Background

The sealed pot includes one container and one cover with airtight cover in the opening of the container, and the cover is detachable to the container. Because the sealing tank is easy to be infiltrated by liquid or powder, the gasket is dirty or dirt is accumulated in gaps, even the condition that the gasket becomes mildewed or pollutes food materials in the container occurs, the sealing tank needs to be detached and washed frequently, and the sealing tank can be assembled and used after the gasket and the ring groove are dried, which is quite inconvenient.

In order to solve the above problems, the inventor has developed a can lid having a handle and an elastic member, wherein the can lid is formed by pressing the handle and pressing a gasket by an elastic force of the elastic member to seal the can; however, the sealing can of this type often has the problems of uneven application of force and deflection during use, which further results in poor sealing effect.

In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and studies to solve the above problems in combination with the application of the above prior art, and as a result, the present inventors have improved the present invention.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a lid closing structure of a sealed can, which is directly formed on a lower lid by a fastener, and which not only simplifies the overall structure, stabilizes the operation, and has a good sealing effect.

As another implementation of the invention, a ring wall extends from the periphery of the through hole, and the outer periphery of the fastener is surrounded by the ring wall.

As another implementation of the invention, an upper sleeve ring extends between the annular wall and the annular frame, and the distance between the upper sleeve ring and the annular frame is smaller than the distance between the upper sleeve ring and the central line of the top plate.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the present invention provides a lid body closing structure of a sealed can for covering and combining a container 8, the lid body closing structure of the sealed can (hereinafter referred to as lid body closing structure 1) mainly includes an upper lid body 10, a lower lid body 20, an elastic component 25 and a handle member 30.

The upper lid 10 of the present embodiment is a quadrangular lid, but not limited to this shape, and can be made of plastic materials such as PP, etc., the upper lid 10 mainly includes a top plate 11 and an annular frame 12 extending from the top plate 11, a through hole 111 is formed at the center of the top plate 11, and an annular wall 112 extends from the periphery of the through hole 111; a stopper slope 121 is formed at the bottom edge of the ring frame 12.

In addition, an upper ring 13 extends from the top plate 11 between the ring wall 112 and the ring frame 12, and an elastic hook 131 is arranged at the middle position of each side plate of the upper ring 13, wherein the spacing distance D1 between the upper ring 13 and the ring frame 12 is smaller than the spacing distance D2 between the upper ring 13 and the center line of the top plate 11.

A plurality of ribs 24 are formed between the outer periphery of the lower collar 23 and the bottom plate 21 to enhance structural strength.

The elastic element 25 may be a coil spring, which is disposed around the outer periphery of the fastener 211 and is elastically clamped between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 21.

The handle member 30 can be made of plastic material such as POM, and mainly includes a dial grip 31 and two support arms 32 extending from the dial grip 31, each support arm 32 and the dial grip 31 are integrally formed by injection molding, each support arm 32 is connected with a rod 321, and each rod 321 is accommodated in the guide structure 212; similarly, the rod 321 may be a single-branch design that directly spans each arm 32.

Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the cover closing structure 1 of the present invention is used to combine with a container 8, an opening 81 is formed above the container 8, the cover closing structure 1 is closed corresponding to the opening 81, when the combination is performed, the lever 31 is in an upright position, the bottom surface of each arm 32 contacts with the outer surface of the top plate 11, and is elastically clamped between the inner surface of the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 21 through the elastic component 25, at this time, the rod 321 is located at the top position of the second channel 214, the lower cover 20 is pushed away from the upper cover 10 by the elastic force of the elastic component 25, each elastic hook 131 is fastened in each hook guide slot 231 without movement, and at this time, the top edge of the extrusion deformation section 222 of the sealing ring 22 is located below the stop inclined plane 121 (as shown in fig. 5).

When the handle 31 is rotated in the horizontal direction, the rod 321 pivots at the top of the second channel 214, and the side of each arm 32 contacts with the outer surface of the top plate 11 (i.e. the distance from the side of the arm 32 to the rod 321 is greater than the distance from the bottom of the arm 32 to the rod 321, or a height difference is formed as mentioned above), at this time, the lower cover 20 moves toward the upper cover 10, and the lower cover 20 can be stably guided to move by surrounding the outer periphery of the fastener 211 through the ring wall 112, and the extrusion deformation section 222 of the sealing ring 22 is tightly sealed between the stop inclined surface 121 and the inner wall surface of the container 8.

Referring to fig. 8, the lower cover of the present invention may be configured as the above embodiment, wherein the guiding structure 212A of the fastener 211A of the lower cover 20A mainly includes a pair of first guiding channels 215 and a pair of second guiding channels 216 mutually communicated with the first guiding channels 215, wherein the rod 321 of each support arm 32 is disposed corresponding to each first guiding channel 215 and each second guiding channel 216; thus, the equivalent effects of the foregoing embodiments are also obtained.
