Background

With the development of electronic technology, the integration level of electronic circuits is higher and higher. In the process of installing the PCB, modular integration is a better development mode. For the PCB, the installation occupies a larger surface area, so the stacked fixing method can reduce the occupied surface area, but the stacked installation generally has difficulty in disassembly and maintenance.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need for a modular PCB circuit board structure that is easy to disassemble and maintain.

A modularized PCB circuit board structure comprises a mounting frame component and a plurality of PCB circuit boards, wherein the mounting frame component comprises a bottom plate, a clamping plate and a turnover clamping frame, the clamping plate is vertically and convexly arranged at the middle part of the bottom plate, the clamping plate is convexly provided with a plurality of clamping strips, each clamping strip is concavely provided with a clamping groove, one end of each PCB circuit board is respectively clamped in the clamping grooves of the clamping strips, the bottom of the other end of each PCB circuit board is provided with a supporting column for supporting two adjacent PCB circuit boards, the turnover clamping frame comprises a frame body, a rotating shaft, an operating shaft, an elastic pressing block, two transverse rods and two vertical rods, the frame body is rotatably connected to the end part of the bottom plate through the rotating shaft, the operating shaft is arranged at the top part of the frame body, the elastic pressing block is arranged at the middle part of the operating shaft and elastically abuts against the surface edge of one PCB circuit board at the highest position, and, the middle part of two montants is the vertical fixation respectively in the tip of two horizontal poles, can adjust on every montant overlap and be equipped with two supports, and two supports are located the upper and lower both sides of horizontal pole respectively, and the support body is used for revoluting the rotation of axes in order to utilize two horizontal poles to drive two montants and remove to utilize the support body to support and hold the PCB circuit board that corresponds and break away from the card that corresponds and establish the strip.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The invention relates to a modular PCB circuit board structure. For example, the modular PCB structure comprises a mounting frame assembly and a plurality of PCB boards, wherein the mounting frame assembly comprises a bottom plate, a clamping plate and a turnover clamping frame. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a modular PCB circuit board structure includes a mounting frame assembly 10 and a plurality of PCB circuit boards 20, the mounting frame assembly 10 includes a bottom plate 11, a clamping plate 13 and a turning clamping frame 15, the clamping plate 13 is vertically protruded in the middle of the bottom plate 11, the clamping plate 13 is protruded with a plurality of clamping strips 131, each clamping strip 131 is recessed with a clamping slot 1311, one end of each PCB circuit board 20 is clamped in the clamping slot 1311 of the clamping strips 131, the bottom of the other end is provided with a supporting column 21, the supporting column 21 is used for supporting two adjacent PCB circuit boards 20, the turning clamping frame 15 includes a frame body 151, a rotating shaft 152, an operating shaft 153, an elastic pressing block 154, two cross bars 155 and two vertical bars 156, the frame body 151 is rotatably connected to the end of the bottom plate 11 through the rotating shaft 152, the operating shaft 153 is installed on the top of the frame body 151, the elastic pressing block 154 is installed in the middle of the operating shaft 153 and elastically abuts against the edge of the surface of one PCB circuit board 20 at the, two horizontal poles 155 are perpendicular protruding respectively and are located the middle part of the relative both sides of support body 151, the middle part of two montants 156 is the vertical fixation respectively in the tip of two horizontal poles 155, can adjust on every montant 156 the cover be equipped with two support body 157, two support body 157 are located the upper and lower both sides of horizontal pole 155 respectively, support body 151 is used for revolving the rotation of axis 152 and drives two montants 156 and remove in order to utilize two horizontal poles 155, thereby utilize support body 157 to support and hold corresponding PCB circuit board 20 and break away from corresponding card and establish strip 131.

When the modular PCB circuit board structure is disassembled and repaired, the supporting bodies 157 are firstly pinched to move up and down to align with the corresponding PCB circuit board 20, and if one of the supporting bodies 157 is not needed, the corresponding one of the supporting bodies 157 is moved to align between two adjacent PCB circuit boards 20. The operating shaft 153 is held between and transversely applies force to drive the frame body 151 to rotate outwards by a certain angle, so that the elastic pressing block 154 is separated from the PCB 20, then the two cross bars 155 drive the two vertical bars 156 to move, the two vertical bars 156 drive the supporting bodies 157 thereon to support the corresponding PCB 20 to separate from the corresponding clamping strips 131, so that the PCB 20 is released, and then the PCB 20 can be taken out, and the PCB 20 which is not supported by the supporting bodies 157 can be pulled out by hands subsequently. Therefore, the modular PCB circuit board structure is convenient to disassemble and maintain through the operation.

For example, in order to press the PCB 20 against and separate from the fastening strip 131, the cross section of the vertical bar 156 is rectangular, a rectangular hole is formed through the supporting body 157, the vertical bar 156 is inserted into the rectangular hole, the side wall surface of the rectangular hole is a friction surface, and the friction surface is pressed against the peripheral surface of the vertical bar 156. The length of the supporting body 157 is less than the distance between two adjacent PCB circuit boards 20, the length of the supporting body 157 is greater than the thickness of the PCB circuit boards 20, and each PCB board is provided with two strip-shaped grooves 25 in a penetrating manner. The length direction of the clamping strip 131 is defined as a first direction, the dimension of the PCB circuit board 20 along the first direction is defined as the width of the PCB circuit board 20, and the width of the PCB circuit board 20 is greater than the width of the clamping plate 13, so that two opposite sides of the PCB circuit board 20 respectively protrude out of two opposite sides of the clamping plate 13. The two cross bars 155 are perpendicular to the clamping plate 13, the distance between the two cross bars 155 is greater than the width of the PCB 20, a supporting portion is convexly disposed on one side of the supporting body 157 facing the clamping plate 13, and the surface of one side of the supporting portion facing the clamping plate 13 is flush with the end surface of the clamping strip 131. The clamping plate 13 is provided with a plurality of cooling holes 132, a mounting plate 135 is convexly arranged on one side of the clamping plate 13 departing from the frame body 151, and a cooling fan 138 is arranged on the mounting plate 135. Because the supporting body 157 is lifted up by a certain amount when the frame body 151 is deflected outward by a certain angle during disassembly, the length of the supporting body 157 is greater than the thickness of the PCB 20, so that the lifting is not affected much, and the supporting body 157 can still support the corresponding PCB 20. When moving the alignment of the PCB 20, the supporting body 157 may be operated so that the middle portion thereof is lower than the corresponding PCB 20. The surface of the abutting portion of the abutting body 157 is flush with the end surface of the clamping strip 131, so that the clamping strip 131 does not interfere with the abutting body 157, and the width of the PCB 20 is large, so that the abutting body 157 can abut against the side portion of the PCB 20.

For example, in order to conveniently clamp a plurality of PCB 20, L-shaped mounting beams 41 are convexly disposed at the center of the top of the clamping plate 13, the L-shaped mounting beams 41 extend toward the frame body 151, and the end of the L-shaped mounting beams 41 is provided with the strong magnetic block 42. the modular PCB structure further includes two clamping frames 40, the two clamping frames 40 are respectively mounted at opposite sides of the bottom plate 11. each clamping frame 40 includes a mounting shaft 43, an arched post 44, a torsion spring (not shown) and a penetrating post 45. the mounting shafts 43 of the two clamping frames 40 are rotatably connected to the bottom plate 11, the two mounting shafts 43 are respectively adjacent to opposite ends of one side edge of the mounting plate 135 away from the clamping plate 13, the penetrating posts 45 of the two clamping frames 40 are respectively inserted into the two bar-shaped slots 25 of the PCB 20. one end of the arched post 44 is rotatably connected to the top end of the mounting shaft 43, the torsion spring is sleeved on the arched post 44, the opposite ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected to the mounting shafts 43 and the arched posts 44, the bottom ends of the penetrating posts 45 are fixed to the bottom plate 11, the top ends of the penetrating posts 45 are aligned to the arched post 44, and the PCB 20 can be inserted into the plurality of the PCB 20.
