In the technical scheme, the clothes pushing piece comprises a main body and a connecting bulge connected with the outer periphery of the main body, and the first fastening piece sequentially penetrates through the sliding block, the conveying belt and the connecting bulge to fixedly connect the sliding block, the conveying belt and the clothes pushing piece.

The ejecting device further comprises a second pressing block, the second pressing block abuts against and presses the surface of the bottom wall of the clothes containing barrel towards the main body and is arranged on the conveying belt, one part of the conveying belt, which is located between the bottom wall of the clothes containing barrel and the main body of the clothes pushing piece, is clamped between the second pressing block and the sliding block, the second pressing block, the conveying belt and the sliding block are fixedly connected through a third fastener, and the second pressing block and the sliding block are of rigid structures, so that the area of the connecting part of the conveying belt and the clothes pushing piece is increased in a phase-changing manner, meanwhile, the fixing of multiple parts of the conveying belt is realized, the conveying belt can be effectively prevented from wrinkling, the driving reliability of the conveying belt for the clothes pushing piece is further improved, and the use reliability of a product is further.

In the above technical solution, for the case that the ejection device further includes a first pressing block, a first boss is provided on a surface of the first pressing block facing the conveyor belt, the second fastener is fixedly connected to the first boss, the second fastener is a countersunk head screw, and a tail of the second fastener is located in the first pressing block; for the situation that the ejection device further comprises a second pressing block, a second boss is arranged on the surface, facing the conveyor belt, of the second pressing block, the third fastener is fixedly connected with the second boss, the first fastener and the third fastener are both countersunk screws, and the tail portion of the first fastener and the tail portion of the third fastener are located in the second pressing block.

For the condition that the ejection device further comprises a first pressing block, a first boss is arranged on the surface, facing the conveyor belt, of the first pressing block, and a second fastener is fixedly connected with the first boss, so that the contact area of the first pressing block and the second fastener is increased, and the connection reliability of the second fastener and the first pressing block is improved; the second fastener is a countersunk screw, and the tail part of the second fastener is positioned in the first pressing block, so that the second fastener is prevented from protruding outwards to scratch clothes in the drum, and the clothes in the drum are well protected; the head of the second fastener is sunk into the sliding block, so that the second fastener is prevented from protruding outwards to scratch the inner wall surface of the clothes containing barrel.

For the condition that the ejection device further comprises a second pressing block, a second boss is arranged on the surface, facing the conveyor belt, of the second pressing block, and a third fastener is fixedly connected with the second boss, so that the contact area of the second pressing block and the third fastener is increased, and the connection reliability of the third fastener and the second pressing block is improved; the first fastener and the third fastener are countersunk screws, and the tail parts of the first fastener and the third fastener are positioned in the second pressing block, so that the first fastener and the third fastener are prevented from protruding outwards to scratch clothes in the drum, and the clothes in the drum are well protected; the head of the first fastener and the head of the third fastener are sunk into the sliding block, so that the first fastener and the third fastener are prevented from protruding outwards to scratch the inner wall surface of the clothes containing barrel.

Preferably, the thickness of the first boss and the thickness of the second boss are equal to the thickness of the connecting protrusion, so that the stress uniformity of the conveyor belt is improved, and the conveyor belt is prevented from being broken due to overlarge local stress.

In any of the above technical solutions, the clothes pushing member is a pushing plate, a screen structure with a frame, or a wheel structure with radial spokes, and the clothes pushing member is configured to be installed in the clothes holding barrel and parallel to the bottom wall of the clothes holding barrel.

In any one of the above technical solutions, the outer peripheral edge of the clothes pushing piece is partially recessed to form an avoiding groove, and the avoiding groove is used for avoiding the reinforcing rib arranged on the inner side wall of the clothes containing barrel.

The sealing ring is sleeved on the outer peripheral edge of the clothes pushing piece, so that gaps between the outer peripheral edge of the clothes pushing piece and the inner side wall and/or the reinforcing ribs of the clothes containing barrel can be filled, damage to parts of clothes between the outer peripheral edge of the clothes pushing piece and the inner side wall and/or the reinforcing ribs of the clothes containing barrel can be prevented, and the clothes are prevented from being pulled by the clothes pushing piece in the clothes pushing process.

In the above technical scheme, the seal ring is bonded with the clothes pushing piece.

The sealing ring is fixed on the clothes pushing piece by adopting a bonding process, the process is simple, and the cost is low.

In any of the above technical solutions, the clothes pushing piece is provided with a vent hole communicated with the clothes containing barrel.

The clothes pushing piece is also provided with a vent hole which is communicated with the inner space of the clothes containing barrel, so that hot air generated by the clothes dryer can enter the clothes containing barrel through the vent hole, and further clothes are dried. Preferably, the number of the vent holes is multiple, and the vent holes are uniformly distributed on the clothes pushing piece.

An aspect of the second aspect of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus, comprising: a clothes holding cylinder; and the ejection device according to any one of the first technical scheme, wherein a clothes pushing piece of the ejection device is arranged in the clothes containing barrel.

The clothes treatment equipment provided by the technical scheme of the second aspect of the invention comprises the ejection device of any one of the technical schemes of the first aspect, so that all the beneficial effects of any one of the technical schemes are achieved, and the details are not repeated.

In the technical scheme, a sliding groove matched with the sliding block of the ejection device is formed in the inner side wall of the clothes containing barrel.

In any of the above technical solutions, the driving mechanism of the ejection device is electrically connected with the electric control device of the laundry treatment apparatus.

The driving mechanism of the ejection device is electrically connected with the controller of the clothes treatment equipment, and the driving mechanism can be controlled to act through the computer board of the clothes treatment equipment, so that the intelligent control of the ejection device is realized, the automation degree of a product is improved, the product grade is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved. Such as: after the washing or drying program is finished, the computer board can prompt a user whether to automatically eject the clothes in the drum out, and after the user confirms the operation, the clothes pushing piece can slowly eject the clothes in the drum out, so that the use comfort of the user is greatly improved.

In any one of the above technical solutions, the clothes pushing member reciprocates between a first position and a second position, the clothes pushing member is attached to the bottom wall of the clothes containing barrel when located at the first position, and a clothes containing space is reserved between the clothes pushing member and the opening of the clothes containing barrel when located at the second position.

The clothes pushing piece reciprocates between a first position and a second position, and is just attached to the bottom wall of the clothes containing barrel when the clothes pushing piece is located at the first position, so that the clothes pushing piece can be pushed out of clothes at various positions in the barrel; when the clothes pushing part is located at the second position, a clothes containing space is reserved between the clothes pushing part and the barrel opening of the clothes containing barrel, namely, the clothes pushing part moves to a position which has a certain distance with the barrel opening, and then stops moving, so that the clothes at the barrel opening can be prevented from being pressed too tightly, the clothes can be prevented from being directly ejected out and falling on the ground, and a user can easily collect the automatically ejected clothes by placing the clothes collecting basket at the barrel opening.

In any of the above technical solutions, the laundry processing apparatus is a drum washing machine, a drum drying machine, a pulsator washing machine, a pulsator drying machine, or a washing and protecting all-in-one machine.

Of course, the method can also be applied to other products with single-opening cylindrical structures.

Detailed Description

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.

A laundry treating apparatus and an ejector thereof according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides an ejection device for a laundry treatment apparatus, including: a clothes pusher 10 and a driving mechanism 20.

Specifically, the clothes pusher 10 is configured to be installed in a clothes drum 70 of the clothes treating apparatus, for pushing the clothes in the clothes drum 70 to move toward a drum mouth of the clothes drum 70; the driving mechanism 20 is connected to the laundry pushing member 10 for driving the laundry pushing member 10 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the drum 70.

The ejection device provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention comprises a clothes pushing piece 10 and a driving mechanism 20, wherein the clothes pushing piece 10 can be installed in a clothes containing barrel 70 of a clothes treatment device, and reciprocates along the axis of the clothes containing barrel 70 under the driving of the driving mechanism 20, so that when clothes need to be picked up, the driving mechanism 20 can drive the clothes pushing piece 10 to move towards the direction close to the barrel opening along the axis direction of the clothes containing barrel 70, and the clothes pushing piece 10 can drive the clothes in the clothes containing barrel 70 to move towards the direction close to the barrel opening of the clothes containing barrel 70, so that the distance between the clothes inside the barrel and the barrel opening is shortened, the problem that the clothes inside the barrel are difficult to pick up by a user due to the fact that the clothes are far away from the barrel opening in the prior art is solved, and even for a machine type with a large barrel depth, the user can easily pick up the clothes in the barrel, and the use experience of the user is obviously improved. After the clothes are fished and taken out, the driving mechanism 20 can drive the clothes pushing piece 10 to move reversely to reset, so that the space in the barrel is released, the clothes pushing piece 10 is ensured not to influence the normal operation of other functions of the clothes processing equipment such as a washing function or a drying function and the like, and the normal operation of the clothes pushing piece 10 is ensured when the clothes are fished and taken out next time.

The following describes in detail a specific structure of the ejection device provided in the present application with reference to some embodiments.
