Further, in one embodiment, the method comprises the following steps of extracting age information and weight information of a resting person from the body type information; generating first bed plate 3 hardness adjustment information based on the age information; generating hardness adjusting information of the second bed plate 3 based on the weight information; the adjusting piece 42 is controlled to adjust the hardness of the bed plate 3 according to the hardness adjusting information of the first bed plate 3; the adjusting piece 42 is controlled according to the hardness adjusting information of the second bed plate 3 to adjust the hardness of the bed plate 3.

In this embodiment, the hardness adjustment information of the first bed plate 3 is an instruction for controlling the number of turns of the motor 422; the hardness adjustment information of the second bed plate 3 is also an instruction for controlling the number of turns of the motor 422.
