step 4), before the tunnel pipe joint reaches the accurate installation position, the plane position of the tunnel pipe joint should be moved about 100mm towards the installation direction, when the tunnel pipe joint is installed at a distance of about 200mm from the installation height, the position of the tunnel pipe joint is adjusted by using a hoisting device to accurately position the tunnel pipe joint, the tunnel pipe joints are installed by injecting water into the tunnel pipe joints in a balanced manner, a certain amount of water is injected into the position control bracket after the installation is finished, the water quantity is determined by calculation, so that the gravity of the position control bracket added with water is equal to the buoyancy in the state, then the exhaust pipe and the valve of the positioning sucker are opened, pressure water is injected into the positioning sucker through the exhaust pipe, the suction force of the positioning sucker is relieved, then, air is injected into the controlled sinking support by an air compressor to enable the controlled sinking support to float to a certain height and to be fixed beside a hoisting ship for later use, and the connection between the position-controlled steel cable and the tunnel pipe joint is released by a diver.

step 2), after the tunnel pipe joint 1 is subjected to sealing treatment in a prefabricated dry dock, injecting water into the dry dock, dragging the tunnel pipe joint 1 to an installation area by using a tug, connecting position control steel cables 8 to four corners of the tunnel pipe joint 1, installing processed sink control supports 3 on four positions close to vertex angles of the top surface of the tunnel pipe joint 1 under the cooperation of a floating crane, vacuumizing positioning suckers 4 below the position control supports 3 in time after each position control support 3 is installed, enabling the position control supports 3 to be adsorbed on the top surface of the tunnel pipe joint 1, and fixing a satellite positioning system on each position control support 3;

step 3), accurately positioning the tunnel pipe joint 1 on a plane through the hoisting equipment 9, then uniformly injecting water into the tunnel pipe joint 1 to enable the tunnel pipe joint 1 to sink in a balanced manner under a control state, determining whether the position of the tunnel pipe joint 1 is correct or not according to data of a satellite positioning system on the position control support 3 in the sinking process, and adjusting the position of the tunnel pipe joint 1 in time through the hoisting equipment 9, wherein an air pipe 11 on the position control support 3 is in a closed state in the sinking process;

step 4), before the tunnel pipe joint 1 reaches the accurate installation position, the plane position of the tunnel pipe joint 1 should be moved about 100mm towards the installation direction, when the tunnel pipe joint is installed at a distance of about 200mm from the installation height, the position of the tunnel pipe joint 1 is adjusted by the hoisting device 9 to be accurately positioned, the tunnel pipe joint 1 is installed by injecting water into the tunnel pipe joint 1 in a balanced manner, a certain amount of water is injected into the position control bracket 3 after the installation is finished, the water quantity is determined by calculation, so that the gravity of the position control bracket 3 added with water is equal to the buoyancy in the state, then the exhaust pipe 10 and the valve of the positioning suction cup 4 are opened, and the pressure water is injected into the positioning suction cup 4 through the exhaust pipe 10 to release the suction force of the positioning suction cup 4, then, air is injected into the controlled sinking support 3 by an air compressor to float to a certain height, the controlled sinking support is fixed beside a hoisting ship for standby, and the connection between the position control steel cable 8 and the tunnel pipe joint 1 is released by a diver.
