1. The water-soluble solvent applied to paper is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:

50 to 60 percent of water-based resin-free color paste

14 to 20 percent of acrylic resin

6 to 9 percent of butyl acrylate

4 to 8 percent of epoxy resin

2. The water-based solvent for paper printing according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous resin-free color paste comprises the following raw materials by mass percent: 32-47% of pigment powder, 5-8% of non-ionic dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent and 45-60% of deionized water.

3. The water explicit solvent for paper of claim 1 wherein the pigment powder has at least one of white, cyan, magenta, yellow, red, blue and black colors.

4. The water-based explicit solvent for paper application according to claim 1 wherein said defoaming agent is a silicon modified polysiloxane.

5. The method for preparing the water-explicit solvent for paper according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:

(1) preparation of acrylic resin solution

Putting acrylic resin, butyl acrylate, epoxy resin, deionized water and a defoaming agent into a dispersion cylinder in sequence according to mass percent, then dispersing for 2-3 h at the rotating speed of 800-;

(2) preparation of water-based resin-free color paste

Fully grinding the pigment powder, the nonionic dispersing agent and the defoaming agent, and then adding the ground pigment powder, the nonionic dispersing agent and the defoaming agent into a deionized water solution to obtain the water-based resin-free color paste;

(3) preparation of water display type anti-counterfeiting solvent

And sequentially putting the water-based resin-free color paste, the acrylic resin liquid, the isopropanol and the defoaming agent into a dispersion cylinder for dispersion according to the mass percentage, then dispersing for 1h at the rotating speed of 800-1000r/min, and filtering after uniform dispersion to obtain the water-based explicit solvent.

In the technical field of paper anti-counterfeiting, the most common anti-counterfeiting modes comprise technologies such as watermarks, safety lines, anti-counterfeiting fibers, optically variable solvents, thermosensitive color development and the like, and the anti-counterfeiting solvents have a very important position in the current social security field and are widely used in various fields. The anti-counterfeiting solvent is a special solvent with an anti-counterfeiting function, namely, a material with anti-counterfeiting performance is added into a solvent binder and is prepared through a certain processing technology. With the continuous progress and development of anti-counterfeiting technology, the market demands for anti-counterfeiting technology and solvents are getting bigger and bigger, and the obvious characteristics of the solvents are gradually developed and applied to the anti-counterfeiting technical field, which is a problem to be solved urgently by the anti-counterfeiting technology of paper at present.

Especially for the existing counterfeit and shoddy products, consumers put forward higher requirements on product packages, and the development of printing technology is indirectly promoted, especially for tobacco products, the tobacco packages have certain anti-counterfeiting function and meet the requirements of health and environmental protection while meeting the decoration and propaganda effects. Common technologies such as watermarks, safety lines, anti-counterfeiting fibers, optically variable solvents, thermosensitive color development and the like are abandoned by people because of wide application and easy imitation; or the process is complex, the production is not easy, and the effective popularization cannot be achieved; or the identification can be carried out only by a special auxiliary instrument under specific conditions, and the detection is not changed, so that the method is limited in practical popularization and is not accepted by people.

(1) preparation of acrylic resin solution

(2) preparation of water-based resin-free color paste

Fully grinding the pigment powder, the nonionic dispersing agent and the defoaming agent, and then adding the ground pigment powder, the nonionic dispersing agent and the defoaming agent into a deionized water solution to obtain the water-based resin-free color paste;

(3) preparation of water display type anti-counterfeiting solvent

A water display solvent coating method applied to paper, which utilizes a mode of online coating or off-machine coating of an internal coating machine of a paper machine to coat the paper with water display solvent with graphic and text information and dry the paper, comprises the following steps:

s1, placing a solvent in a feeding groove, wherein an anilox feeding roller for measuring feeding amount is installed in feeding, and the feeding amount is measured by the anilox feeding roller through the distribution and the depth of an anilox;

s2, a relief plate roller of a relief plate roller is contacted with the anilox feeding roller, and patterns or/and characters for printing are engraved on the relief plate roller;

s3, the embossing roller and the back roller are matched to continuously feed paper;

s4, continuously transferring the solvent on the anilox feeding roller to the surface of the paper by the embossing roller, so that the surface of the paper is regularly coated with the water-dominant solvent, and after the coating is finished, carrying out hot air drying treatment on the back of the paper to finish the coating of the anti-counterfeiting information of the anti-counterfeiting paper; when the surface of the paper coated with the water-dominant solvent meets water, white patterns and characters or patterns and characters with different colors of pigments are displayed.

The invention has the advantages that:

the solvent is of a reversible color development type, the surface color of the solvent is transparent, the color of the pigment powder in the water-based resin-free color paste is at least one of white, cyan, piny color, yellow, red, blue and black, and the colors required by package printing can be combined by matching of different dosages of white, cyan, piny color, yellow, red, blue and black; thus, the anti-counterfeiting paper can be changed into white or other color patterns or/and characters after meeting water, the anti-counterfeiting effect is achieved, the change is reversible, the paper can be changed into transparent after being dried, the patterns or the characters can be completely disappeared, and the anti-counterfeiting paper can be repeatedly used.

The aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent utilizes the characteristics of small molecular weight and strong hydrophilicity of acrylic resin in the raw materials, and when the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent is coated on the surface layer of paper, the coated patterns or/and characters cannot be shown; when water drops are dripped on the coated patterns or/and characters, a large number of micron-sized micropores are formed under the combined action of the acrylic resin and other additives, when liquid permeates into the pore channel, the surface optical structure of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent is changed, the patterns or/and characters are displayed on the surface of paper, the patterns or/and characters become lighter gradually along with the evaporation of water, and the patterns or/and characters disappear completely after the evaporation of the water, so that the anti-counterfeiting effect is achieved.

Moreover, the method is simple, the raw materials are environment-friendly and safe, the VOC emission is low, the coating is simple, convenient and reliable, the processing cost is low, and the anti-counterfeiting effect can be effectively realized.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.

The water-soluble solvent applied to paper comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-60% of water-based resin-free color paste, 14-20% of acrylic resin, 6-9% of butyl acrylate, 4-8% of epoxy resin, 3-5% of isopropanol, 3-5% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 4-20% of deionized water, 0.2-0.5% of defoaming agent and 0.1-0.3% of flatting agent. The water-based resin-free color paste comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 32-47% of pigment powder, 5-8% of non-ionic dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent and 45-60% of deionized water; the color of the pigment powder is at least one of cyan, pinkish, yellow and black, and the colors required by package printing can be combined by matching different dosages of the cyan, the pinkish, the yellow and the black; the defoaming agent is silicon modified polysiloxane which is easy to spread, defoaming agent molecules can replace existing foam molecules to form a film with poor strength and easy to break, and meanwhile, partial solution close to a surface layer is taken away in the spreading process to thin a foam liquid film, so that the stability of foam is reduced, and the foam is easier to break.

The aqueous resin-free color paste has the advantages of good universality and stronger compatibility, can be suitable for most coating solvent systems, has higher concentration and better cost performance when used for production, can highly adapt to a grinding process in the production and processing process, and can prepare the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent with high concentration and small fineness. The isopropanol has lower surface tension and can also generate electrolyte, and the isopropanol can react with metal on a coating machine in the action process of the transfer relief printing plate to generate inorganic salt, so that a water film is attached to the blank part of the transfer relief printing plate, the stretching of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent is avoided, the completeness of anti-counterfeiting graphic information coating is ensured, and the surface temperature of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent in the coating process can also be reduced. The defoaming agent can inhibit the generation of foam and accelerate the production process, thereby ensuring the dispersibility and the quality stability of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent and ensuring the quality of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent. The isopropanol is used as a solvent, can fully dissolve all the auxiliary agents, enables the fluidity of the solvent to be better, enables the water-based resin-free color paste to be uniformly dispersed, and can reduce the viscosity of the water-based anti-counterfeiting solvent.

When the using amount of the aqueous resin-free color paste is less than 50%, the printing quality of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent is poor, and anti-counterfeiting graphic information cannot be completely coated; if the using amount of the aqueous resin-free color paste is more than 60%, part of the aqueous resin-free color paste cannot be well dispersed, and the fluidity is poor. When the amount of the acrylic resin is more than 20%, the excessive modified acrylic resin liquid is aggregated during use, and the expected anti-counterfeiting effect cannot be achieved, and when the amount is less than 14%, a microporous structure cannot be formed, and the anti-counterfeiting effect cannot be achieved. The isopropyl alcohol is used in an amount of 3% to exert its coating promoting effect, and when the amount is more than 5%, agglomeration or flocculation may occur.

In the preparation process of the water-based resin-free color paste, the color paste comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 32-47% of pigment powder, 5-8% of non-ionic dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3% of defoaming agent and 45-60% of deionized water; the addition of the pigment powder ensures the color generation stability of the coated image-text information, when the addition amount is less than 32%, the image-text information can be coated incompletely, and when the addition amount is more than 47%, the final effect of the image-text information can be poor in visual effect due to the fact that the pigment powder is aggregated and the color is too heavy, so that the coated image-text information is poor in visual effect. The nonionic dispersant can provide good spatial repulsion, and can also be firmly adsorbed on the surface of dispersed particles, so that the adsorption layer is prevented from being stripped from the surface of the particles under the action of external force to influence the stability of the whole system, and the storage stability of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent can be improved; the non-ionic dispersing agent can improve the dispersibility of the aqueous resin-free color paste system, and when the addition amount is less than 5 percent, the particles in the system can not be uniformly dispersed, the phenomenon of aggregation and agglomeration is generated, so that the coating effect can not reach the expectation; when the addition amount is more than 8%, the particles of the aqueous resin-free color paste are too dispersed to provide a good color-developing effect. The use effect of the aqueous anti-counterfeiting solvent can be improved by adopting the deionized water.

Wherein, the color of the pigment powder in the water-based resin-free color paste is at least one of cyan, piny, yellow and black. The use of different dose combinations of white, cyan, magenta, yellow and black allows the combination of the colours required for package printing. Thus, the pattern or/and character can be changed into white or other colors after meeting water, which is convenient for improving the anti-counterfeiting recognition effect.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-display solvent, which comprises the following steps:

(1) preparation of acrylic resin solution

Putting acrylic resin, butyl acrylate, epoxy resin, deionized water and a defoaming agent into a dispersion cylinder in sequence according to mass percent, then dispersing for 2-3 h at the rotating speed of 800-1000r/min, and filtering after uniform dispersion to obtain modified acrylic resin liquid; the raw materials are added in a small amount in sequence, so that the acrylic resin, the butyl acrylate, the epoxy resin, the deionized water and the defoaming agent can be better dispersed, the phenomenon of sedimentation of the added substances is effectively avoided, the prepared acrylic resin liquid has better leveling property, and the requirement of a printing process can be met.

(2) Preparation of water-based resin-free color paste

Fully grinding the pigment powder, the nonionic dispersing agent and the defoaming agent, and then adding the ground pigment powder, the nonionic dispersing agent and the defoaming agent into a deionized water solution to obtain the water-based resin-free color paste; the pigment powder, the non-ionic dispersing agent and the defoaming agent are dispersed in a grinding mode and then added into the solution, so that the pigment powder is prevented from being aggregated, the water-based resin-free color paste can play a better role, and the effect of the anti-counterfeiting solvent can be well displayed on packages.

(3) Preparation of water display type anti-counterfeiting solvent

And sequentially putting the water-based resin-free color paste, the acrylic resin liquid, the isopropanol and the defoaming agent into a dispersion cylinder for dispersion according to the mass percentage, then dispersing for 1h at the rotating speed of 800-1000r/min, and filtering after uniform dispersion to obtain the water-based explicit solvent.

The process is simple and convenient, the production period is short, the water-based anti-counterfeiting solvent has a good anti-counterfeiting effect, and the anti-counterfeiting solvent is suitable for in-machine on-line coating and off-machine off-line coating, is more energy-saving and environment-friendly compared with the traditional anti-counterfeiting mode, and is more convenient to operate.

The following will explain in detail a method for preparing an aqueous explicit solvent according to the present invention by using specific examples.
