(1) preparing a fabric layer;

(2) softening and finishing the film layer;

(3) punching a thin film layer;

(4) and (5) bonding the fabric layer and the film layer.

In order to ensure the appearance quality of the final finished product, the pH value of the prepared fabric layer is kept between 4.0 and 7.0, and the optimal range of the pH value of the fabric layer is 4.5 to 6.5.

In the soft finishing procedure of the step (2), the soft finishing method of the film layer is to dip the film into the organic silicon soft finishing liquid and then dry the film to prepare the film with soft and smooth hand feeling; wherein the concentration of the organosilicon softening finishing agent is 5-20 g/L, the drying temperature is 110-115 ℃, and the winding speed is 30-40 m/min.

In the punching procedure of the step (3), the needle planting density of the punching machine is 300-500 pieces/m, the punching frequency is 180-250 times/min, and the film feeding amount is 0.2-0.5 m/s.

The melting effect of ultrasonic bonding on the fabric is more uniform, the acting position is only on the bonding layer, the structural influence of the fabric layer and the film layer is small, and the original fluffy and soft characteristics of the fabric can be kept as far as possible.

The multifunctional fabric disclosed by the invention is optimized in the process of bonding, particularly the gluing amount is optimized, the bonding firmness can be met, the blockage of micropores on a film in the bonding process can be reduced, and the air permeability of the fabric is not influenced.

(2) after the multifunctional fabric is subjected to film coating processing, the down penetration preventing effect is good and lasting, the number of the leaked down is less than 10 in single detection of the fabric, and the number of the leaked down is still less than 10 in 10 repeated detections; meanwhile, potential harm caused by the dust of the down feather in the long-term use process is avoided;

(3) the material, yarn and fabric structure of the fabric layer in the multifunctional fabric are not limited, and the material and structure matching with better comfort can be selected, such as thinner and softer yarn, the warp and weft density of the fabric does not need to reach very high tightness, and the whole fabric is more comfortable and lighter;

(4) the porous nanofiber net of the bonding layer in the multifunctional fabric is breathable, soft and strong in plasticity, the ultrasonic bonding technology is efficient and clean, and the influence on the original structural performance of the fabric is less, so that after the film is coated and attached, the fabric is not hard in hand feeling, the breathability is not reduced, and the noise is low; the hot melt adhesive adopts a dot matrix bonding mode, so that the bonding firmness can be met, and the hand feeling and the air permeability of the fabric can not be influenced;

(5) the preparation method of the multifunctional fabric has wide applicability, the material, yarn and fabric structure of the fabric layer are not limited, the operation is simple and easy, and no special requirements on equipment and raw materials are required
