hospitals, cinemas, supermarkets, squares and other dense flow areas, if the traditional non-contact type disinfecting and sanitary device is used, a plurality of power supplies are required to be connected, and the device is easy to damage and short in service life under the outdoor condition. The device adopts the counterweight to apply pressure, the placing cavity is arranged in the liquid outlet device, finished products such as disinfectant, hand sanitizer and the like are directly placed in the placing cavity, and the disinfectant and the like flow out from the liquid outlet under the control of the sensing element through the continuous application of the physical gravity of the counterweight, so that the use of people is facilitated; the device can be assembled in parallel, and a plurality of liquid outlets can be arranged on one device, so that the device is convenient and quick to use. The invention can also directly fill the bulk disinfectant or hand sanitizer and the like into the containing cavity in the device without adopting packaged disinfectant finished products, the containing cavity forms a sealed cavity through the substrate and the cover plate, and a counterweight is placed on the cover plate for continuous pressure application, thereby achieving the same effect.
