Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the ventilation shaft 12 on the other side of the stairway 11 is provided with an air inlet 18 communicated with the stairway 11, and the air inlet 18 is used for ensuring the daily ventilation of the building 1. When a fire breaks out, the smoke alarm 5 transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the driving motor 191 to start, so that the blocking plate 4 blocks the air inlet 18.

The implementation principle of the fire protection and smoke exhaust system of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when a fire disaster happens to the stairs, the smoke alarm 5 detects smoke in the stair channel 11, and the driving motor 191 is started under the control of the controller, so that the blocking plate 4 is driven to block the air inlet 18, and the possibility that the air outside the building body 1 enters the building body 1 through the air inlet 18 to accelerate the fire disaster situation is reduced.
