1. A sound insulation wall arranged on a wall body and used for a partition in a room is characterized by comprising:

the sound insulation board comprises a foamed ceramic wallboard, an outer decorative board and sound insulation cotton;

the external decorative panels are respectively arranged at preset distances at two sides of the foamed ceramic wallboard;

the soundproof cotton is respectively arranged between the external veneer and the foamed ceramic wallboard.

2. The sound-insulating wall of claim 1, wherein:

the external decorative panel and the foamed ceramic wallboard keep a preset interval to form an air layer in an enclosing manner;

the soundproof cotton is located in the air layer.

3. The sound-insulating wall of claim 2, wherein:

in the air bed, soundproof cotton is attached to two sides of the foamed ceramic wallboard.

4. The sound-insulating wall of claim 1, wherein:

the outer veneer is a high-strength antibacterial veneer.

5. The sound-insulating wall of claim 1, wherein:

the soundproof cotton is rock wool.

6. The sound-insulating wall according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:

the damping pad is also included;

the damping pad is arranged at the joint of the sound insulation wall and the wall body and at the joint of the sound insulation wall and the floor slab.

7. The sound-insulating wall according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:

the device also comprises a clamping piece;

both sides of the foamed ceramic wallboard are connected with the exterior veneer through the clamping pieces;

and the adjacent clamping pieces are staggered with each other along the thickness direction of the foaming ceramic wallboard.

8. The sound-insulating wall according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:

the sound insulation wall is characterized in that gaps in the sound insulation wall, gaps between the sound insulation wall and the wall body and gaps between the sound insulation wall and the floor slab are sealed by high-strength sealant.

9. The sound-insulating wall according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:

the sound insulation wall also comprises a switch box and/or a socket box which are arranged on the outer veneer;

the switch box and/or the socket box are processed by sound insulation sealing.

10. A building structure characterized by:

the building structure comprising a floor, a wall and the sound insulation wall of any one of claims 1-9;

the floor, the wall and the sound insulation wall jointly enclose to form a closed space.
