However, the safety of installation and fixation of the color steel tiles becomes a considerable hidden danger, and when the color steel tiles are frequently scratched in strong wind and typhoon, property loss and personal safety are endangered. The reason why the color steel tile is blown by strong wind and typhoon mainly comprises two factors: extrinsic factors: mainly referring to the environment in which the building is located. Upward reinforcing ribs are arranged on the front side and the rear side or the periphery of the saddle-shaped fastener, and the depth of the reinforcing ribs is 0.5-1.5 mm so as to increase the rigidity of the fastener.

A boss with a plane top surface is arranged around the through hole.

The boss is circular, and the depth of the boss is 2-4 mm.

The thickness of the lower rubber flat gasket and the thickness of the upper rubber flat gasket are both 2-4 mm, and correspond to the depth of the lug boss.
