The internal pressure test bed for the sealing performance of the flexible connector of the fluid pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the right tightening mechanism comprises a right fixed seat and a right hydraulic propulsion device, the right hydraulic propulsion device is arranged between the right fixed seat and the right plugging disc, one end of the right hydraulic propulsion device is fixedly connected with the right fixed seat, and the other end of the left hydraulic propulsion device is detachably connected with the plugging disc.

The use method of the internal pressure test bed for the sealing performance of the flexible interface of the fluid pipeline according to claim 1 is used for detecting the sealing performance of the interface of two sections of fluid pipelines, wherein the fluid pipelines comprise a left pipeline and a right pipeline, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A. the left side jacking mechanism and the right side jacking mechanism are reset,

B. a left plugging disc is fixedly arranged at one end of the left hydraulic propelling device, a right plugging disc is arranged on the right side tightening mechanism,

C. the right pipeline is hoisted to the upper part of the triangular support, one end of the right pipeline is matched and connected with the right plugging disc,

D. hoisting the left pipeline to the upper part of the triangular support, connecting one end of the left pipeline with the left plugging disc in a matching way,

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of detection of sealing performance of a flexible interface of a fluid pipeline, in particular to an internal pressure test bed for the sealing performance of the flexible interface of the fluid pipeline and a using method thereof.

Background

The test of the sealing performance of the flexible interface of the fluid pipeline is a verification mode for performing tests such as pressure rise, pressure maintaining, pressure reduction and the like on a pressure-bearing pipeline of the nodular cast iron pipe in an environment filled with liquid (water) and gas; the method comprises internal pressure lower joint sealing detection and external pressure lower joint sealing detection, wherein the internal pressure lower joint sealing test is carried out at the joint of two sections of pipes, each section of pipe is at least 1m long, and the test device needs to be properly bounded regardless of whether the joint is in a straight, deflected or bearing state.

At present, no matter domestic or foreign special detection device for sealing performance under the flexible interface pressure of the fluid pipeline does not have a mature product on the market, the detection is mainly carried out in a mode of fixing two ends through three-point support at present, the detection difficulty is high, the time is long, meanwhile, the pipeline is required to be pressurized and deflected or is tested in a bearing state in the detection process, and the deflection angle is difficult to control, so that the pipe burst accident is easily caused.

In addition, at present, the water injection and inflation pressurization of the fluid pipeline are mainly realized by additionally arranging a water injection port and an inflation port on the fluid pipeline, so that the resource waste caused by the damage of different degrees of the pipeline after detection can be caused, and the water injection port, the inflation port, a water outlet and the like are required to be arranged on the pipeline to be detected before detection at every time, so that the problems of low detection efficiency and high detection cost are caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to solve two problems of the prior art,

1. the inner part of the pipeline needs to be pressurized and tested in a deflection or bearing state in the process of detecting the sealing performance of the flexible interface of the fluid pipeline, the problem of pipe burst accidents is easily caused because the deflection angle is difficult to control,

2. aiming at the problems of low detection efficiency and high detection cost caused by the fact that the water injection and inflation pressurization of the fluid pipeline are mainly realized by additionally arranging a water injection port and an inflation port on the fluid pipeline,

the inner pressure test bed for the sealing performance of the flexible interface of the fluid pipeline and the use method thereof are provided.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an internal pressure test bed for the sealing performance of a flexible interface of a fluid pipeline comprises a supporting system, a jacking system, an upper end loading mechanism, a water injection pipe, a drain pipe, a pressurized air pipe and a control system, wherein the supporting system comprises a base, two triangular supports are distributed on the base, a middle support is arranged between the two triangular supports, slide rails are arranged on two sides of the base, a portal frame capable of sliding left and right is arranged on the slide rails,

the jacking system comprises a left side jacking mechanism and a right side jacking mechanism, the left side jacking mechanism and the right side jacking mechanism are oppositely arranged, the left side jacking mechanism comprises a left fixed seat and a left hydraulic propulsion device, one end of the left hydraulic propulsion device is fixedly connected with the left fixed seat, the other end of the left hydraulic propulsion device is fixedly provided with a left plugging disc, the right side jacking mechanism is provided with a right plugging disc,

the upper end loading mechanism is arranged on the portal frame, the portal frame comprises a top cross frame and longitudinal frames arranged on two sides of the cross frame in a supporting mode, a lateral stabilizing mechanism is installed on each longitudinal frame, and the lateral stabilizing mechanism comprises a front side stabilizing mechanism and a rear side stabilizing mechanism.

A use method of an internal pressure test bed for the sealing performance of a flexible interface of a fluid pipeline is used for detecting the sealing performance of the interface of two sections of fluid pipelines, wherein each fluid pipeline comprises a left pipeline and a right pipeline, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

A. the left side jacking mechanism and the right side jacking mechanism are reset,

B. a left plugging disc is fixedly arranged at one end of the left hydraulic propelling device, a right plugging disc is arranged on the right side tightening mechanism,

C. the right pipeline is hoisted to the upper part of the triangular support, one end of the right pipeline is matched and connected with the right plugging disc,

D. hoisting the left pipeline to the upper part of the triangular support, connecting one end of the left pipeline with the left plugging disc in a matching way,

E. the height of the triangle is adjusted to ensure that the central axes of the left pipeline and the right pipeline are superposed,

F. a sealing ring is arranged at the pipeline opening at one side of the right pipeline close to the left pipeline,

G. the left pipeline and the right pipeline are spliced into a whole by adjusting the relative distance between the left jacking mechanism and the right jacking mechanism, the relative positions of the portal frame and the lateral stabilizing mechanism are adjusted in the splicing process, the left pipeline or the right pipeline is prevented from deviating in the splicing process,

H. after the fluid pipeline is installed, the water injection pipe, the water discharge pipe and the pressurized air pipe are respectively connected with the water injection port, the water discharge port and the inflation port in a sealing way,

I. and finally, detecting the internal pressure sealing performance of the fluid pipeline according to a detection standard, wherein the relative positions of the portal frame and the lateral stabilizing mechanism are required to be adjusted in the detection process, so that the pipe explosion of the fluid pipeline in the water injection and pressurization processes is prevented.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an internal pressure test bed for the sealing performance of a flexible interface of a fluid pipeline and a use method thereof, and the internal pressure test bed has the following beneficial effects:

1. the fluid pipeline flexible interface sealing performance test bed and the use method thereof are characterized in that a portal frame is arranged, an upper end loading mechanism is arranged on the portal frame, the requirement of a top pressurization experiment in the test process is met, a lateral stabilizing mechanism is arranged on the portal frame to form a supporting structure for the portal frame, the supporting effect is achieved in the process of testing the fluid pipeline flexible interface sealing performance, meanwhile, the effect of unilateral lateral pressurization test can be achieved, the pipeline does not need to be adjusted for multiple times, the multipoint pressurization test can be achieved, the installation time is shortened while the safety protection effect is achieved, and the installation efficiency is improved.

2. According to the test bed for the sealing performance of the flexible interface of the fluid pipeline and the using method thereof, the water filling port, the water discharging port and the air charging port are arranged on the plugging disc, the low detection efficiency can be realized mainly by additionally arranging the water filling port and the air charging port on the fluid pipeline aiming at the water filling and air charging pressurization of the fluid pipeline, the problem of high detection cost is solved, and meanwhile, the triangular supports and the middle supports are both arranged into lifting mechanisms, so that the requirements of detection of fluid pipelines with different specifications can be met. The working efficiency is greatly improved, and the detection cost is saved.

The parts which are not involved in the device are the same as or can be realized by adopting the prior art, and the device has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation.
