(1) referring to fig. 5, in the installation process of the conventional locator, firstly, chiseling and leveling operations need to be performed on an installation base surface on a pile foundation at the bottom of a hole, that is, a large hole in the middle and small holes on two sides are chiseled on the top surface of next concrete pouring of the hole to total 3 circular holes; then, a positioning cone plate and a positioning cone (the bottom of the large hole) are required to be installed at the bottom of the hole; finally, the positioner is mounted at the bottom of the hole and is connected with the positioning cone in a positioning mode (refer to CN108571008A, a positioning construction method for steel pipe columns of covered and excavated stations); three times of hole punching operation are needed before and after the positioner is installed, the time of single operation is long, and the construction risk is higher.

(2) In addition, in the process of chiseling and leveling the installation base surface, the operation space in the hole is narrow, the construction risk is high, the chiseling construction difficulty of the special-shaped base surface for installing the positioner is high, and the size and the elevation of the chiseling hole are difficult to control, so that the installation accuracy of the positioner is difficult to meet the design and construction requirements;

in conclusion, the installation and construction steps of the positioner in the existing design are various, multiple hole-drilling operations are needed, the construction risk is high, and the chiseling difficulty of the special-shaped base surface of the positioner is high, so that the installation accuracy of the positioner is difficult to meet the design and construction requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to optimize and adjust the existing positioner by combining the engineering characteristics, the economy of site construction, the construction efficiency, the construction safety and other factors, and designs a novel steel pipe column positioner which has simple structure, convenient construction, easy installation and simpler precision control operation, and a steel pipe column accurate positioning method using the positioner.
