When the anti-falling balancing weight is used, when a user needs to install and fix a high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliance, the anti-falling balancing weight 1 is placed at a position where the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliance is installed, the position adjusting screw rod I12 is rotated out of the adjusting threaded hole I11 through the hand screwing handle I10, the position adjusting screw rod II 17 is rotated out of the adjusting threaded hole II 16 through the hand screwing handle II 15, the position adjusting screw rod I12 drives the clamping piece I9 to move outwards, the position adjusting screw rod II 17 drives the clamping piece II 14 to move outwards, meanwhile, the anti-shaking spring I5 and the anti-shaking spring II 6 are compressed, the user places the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliance on the fixed supporting plate 4, the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliance is fixed on the fixed supporting plate 4 through the fixed threaded hole 7, then, the user reversely rotates the hand screwing handle I10, the hand screwing handle I10 rotates to drive the position adjusting screw rod I12 to move in the, therefore, the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances are gradually close to the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances placed on the fixed supporting plate 4 until the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances are contacted, the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances are clamped, the hand-twisting handle II 15 rotates to drive the position adjusting screw rod II 17 to move in the adjusting threaded hole II 16 and drive the clamping piece II 14 to move inwards, so that the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances are gradually close to the other side wall of the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances placed on the fixed supporting plate 4 until the hand-twisting handle II is contacted with the side wall of the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances, the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances are clamped, the shaking prevention spring I5 and the shaking prevention spring II 6 are stretched, the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances are fixed on the fixed supporting plate 4, when the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances are accidentally collided, therefore, the high-voltage and low-voltage electric appliances cannot shake after collision; when the collision is more serious, the first anti-shaking spring 5 and the second anti-shaking spring 6 can not absorb and eliminate the shaking trend, the shaking is transmitted to the hinging piece 19 and the deflection hinging rod 18, the hinging piece 19 rotates in a deflection manner on the deflection hinging rod 18 at the moment, the fixing support plate 4 is driven to shake at the same time, most of shaking power is absorbed under the setting of the deflection buffer spring 20 at the moment, the fixing support plate 4 and the high-low voltage apparatus can not generate deflection at a larger angle and shake, the fixing and buffer protection of the high-low voltage apparatus are realized, and the whole use process of the high-low voltage apparatus mounting base with the shock absorption protection function is realized.
