Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of papermaking, and particularly relates to environment-friendly fiber toughened papermaking paper pulp and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Conventional pulping refers to a process of dissociating plant fiber raw materials into natural color or bleached pulp using chemical methods, mechanical methods, or a combination thereof. The commonly adopted technical process is that the plant fiber raw material is crushed, steamed, washed, screened, bleached, purified and dried. A novel biological pulping method is developed in modern times, a lignin structure is specifically and directionally decomposed by using special strains (white rot fungi, brown rot fungi and soft rot fungi), then the rest cellulose is dissociated by a mechanical or chemical method, and then bleaching is carried out. Mechanical wood pulp, also known as groundwood pulp, is paper pulp made by mechanically defibrating fibrous materials. It plays an important role in the paper industry. Its production cost is low, production process is simple, ink absorption of finished paper is strong, opacity is high and the paper is soft and smooth. Is suitable for the printing requirement. However, the strength of the finished paper is low because of the short fibers and the high content of non-cellulose components. In addition, because most of lignin and other non-cellulose in the wood are not removed, the paper produced by the wood is easy to turn yellow and crisp, and cannot be stored for a long time.
