The flowmeter consists of a flange, a shell, an inlet rectifier, a metering chamber, a flow converter and an outlet rectifier, and when fluid passes through a gap between a blade and a pipeline, the blade is pushed by force generated by pressure difference between the front and the back of the blade, so that a rotor rotates. While the rotor rotates, the vanes periodically cut the magnetic lines of force generated by the electromagnets, changing the magnetic flux through the coils. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, an electrical pulse signal is induced in the coil. After the signal is amplified, the signal is sent to a display instrument. The number of electrical pulse signals is proportional to the flow rate over a range of flow rates. The flow converter processes and calculates the electric pulse signals and displays the flow of the fluid in the pipeline.

The existing spiral self-flowmeter is used for avoiding influence of impurities in water on rotation of a spiral rotor, a filter screen is usually arranged in a fluid input pipe of the flowmeter, the impurities in the fluid are filtered, the filter screen needs to be cleaned regularly, the flowmeter needs to be detached during cleaning of the existing filter screen, the filter screen is taken out and cleaned, the operation is troublesome, and the work of the flowmeter is influenced, so that the electronic flowmeter is provided.

A sealing washer 126 is arranged between the outer surface of the shaft 122 and the inner wall of the flowmeter body 1, so that water leakage can be avoided, and the sealing performance is good.

The receiving bottle 61 is composed of a cylinder and a funnel-shaped receiving device, the upper end of the funnel-shaped receiving device is fixedly connected with the lower end of the cylinder, so that filter residues can be conveniently gathered at the bottom of the receiving bottle 61 pair, and the filter residues can be conveniently discharged.

The upper end and the lower end of the filter screen 11 are respectively positioned in the inner cavities of the water injection pipe 33 and the feeding pipe of the material receiving bottle 61 and are respectively fixedly connected with the side wall of the material receiving bottle 61, so that filter residues can conveniently enter the material receiving bottle 61 and the filter screen 11 can be cleaned by high-pressure water.

It should be noted that the present invention is an electronic flowmeter, wherein a main water inlet pipe 10 is connected to a water supply pipe, a valve 9 on a right side of a second transverse water guide pipe 7 and a valve 9 on a first transverse water guide pipe 5 on the right side are opened, so that water passes through a longitudinal water guide pipe 2 on the right side, the water is filtered by a filter screen 11 and enters a flowmeter body 1 for metering, most impurities of the flowing water collide with the filter screen 11, the collided impurities obliquely move downwards through the filter screen 11 and enter a receiving bottle 61, due to the gravity of the filter screen 11, the impurities are deposited at the bottom of the receiving bottle 61, and a small part of the impurities are attached to the filter screen 11, so that the filter screen 11 needs to be cleaned after a period of time, and in order to not affect the work of the flowmeter body 1 during cleaning, two groups of filter screens 11 are provided, when one group of filter screens 11 are cleaned, the other group of filter screens 11 can continue to work, the pipe cover 32 and the bottle cover 64 are screwed down, high-pressure water is injected into the water injection pipe 33 to clean the filter screens 11, the cleaned sewage can enter the material receiving bottle 61 and is discharged from the material discharging pipe of the material receiving bottle 61, the cleaning period of the filter screens 11 is prolonged, meanwhile, the cleaning of the filter screens 11 and the cleaning are not delayed, the first elastic sealing gasket 34 and the second elastic sealing gasket 63 prevent water leakage, meanwhile, the fixing effect on the pipe cover 32 and the bottle cover 64 is respectively increased, the conical rubber block 124 can be pushed into a conical hole in the middle of the upper end of the plastic baffle 125 through rotating the adjusting bolt 121, and therefore the flowmeter is convenient to close and maintain.
