1. A parking information processing method is applied to a parking system comprising a charging pile, and comprises the following steps:

collecting a video stream of a designated area, and identifying whether vehicle license plate information exists in each frame of image in the video stream, wherein the designated area is a charging area used by the charging pile;

when vehicle license plate information exists in each frame of image in the video stream, determining the charging time of the vehicle license plate information in the video stream based on the charging pile information;

and calculating charging occupation cost corresponding to the vehicle license plate information based on the time of the vehicle license plate information existing in the video stream and the charging time.

2. The parking information processing method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:

when vehicle license plate information exists in each frame of image in the video stream, whether the vehicle license plate information corresponds to specified user information is inquired;

and when the vehicle license plate information corresponds to the appointed user information, sending the charging rule corresponding to the appointed area to the user terminal corresponding to the appointed user information.

and calculating charging occupation cost corresponding to the vehicle license plate information based on the time of the vehicle license plate information existing in the video stream and the charging time.

Optionally, the method further comprises:

when vehicle license plate information exists in each frame of image in the video stream, whether the vehicle license plate information corresponds to specified user information is inquired;

and when the vehicle license plate information corresponds to the appointed user information, sending the charging rule corresponding to the appointed area to the user terminal corresponding to the appointed user information.
