The intelligent smoke stove system according to claim 1, wherein a menu model is preset in a pre-stored electronic menu for the main control module, the feeding time, the operation duration and the stove gear of each cooking stage in the menu are updated according to the selection of the menu, the food materials and the seasonings before the user cooks, and then the user is guided to adjust the stove gear and the duration of the stove gear in each cooking stage through voice broadcasting and image displaying.

s2: in cooking, food material states are obtained, time required by each cooking stage is adjusted, cooking actions of a user in each cooking stage are guided through voice broadcasting and image displaying, and the user is guided to adjust the gear position and the duration time of a cooker in each cooking stage.

According to a first aspect, there is provided in an embodiment a smart smoke cooker system comprising:

the information processing module is respectively connected with the main control module and the information acquisition module, and the main control module is connected with the weighing module, the display module and the voice playing module;

the voice playing module is used for voice playing to guide the cooking information of the user; the information acquisition module is used for acquiring information including images and voices; the weighing module is used for detecting weight information of food materials and seasonings in a cooking stage in real time; the display module is used for guiding the cooking operation of a user in a display mode including images;

the information processing unit identifies image information by using a computer vision algorithm according to the image and voice information acquired by the information acquisition module, identifies voice information by using a voice identification algorithm and a natural voice processing algorithm, and determines information including food material types and states, stove gears, user voice and user gestures;

the main control module receives information including the weight of food materials and seasonings, the gear position of the cooker, user voice and user gestures, judges the current cooking stage according to a preset electronic menu and cooker parameters, and guides the cooking action of the user in each cooking stage in a voice and image interaction mode so as to adjust the gear position and the duration time of the cooker in each cooking stage.

In one embodiment of the invention, the information acquisition module further comprises an image acquisition module, and the image acquisition module is used for acquiring image information including a cooker gear and a user gesture; identifying information including food material type states, cooking actions, gesture instructions and kitchen range gears by the acquired image information through the information processing module by using a computer vision algorithm so as to transmit an identification result to the main control module, and further performing gesture interaction according to the identified gesture instructions to acquire a current cooking state; and judging the current cooking stage according to the identified cooking action, the cooker gear and the gesture instruction.

In an embodiment of the invention, the pre-stored electronic menu presets a menu model for the main control module, the feeding time, the operation duration and the stove gear of each cooking stage in the menu are updated according to the selection of the menu, the food materials and the seasonings before the user cooks, and then the user is guided to adjust the stove gear and the duration of the stove in each cooking stage in a voice broadcasting and image displaying manner.

In an embodiment of the invention, the pre-stored stove parameters are obtained by pre-storing each stove gear of the stove and the corresponding firepower before cooking, identifying the stove gear information through the information processing module, obtaining the firepower corresponding to the stove gear information, so as to judge the time required by each cooking operation according to the electronic menu and judge whether the step of adjusting the firepower is executed correctly.

According to a second aspect, an embodiment provides a cooking guidance method using a smart stove system, comprising:

s1: before cooking, generating an electronic menu according to the selection of a user on the menu, the quantity and the taste, displaying the types and the weights of the required food materials and seasonings, and guiding the user to prepare in the previous period;

s2: in cooking, food material states are obtained, time required by each cooking stage is adjusted, cooking actions of a user in each cooking stage are guided through voice broadcasting and image displaying, and the user is guided to adjust the gear position and the duration time of a cooker in each cooking stage.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the step S2 further includes: acquiring a range gear and a user gesture, identifying the firepower corresponding to the current range gear according to the range gear, and identifying the current cooking state according to the user gesture; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a current cooking stage according to the firepower and the cooking state, outputting the time for throwing food materials and seasonings in each cooking stage and the cooking time of each cooking stage according to an electronic menu, and then informing a user in a voice broadcasting and image displaying mode.

In an embodiment of the invention, in the step S2, the obtaining of the food material information includes obtaining a weight of the food material, and the method includes:

s201: acquiring the current weight w1 of the pot before adding food materials or seasonings;

s202: guiding a user to put food materials or seasonings into the pot according to the electronic menu;

s203: obtaining the weight w2 of the pot with the added food materials or seasonings, and obtaining the weight w of the newly added food materials or seasonings as w2-w 1;

s204: and repeating the steps S201-S203 until all the food materials or the seasonings are added.

In an embodiment of the present invention, after step S2, the method further includes: s3: the cooking video is acquired, and the cooking video is uploaded to a cloud end platform by adopting WIFI, Bluetooth, 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G.
