Background

In order to meet the requirements of lighting of buildings and the like, glass curtain walls are increasingly widely used.

At present, the curtain wall comprises a vertical keel along the outer vertical surface of the building and glass arranged between the adjacent keels, and the glass and the keels are fixed through metal mounting pieces.

Because one side of the glass faces the outdoor, the glass is exposed in the outside air for a long time. As buildings are used, the visibility of the glass toward the outdoor side is reduced, and thus the outer side of the glass curtain wall needs to be periodically cleaned. The existing cleaning mode adopts manual cleaning, one is that a crane for lifting is installed on the outer vertical surface of a building, and a cleaning worker stands on the crane to clean the glass; secondly, one end of the sling is fixed at the top of the building, a cleaner fixes the other end of the sling at the waist, and the lock catch on the sling is adjusted to move downwards slowly along the outer vertical surface of the building according to the change of the cleaning position.

However, the manual cleaning mode is dangerous, and the curtain wall and the construction method thereof are convenient to clean in the later use process.

When the first winding machine 72 unwinds and the second winding machine 73 winds, the sliding rod 51 moves downwards along the track 22; otherwise, the slide bar 51 moves upward along the rail 22.

With reference to fig. 1-3, the construction method of the curtain wall in this embodiment is as follows:

the keel (2) is installed on the frame,

a keel 2 having a square cross section, a pipe 21 having a circular cross section, a branch pipe 211, and a rail 22 having both ends opened are prepared, and the branch pipe 211 is a bent pipe having an obtuse angle formed in the middle. Laying out on the outside of the keel 2 according to design requirements, determining the positions of the branch pipes 211 and the rails 22 on the keel 2, welding the rails 22 on the keel 2 at the laying-out positions, and enabling the ends of the rails 22 to be flush with the ends of the keel 2.

The side wall of the keel 2 is bored according to the outer diameter of the branch pipe 211. The side wall of the pipe 21 is provided with a plurality of screw holes for the branch pipes 211 to be screwed. Insert pipeline 21 inside fossil fragments 2 for the screw hole of pipeline 21 and the pore pair of fossil fragments 2 lateral walls are aligned, and the both ends of pipeline 21 all stretch out fossil fragments 2's both ends simultaneously, and carry out welded fastening to fossil fragments 2 and pipeline 21. The end of the branch pipe 211 having a thread is inserted through a hole in the side wall of the keel 2 and screwed into a threaded hole of the pipe 21. After the branch pipe 211 is screwed down, its suspended end faces away from the rail 22

Lifting the keel 2 to the lofting position for fixing, fully welding and fixing each other along the vertical pipelines 21, and welding and fixing by utilizing the angle code along the vertical keel 2. The rails 22 along the vertical direction are welded and fixed so that the openings between the adjacent rails 22 are aligned.

New pipe is connected at the location of the mouth of the pipe 21 at the top so that the pipe 21 extends to the roof 1 of the building. A liquid storage tank 4 is installed on the roof 1 of a building, the liquid storage tank 4 is divided into a cleaning liquid chamber 41 and a flushing liquid chamber 42 which are adjacent to each other left and right, and the tops of the cleaning liquid chamber 41 and the flushing liquid chamber 42 are respectively provided with a vent pipe for adjusting pressure. The water pump 214 is connected to the pipe 21, and a double-pass is installed at the nozzle position of the pipe 21. The cleaning pipe 212 and the flushing pipe 213 are connected to the two-way pipe, and valves are connected to the cleaning pipe 212 and the flushing pipe 213, respectively. A cleaning pipe 212 extends from the top of the tank 4 into the cleaning liquid chamber 41 and a rinsing pipe 213 extends from the top of the tank 4 into the rinsing liquid chamber 42.

The cleaning assembly 5 and the driving assembly 7 are installed,

two fixed pulleys 111 for guiding the rope 71 are mounted on top of the parapet wall 11. The cord 71 is wound onto the slide bar 51 and the slide bar 51 is lowered so that the roller 511 at the end of the slide bar 51 enters the track 22 so that the cleaning roller 52 faces the curtain wall fascia 3. The rope 71 is sequentially passed around the two fixed pulleys 111, one end of the rope 71 is wound around the first hoist 72 of the building roof 1, and the other end of the rope 71 is wound around the second hoist 73 on the ground on the periphery of the building.

The length of the telescopic rod 62 is adjusted, so that the cleaning roller 52 abuts against the outer wall of the parapet wall 11, the curtain wall surface material 3 and the outer wall of the parapet wall 11 are flush with each other or are arranged outside the outer wall of the parapet wall 11, and therefore the cleaning roller 52 can abut against the curtain wall surface material 3 inevitably in the descending process.

The curtain wall facer 3 is cleaned and,

in the initial state, the cleaning roller 52 is positioned on the top of the rail 22 while being positioned above the uppermost branch pipe 211. The valve of the cleaning pipe 212 is opened and the valve of the flushing pipe 213 is closed, and the water pump 214 is started to pump the cleaning liquid in the tank 4 out into the pipe 21, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the curtain wall facer 3 through the branch pipe 211. After the surface of the curtain wall surface material 3 is covered with the cleaning solution, the water pump 214 is turned off, the first winding machine 72 is unreeled, and the second winding machine 73 is simultaneously reeled, so that the cleaning roller 52 is tightly attached to the curtain wall surface material 3 to move downwards, and the curtain wall surface material 3 is cleaned. When the cleaning roller 52 reaches the bottom of the building, the first winding machine 72 is wound up while the second winding machine 73 is unwound, so that the cleaning roller 52 moves upward.

Repeating the above steps for a plurality of times, wherein the specific times are determined according to the actual cleaning condition of the curtain wall surface material 3, and cleaning solution can be sprayed for a plurality of times in the cleaning process; the scrub roller 52 is moved to the top of the track 22.

The valve of the flushing pipe 213 is opened and the valve of the cleaning pipe 212 is closed, the water pump 214 is started to pump the flushing liquid in the liquid storage tank 4 out to the pipeline 21, the flushing liquid is sprayed onto the curtain wall surface materiel 3 through the branch pipe 211, and the cleaning liquid and the stains on the surface of the curtain wall materiel 3 are flushed. Depending on the actual cleaning effect, cleaning and rinsing cycles may be performed several times, and after rinsing is completed, the cleaning roller 52 may be used to wipe the rinsing liquid.

The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
