Background

Preferably, the valve needle is further sleeved with a flat gasket and a rubber ring, the rubber ring is mounted at the upper end of the first check ring, and the flat gasket is mounted at the upper end of the rubber ring; the lower end of the special-shaped spring is abutted against the upper end of the flat cushion.

Preferably, the pulse sheet is provided with a socket, and the pulse sheet is sleeved on the valve core through the socket.

The conduction of the circuit is realized by utilizing the special-shaped spring 40 through the contact of the lower pressing leg 41 on the special-shaped spring 40 and the pulse sheet 16, wherein the valve rod 20 is pressed down to drive the valve needle 30 to move downwards, meanwhile, the valve needle 30 presses down the upper end of the special-shaped spring 40 to compress the special-shaped spring 40, and the lower pressing leg 41 on the special-shaped spring 40 moves downwards to be in contact with the pulse sheet 16, so that the circuit conduction is realized; the special-shaped spring 40 not only provides a conduction function, but also realizes the reset of the valve rod 20, realizes the multifunctionality of the accessory, reduces the number of the accessories and improves the assembly efficiency.

As further shown in fig. 1-2, the valve needle 30 is further sleeved with a flat gasket 14 and a rubber ring 13, the rubber ring 13 is installed at the upper end of the first check ring 12, and the flat gasket 14 is installed at the upper end of the rubber ring 13; the lower end of the special-shaped spring 40 is abutted against the upper end of the flat cushion 14; the sealing effect between the valve needle 30 and the valve core 10 when the valve needle is driven is realized, and the rubber ring 13 is not separated from the sealing position by the butt joint of the special-shaped spring 40, so that the effect of long-term extrusion sealing is achieved.

Further, as shown in fig. 1-2, a socket (not shown) is disposed on the pulse sheet 16, and the pulse sheet 16 is sleeved on the valve core 10 through the socket, so as to mount the pulse sheet 16.

As further shown in fig. 1 to 3, the special-shaped spring 40 pulse switch further includes an installation ferrule 50, the installation ferrule 50 is provided with an installation groove 51, a fixed through hole 52 is provided at the bottom of the installation groove 51, the outer side portion of the valve core 10 is formed with a fixed portion 17, the installation ferrule 50 is sleeved on the fixed portion 17 through the fixed through hole 52, the pulse sheet 16 is installed in the installation groove 51, the side portion of the pulse sheet 16 extends outward to form a pulse end 161, and the pulse end 161 penetrates through the side wall of the installation groove 51.

As further shown in fig. 1-2, the shaped spring 40 pulse switch further includes a limiting piece 15, the limiting piece 15 abuts against between the valve needle 30 and the valve rod 20, a through-insertion opening is formed on the limiting piece 15, and the external connection portion 21 is in insertion fit with the through-insertion opening; the special-shaped spring 40 is arranged in the stove and stops the rebound position of the valve rod 20 through the limiting sheet 15.
