Technical Field

The invention relates to an observation lamp, in particular to a medical observation lamp which can be used in combination with different instruments.

Background

Illumination is an important means in clinical examination and operation processes, and is especially essential when examining and sampling dark spaces such as the oral cavity, the pharyngeal portion, the ear portion, the inside of eyes and the like.

In clinical examination, the common illumination modes include a head lamp, a flashlight, a light source for providing illumination for an endoscope and the like. But in outpatient examinations, headlamps and flashlights are the most common. The head lamp is usually equipped only in the department of otorhinolaryngology, and the departments of pediatrics, respiratory surgery, ophthalmology and the like usually adopt a flashlight for illumination.

When the oral cavity and other parts need to be checked, sampled or otherwise operated simultaneously, the flashlight lighting mode can cause that a plurality of operations cannot be completed independently by one person, and usually can be completed by matching two or more persons.

Therefore, further improvements to existing lighting approaches are needed. The invention aims to design a medical observation lamp capable of being combined with different instruments for use, and solves the problem that the existing flashlight is inconvenient to illuminate.

If the observation lamp of the invention can be fixed on a clamping forceps, a hemostatic forceps or other instruments 4 through the connecting device 2, the instruments 4 can be illuminated during the operation of the instruments. The observation lamp of the present invention may be fixed to the head fixing device 5 such as a head fixing band through the connecting device 2 to form a head lamp 5, so as to provide illumination for medical staff during the examination process. Because the observation lamp can be connected to different instruments 4 and/or fixing devices 5, in clinical application, medical staff can carry out various operations under the condition of ensuring illumination without holding the illumination device by hands, and the clinical application is very convenient.

The light source 11 is an LED lamp. Compared with a common lighting light source, the LED light source has the characteristics of small volume, high luminous efficiency, strong light source directivity and the like, and particularly has the incomparable advantages of the common light source in the aspect of safety. Therefore, the LED light source has safety while meeting the lighting requirement.

The light source 11 is a variable focus light source 11-1. The variable focus light source 11-1 can select different focus positions according to requirements, and achieves good illumination effect on different positions.

Alternatively, the observation lamp of the present invention is mounted on the fixing device 5 such as a head fixing band to constitute an observation headlight for providing illumination for inspection. When the device 4 is mounted on a patient, such as an examination or sampling of the oral cavity or the pharynx, when the patient suffers from an infectious disease, especially a respiratory infectious disease which can be transmitted by droplets or air, the patient's breathing, speaking, or unexpected coughing, sneezing, etc. during the examination, the disease is very easy to be transmitted, and serious patients even cause the infection of medical staff. In this case, the observation lamp of the present invention may be fixed to the instrument 4, and then, in cooperation with the oral operation protective plate 6, the examination, sampling, and the like may be performed in a protective state.

The observation lamp of the invention comprises an illumination device 1 and a connection device 2. The lighting device 1 comprises a light source 11, a circuit and control system 12 and a housing 13; the light source 11 and the circuit and control system 12 are mounted within the housing 13; the light source 11 is connected to the power supply 3 via the circuitry and control system 12. The elastic clamping groove 22-1 is made of elastic high polymer materials or elastic metal materials. The elastic clamping groove 22-1 made of elastic material can be clamped on the instruments 4 and the fixing device 5 with different sizes and shapes through elastic force, so that the use is very convenient, and the applicability is wide, and refer to fig. 3 and 4. In practical applications, a person skilled in the art may design different connecting mechanisms according to needs, and the applicant does not exemplify the connecting mechanisms herein, but the connecting mechanisms do not depart from the scope of the present application.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the power source 3 is a battery 31, or a battery pack 32, or an external power source. In this embodiment, the power source 3 is the battery 31 or the battery pack 32, and an external power source is not required in the ordinary inspection application, so that the use is very convenient. Of course, when the illumination needs to be performed for a long time or the illumination intensity is required, the illumination device 1 can be powered by an external power supply, so that various requirements of clinical needs can be met.

In clinical application, the illumination device 1 is connected to the connection device 2 through the elastic connection slot 21-1, and then the observation lamp of the present invention is mounted on the instrument 4 through the elastic connection slot 22-1 to illuminate the operation process of the instrument 4. Alternatively, the observation lamp of the present invention is mounted on the fixing device 5 such as a head fixing band to constitute an observation headlight for providing illumination for inspection.

In particular, when the device 4 is mounted on the mouth and throat of a patient for examination or sampling, when the patient suffers from an infectious disease, especially a respiratory infectious disease which can be transmitted by droplets or air, the patient is very likely to have a disease transmitted by breathing, speaking, unexpected coughing, sneezing and the like during examination, and serious patients and even medical staff are infected. At this time, the observation lamp of the present invention may be fixed to the apparatus 4, and then the apparatus 4 may be passed through the operation hole 61 provided in the oral operation protection plate 6 in cooperation with the oral operation protection plate 6, and the operations such as inspection and sampling may be performed in a protected state, referring to fig. 3.

When the observation lamp of the present invention is mounted on the fixing device 5, such as a head fixing belt, to form an observation headlight, the oral operation protection plate 6 may be disposed in front of the observation lamp 100, so as to provide a good safety protection for medical staff, referring to fig. 5 and 6.

The lighting device 1 of the observation lamp of the present embodiment can be connected to different instruments 4 and/or fixtures 5 by means of said connection means 2.
