as shown in fig. 1, 2, 12 and 13, the automatic face washing device comprises a box body 1 which is arranged with an opening at the front end and is square as a whole, an air flow generating group 2, a water mist generating group 3, a towel output group 4 and a towel recovery group 5 are arranged in the box body 1, and an infrared distance measuring sensor 6 is arranged at the front end of the inner surface of a top plate of the box body 1; as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the airflow generation set 2 includes an air pump 21, an air pipe 22 connected to the air pump 21, a partition 23 connected to the air pipe 22, and an air injection hole 231 provided on the partition 23, wherein the partition 23 divides the internal space of the case 1 into a front face washing space and a rear component installation space; as shown in fig. 5, the water mist generation group 3 comprises a water pump 31, a water pipe 32 connected with the water pump 31, and an atomizer connected with the water pipe 32, the atomizer being located in the face washing space; as shown in fig. 9, 14 and 20, the towel output group 4 includes a towel box 41, a towel conveying roller 42 disposed in the towel box 41, and a towel 43 wound around the towel conveying roller 42, preferably, the towel 43 of the present invention is a disposable medical towel; the towel recovery group 5 comprises a drive motor 51 and a towel recovery roller 52 connected with the drive motor 51, and the free end of the towel 43 penetrates out of the towel box 41, then winds around the front part of the partition plate 23 and is connected with the towel recovery roller 52; infrared distance measuring sensor 6, water pump 31, air pump 21, driving motor 51 all link to each other with the controller, and infrared distance measuring sensor 6 is used for the sensing people's face, and the water pump 31 is used for washing the face by the atomizer blowout after pressing rivers into water pipe 32, and air pump 21 is spout by fumarole 231 behind the trachea 22 with gaseous impressing, and the air current blows the towel 43 in baffle 23 the place ahead and is used for wiping the face. Preferably, resistance wires are respectively arranged inside the air pump 21 and the water pump 31, the controller heats the resistance wires to heat water flow and air, so that the use comfort level is improved, and the heating temperature is not required to be too high and is slightly higher.

Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the box body 1 is composed of a top plate 13, a bottom plate 14, a left side plate 15, a right side plate 16 and a rear cover plate 17, a left cover plate 18 and a right cover plate 19 are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the left side plate 15 and the right side plate 16, a rear cover door 171 capable of being opened in a turnover manner is further arranged on the rear cover plate 17, a handle 172 is arranged on the rear cover door 171, the rear cover door 171 can be opened through the handle 172, the towel recovery group 5 can be observed and operated, and the used towels 43 can be taken out. Wherein: the top plate 13, the bottom plate 14, the left side plate 15 and the right side plate 16 are of an integral structure, and the rear cover plate 17, the left cover plate 18 and the right cover plate 19 are of detachable structures.

Further, as shown in fig. 5, 10, 11, the atomizer includes a first atomizer 33 for cleaning the front side of the face and a second atomizer 34 for cleaning the side of the face, the first atomizer 33 is embedded in the left side table 71 and the right side table 72 respectively, the left side table 71 and the right side table 72 are symmetrically fixed at the two ends of the front portion of the partition 23, and the number of the first atomizers 33 on each side table is three from top to bottom, the number of the second atomizers 34 is embedded in the left side plate and the right side plate of the box body 1 respectively, and the number of the second atomizers 34 on each side plate is three from top to bottom. Preferably, the left side table 71 and the right side table 72 in this embodiment are both columnar bodies having isosceles triangle-shaped cross sections, the left side table 71 is disposed at a joint between the partition plate 23 and the left side plate 15, and the right side table 72 is disposed at a joint between the partition plate 23 and the right side plate 16.

Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the air injection holes 231 are distributed on the partition 23 in rows and columns, the row spacing of the air injection holes 231 is equal, and the row spacing of the air injection holes 231 decreases from the middle to both sides; when the air flow is sprayed out, the air flows on the two sides of the towel are large, and the air flow in the middle is small, so that the towel 43 can be concave and attached to the face, and the face can be better wiped conveniently. A gas collecting groove 24 is further arranged between the gas pipe 22 and the partition plate 23, as shown in fig. 8, the whole gas collecting groove 24 is square and parallel to the partition plate 23, the bottom of the gas collecting groove 24 is connected with the output end of the gas pipe 22, the notch of the gas collecting groove 24 is attached to the back of the partition plate 23 and sealed with the partition plate 23 through a pressure sealing ring, and the gas collecting groove 24 forms full coverage of the gas injection holes 231 on the partition plate 23.

Preferably, four groups of the gas collecting channels 24 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and each group of the gas collecting channels 24 is transversely provided with three gas inlet holes 241 connected with the gas pipes.

Further, as shown in fig. 14, 15 and 17, the towel box 41 is integrally clamped at an upper position of the assembly installation space, and includes a box body 411 and a box cover 412 engaged with the box body 411, the inner plate surfaces of the left side plate and the right side plate of the box body 1 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 11, the left side plate and the right side plate of the box body 411 are respectively provided with a clamping block 44 engaged with the clamping groove 11, the box cover 412 is provided with a towel outlet 413 for allowing the towel 43 to pass through, and the upper surface of the box cover 412 is flush with the top plate of the box body 1.

Further, the inner plate surfaces of the left and right side plates of the box body 411 are respectively provided with a first roller groove 414 and a second roller groove 415 from top to bottom, the groove bottoms of the first roller groove 414 and the second roller groove 415 are semi-arc-shaped, two ends of the towel conveying roller 42 are respectively arranged in the first roller groove 414 and the second roller groove 415, and a first clamping strip 45 and a second clamping strip 46 for limiting the radial movement of the towel conveying roller 42 are respectively inserted in the first roller groove 414 and the second roller groove 415, as shown in fig. 18, the first clamping strip 45 and the second clamping strip 46 are integrally in a strip shape and respectively comprise a square first plate body 451, the lower end of the first plate body 451 is provided with a semi-arc-shaped concave surface for clamping the towel conveying roller 42, the outer side surface of the first plate body 451 is provided with a square second plate body 452, the second plate body 452 and the first plate body 451 are of an integral structure, the upper end surface of the second plate body 452 is flush with the upper end surface of the first plate body 451, and the height of the second plate body 452 is smaller than that of the first plate, the length of the second plate body 452 is greater than that of the first plate body 451, and the shapes of the first roller groove 414 and the second roller groove 415 are respectively matched with the shapes of the first clamping strip 45 and the second clamping strip 46. The first and second clips 45 and 46 are engaged into both ends of the towel conveying roller 42 from the first and second roller grooves 414 and 415, so that the radial movement of the towel conveying roller 42 is prevented, and the towel conveying roller 42 is easily detached.

Further, as shown in fig. 16, the towel conveying roller 42 includes a roller body 421, two ends of the roller body 421 are a first roller body 422 and a second roller body 423 with a diameter smaller than that of the roller body 421, the first roller body 422 and the second roller body 423 are respectively disposed in the first roller groove 414 and the second roller groove 415, the second roller body 423 is further provided with a ratchet assembly, as shown in fig. 19, the ratchet assembly includes a housing 47, a ratchet 471 and a pawl 472 located in the housing 47, and an end cover 473 engaged with the housing 47, the ratchet 471 is connected with the second roller body 423 through a key, the pawl 472 is fixed on the housing 47, and an outer side surface of the housing 47 is attached to the second locking bar 46. The purpose of the ratchet assembly is to control the output rhythm of the towels 43 while preventing reverse rotation.

Further, as shown in fig. 21, 22 and 23, the towel retrieving unit 5 is integrally disposed at a lower position of the assembly installation space, one end of the towel retrieving roller 52 is fixed to the left side plate of the case 1, the other end of the towel retrieving roller 52 is connected to the driving motor 51 through a transmission gear, the transmission gear includes a driving gear 53 and a driven gear 54 engaged with each other, the driving gear 53 and the driven gear 54 are disposed in a gear box 59, the gear box 59 is fixed to the right side plate of the case 1, wherein the driving gear 53 is connected to an output end of the driving motor 51, the driven gear 54 is connected to the towel retrieving roller 52 through a coupling 55, the coupling 55 is stepped and includes a first shaft segment 551, a second shaft segment 552 and a third shaft segment with decreasing diameters, the driven gear 54 is connected to the third shaft segment 553 through a key 553, a locking washer 56 is disposed on an outer side surface of the driven gear 54, the second shaft segment 552 is connected to a, a circular groove 5511 for inserting the towel recovery roller 52 is inwards arranged on the end surface of the first shaft section 551, a first magnet 5512 is arranged in the circular groove 5511, and a second magnet 521 adsorbed with the first magnet 5512 is arranged on the end surface of the towel recovery roller 52. Preferably, the first magnet 5512 of the present invention is formed in a fan-blade shape as a whole, and the second magnet 521 on the end surface of the towel recovery roller 52 is formed in a fan-blade shape that fits the first magnet 5512, and the two are engaged with each other to form an adsorption fixation, and the purpose of the adsorption fixation is to facilitate taking in and out of the towel 43.

When the driving motor 51 works, the driving gear 53 drives the driven gear 54 to rotate, the driven gear 54 drives the towel recovery roller 52 to rotate through the coupler 55, the spindle 57 fixed with the left side plate of the box body 1 is arranged in the hole at the other end of the towel recovery roller 52, and the spindle 57 is provided with the first bearing 571 matched with the towel recovery roller 52, so that when the towel recovery roller 52 rotates, the spindle 57 and the bearing 571 can bear the abrasion loss.

The first support bar 1311, the second support bar 1421, and the third support bar 1431 support the shaggy towel 43 at the first notch 131, the second notch 142, and the third notch 143, respectively, and make the towel 43 smoother during the transmission process.

The working process of the invention is as follows: when a human face enters a face cleaning space of the box body, the infrared distance measuring sensor can sense and transmit signals to the controller in real time, the controller firstly controls the water pump to work, the water pump presses water flow into the water pipe and sprays the water flow out through the atomizing nozzle, and the front face and the side face of the face are cleaned; after the washing is finished, the controller controls the air pump to work, the air pump presses air into the air pipe and sprays the air out through the air spraying holes, and the air flow blows a towel to wipe the face; after the wiping is finished, the controller controls the driving motor to work, and the driving motor drives the towel recovery roller to rotate so as to recover the wiped towel.
