Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a white smoke plume elimination system for chimney tail gas, which is used to treat the smoke before discharging smoke in the prior art, so as to reduce the pollution of the smoke to the environment. The wet flue gas desulfurization process is usually adopted, the temperature of the flue gas before being treated by the wet flue gas desulfurization device is generally about 120 ℃, and the temperature of the treated flue gas is reduced to about 50 ℃, so that the aim of desulfurization is fulfilled. But the smoke temperature is lower at the moment, the moisture is basically in a saturated state, and a large amount of white smoke plume is discharged from a chimney opening.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the tail gas scrubber is provided with sensors, which are a relative humidity sensor, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a wind speed sensor, respectively, and a condensed water outlet is disposed at the bottom of the tail gas scrubber.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further includes a PLC centralized control system and a valve.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the right side of the cooling tower is connected to a water supply pipeline and a water discharge pipeline.

As mentioned above, the white smoke plume elimination system of the chimney tail gas of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention effectively solves the problem that a large amount of white smoke is discharged from the mouth of the chimney due to too high moisture content in the flue gas after wet flue gas desulfurization, reduces the moisture content in the flue gas, ensures that no visible white smoke is discharged from the mouth of the chimney, realizes the white elimination of the chimney and effectively removes haze.

An application method of a white smoke plume elimination system of chimney tail gas comprises the following steps: tail gas washing pump 6, cooling tower 5, wash pond 4 and pass through the pipe connection, tail gas washing pump 6 draws the washing thick liquid in tail gas scrubber 1 out cooling tower 5, cooling tower 5 main function is with washing thick liquid cooling, the circulating pump is with the washing thick liquid introduction tail gas scrubber 1 after the cooling, fully contact with the flue gas through the mode that sprays, cool off the flue gas, partial steam in the flue gas is condensed, absorb the harmful component in the flue gas simultaneously, temperature and humidity sensor is responsible for monitoring flue gas humiture and washing thick liquid temperature and send data to PLC centralized control system in real time, PLC centralized control system controls cooling tower 5 operating condition through calculating, thereby adjust washing thick liquid temperature, in order to reach the white purpose that disappears.

The tail gas scrubber 1 is provided with a sensor, namely a relative humidity sensor, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a wind speed sensor, and the bottom of the tail gas scrubber 1 is provided with a condensed water outlet. The system also comprises a PLC centralized control system and a valve. And the right side of the cooling tower 5 is connected with a water replenishing pipeline and a water draining pipeline.

In conclusion, the invention effectively solves the problem that a large amount of white smoke is discharged from the chimney port due to too high moisture content in the flue gas after wet flue gas desulfurization, reduces the moisture content in the flue gas, enables no visible white smoke to be discharged from the chimney port, realizes the white elimination of the chimney and effectively removes haze. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
