finally, when the platform 5 falls down again, the slider 22 and the beam 3 release the fixation of the stretched flat cord fabric 2, and then the cord fabric 2 is pulled so that the next section of the cord fabric 2 is positioned above the convex portion 6, and the stretching operation is continued.
