The conventional air purifier for the automobile mainly uses a fan to draw air and filters dust or adsorbs harmful gas by using a filter screen to purify air. The purification method gathers all purification processes in the purifier product, and all air in a vehicle or a room must be ensured to flow through the purifier to be effective, which is obviously unrealistic, and a plurality of purification dead corners are inevitably existed under the influence of the wind power of the purifier and the structure of the space in the vehicle or the room.

And the existing product filtering or adsorbing method is difficult to effectively purify formaldehyde, bacteria, viruses and the like in the air, although ozone has a certain purifying effect on bacteria, if the concentration is too high, secondary pollution can be generated, and harm is caused to the health of human bodies. And the chlorine dioxide molecules can quickly capture and oxidize formaldehyde, thereby thoroughly eliminating the formaldehyde. The prior chlorine dioxide slow-release gel product is prepared by putting a gel material into a bottle and purifying the space environment by natural diffusion of chlorine dioxide. However, the relative molecular mass of chlorine dioxide gas is 67.46, which is much higher than the average relative molecular mass of air 29, and it sinks more easily and does not diffuse easily in an environment without air flow. And the use method of the existing chlorine dioxide air purification gel product is similar to that of an air purification box, the size of an opening needs to be manually adjusted to control the release amount, and the dynamic adjustment cannot be carried out according to the actual purification requirement.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the foregoing analysis, an embodiment of the present invention is directed to providing an air purifier based on chlorine dioxide gel purification, so as to solve the problems that an existing vehicle-mounted or indoor small-sized air purifier only sucks air into the interior of the air purifier for purification, which is prone to have dead purification corners and cannot purify the air in all directions, and an existing chlorine dioxide sustained-release gel product depends on a natural diffusion manner of chlorine dioxide, so that a diffusion range is limited, and a chlorine dioxide reaction and a release rate cannot be automatically controlled.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize at least one of the following beneficial effects:

(1) the existing air purifier mainly uses a fan to draw air and utilizes a filter screen to filter dust or adsorb harmful gas to purify air, the method must ensure that all air in a vehicle or in a room flows through the purifier to be effective, but the method is influenced by the wind power of the purifier and the structure of the space in the vehicle or in the room, and a plurality of purifying dead angles exist in the practical use; compared with the prior art, the air purifier provided by the invention can purify air, chlorine dioxide gas released by the gel bottle can be sucked under the action of the induced draft fan and blown into the environment together with clean air, chlorine dioxide gas molecules can be carried into air in a larger range by air flow disturbance caused by wind power, and chlorine dioxide can continuously play the functions of sterilization, disinfection, aldehyde removal and the like in the air, so that the purification range of the purifier is extended.

(2) The invention controls the speed of the gel reaction to release chlorine dioxide gas by adjusting the illumination intensity of ultraviolet rays, and dynamically controls the concentration of chlorine dioxide in the air. The ultraviolet lamp is used for improving the generation rate of chlorine dioxide gas in the gel bottle, when the content of harmful gas or microorganisms in the environment is high and the release amount of chlorine dioxide needs to be increased, the ultraviolet lamp is turned on, the slow-release gel in the gel bottle is irradiated by ultraviolet rays, the reaction rate is increased, and the release rate of chlorine dioxide is remarkably increased; when the chlorine dioxide in the air meets the requirement, the ultraviolet lamp is automatically closed, and the release speed of the chlorine dioxide in the gel is restored to a normal level.

(3) The invention not only purifies the particles in the air through the purifier, but also can carry out all-round sterilization and disinfection by utilizing the chlorine dioxide gas, and the diffusion range is increased compared with the prior mode depending on natural diffusion of the chlorine dioxide because the chlorine dioxide gas is diffused into the air under the action of the induced draft fan.

(4) The control rod top and the gel bottle move in opposite directions, and when the control rod top is contacted with the gel bottle sealing cover, the control rod top opens the sealing cover at the top of the gel bottle, so that chlorine dioxide gas is released from the chlorine dioxide slow-release gel in the gel bottle.

(5) The invention not only can purify air and release chlorine dioxide gas to carry out all-around sterilization and disinfection, but also can cover the irritation of the chlorine dioxide gas by arranging the edge groove filled with spices, thereby greatly improving the use comfort of the air purifier.

(6) The gel bottle adopts transparent materials, is frosted, is added with silver halide and other components, can automatically change into dark color when light becomes strong, avoids ultraviolet rays from penetrating the bottle body, can prevent the internal gel reaction from accelerating when external light becomes strong, and can also prevent ultraviolet rays from leaking to harm human bodies when an ultraviolet lamp is turned on.
