The present invention aims to provide a pure temperature type thermal protector to solve at least one of the above technical problems.

One technical scheme of the application is as follows: a pure temperature type thermal protector comprises a shell, a spring piece with a movable contact at one end and a bottom plate fixed at the bottom of the shell, wherein a first insulating layer is arranged between the shell and the bottom plate; the spring piece is fixed in the shell, and the bottom plate is provided with a fixed contact matched with the movable contact; a bimetallic strip is fixed between the bottom plate and the spring piece; and a second insulating layer is arranged in the shell and is used for preventing the bimetallic strip from communicating the circuits of the movable contact and the fixed contact when the movable contact and the fixed contact are disconnected.
