1. A chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet slow-release wet cotton box mainly comprises an air input pinhole (5), a wet cotton box bin (7), a chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet medicine box bin (8) and a chlorine dioxide gas outlet pinhole (9).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of air purification and disinfection, and relates to a chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet slow-release technology.

Background

The chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet is an economic, practical and convenient method for obtaining chlorine dioxide. The humidity of the air can activate the chlorine dioxide in the effervescent tablet, but the concentration and rate at which the effervescent tablet releases chlorine dioxide in the air is unpredictable. The invention can use the chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet to obtain relatively stable low-concentration chlorine dioxide gas.

Disclosure of Invention

As shown in figure 1, the invention mainly comprises 4 parts of an air input pinhole (5), a wet cotton box bin (7), a chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet medicine box bin (8) and a chlorine dioxide gas outlet pinhole (9). The other serves these 4 main parts. The invention is mainly used in flowing air with negative pressure. The air input pinhole (5) faces the direction of the coming air. The chlorine dioxide gas outlet needle hole (9) faces to the air going direction. Under the action of negative pressure of flowing air, air firstly enters a wet cotton box bin (7) from an air input pinhole (5) to humidify the air and then enters a chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet medicine box bin (8). The humidified air prompts the chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet to release chlorine dioxide and then the chlorine dioxide is output from the chlorine dioxide gas outlet needle hole (9). The sizes of the air input pin hole (5) and the chlorine dioxide gas outlet pin hole (9) are matched with the air flow to determine the concentration of the chlorine dioxide in the air. Through multiple experimental measurements, the wet cotton box added with 2 granules of chlorine dioxide effervescent tablets can obtain the sustained release time of chlorine dioxide gas with the air quantity of about 35 liters/minute and the average concentration of about 0.4ppm for more than 48 hours by matching with the implementation method 2 of the patent application 2019107876122. The concentration range is 0.1-0.8 ppm. The duration is related to the content of chlorine dioxide in the chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet. Detailed Description

Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of a chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet slow-release wet cotton box used in practical tests in a deodorizing, disinfecting and purifying micro-fan of the invention. Air enters the protective cover (1) from the input pinhole (5), firstly enters the wet cotton box bin (7) for humidification through the middle partition cover air guide hole (6), then enters the chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet medicine box bin (8) to promote the chlorine dioxide effervescent tablets to release chlorine dioxide, and finally mixed gas is output from the chlorine dioxide gas outlet pinhole (9). Figure 2 shows the location of the chlorine dioxide effervescent tablet slow release wet cotton box (22) in the micro-fan and the correlation of the wet cotton box (22) and the direction (21) of gas movement. The direction of the chlorine dioxide gas outlet pinhole (9) towards the air can also be seen from the figure. The invention can also be used in other environments with air flow, such as (but not limited to) the front and back of a fan, an air inlet and outlet of an air conditioner, an air inlet and outlet of an automobile air circulation, and the like, for deodorizing, disinfecting, removing formaldehyde, and the like.
