Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric heating, in particular to a double-sided heating electric heating device.

Background

The current electric heating device is generally used for heating, heat preservation, warming, drying and the like. However, the heating device in the prior art still has some problems, for example, the heat preservation effect is not obvious, the heated device is in a state of low temperature soon, or the circuit is automatically disconnected after the heating device reaches a certain temperature, and the heating device does not heat automatically any more; in the heating process, the temperature is too high, scalding and burning accidents occur, so that the electric heating devices are not safe enough, the energy required by the devices is too high, and the consumed electric resources are too large; in order to ensure constant temperature, more heating devices can be always in a heating state, and the devices cause resource waste invisibly; in the using process, the heating temperature of the heating surface and the heating temperature of the back surface of the electric heating device are greatly different. Therefore, a constant temperature, safe and reliable using process, effective heat collecting and energy saving, and low power consumption, and can eliminate the heating temperature difference between the heating surface and the back surface of the electric heating device, which is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a double-side heating electric heating device which solves the problems that the heating surface and the back surface of a heating device in the prior art have large temperature difference, poor use effect and the like.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a double-sided temperature control electric heating device which comprises an electric heating plate and a temperature controller, and is characterized in that the electric heating plate comprises a first heating surface and a second heating surface which are arranged in a back-to-back manner; the electric heating plate is of a rectangular structure, a through hole is formed in one corner of the electric heating plate, and a soft ferrule is arranged on the through hole; the first heating surface and the second heating surface are both provided with heating wires, the heating wires are arranged on the first heating surface after being bent for multiple times and penetrate through the through holes, and the through holes are arranged on the second heating surface after being bent for multiple times, and the heating wires on the first heating surface and the heating wires on the second heating surface are perpendicular to each other on the plane of the electric heating plate.

Preferably, the first heating surface is further provided with a first overheat protector, the second heating surface is further provided with a second overheat protector, the first overheat protector and the second overheat protector are electrically connected to two ends of the heating wire respectively, and overheat protection boxes are arranged outside the first overheat protector and the second overheat protector.

Preferably, the temperature controller includes a plurality of temperature probes correspondingly disposed on the first heating surface and the second heating surface.

According to a preferable scheme, wire boxes are embedded in two adjacent corners of the electric heating plate, a first grounding wire, a second grounding wire, a spare wire, a plurality of temperature measuring wires and a plurality of heating connecting wires are arranged in the wire boxes in a penetrating mode side by side in sequence, and two ends of the grounding wire, the spare wire, the plurality of temperature measuring wires and the plurality of heating connecting wires are connected with quick connectors.

Preferably, the first ground wire has one end connected to the first heating surface and the other end extending out of the wire box, and the second ground wire has one end connected to the second heating surface and the other end extending out of the wire box.

Preferably, the plurality of temperature measuring lines are electrically connected to the plurality of temperature measuring probes correspondingly.

Preferably, the plurality of heating connecting lines are electrically connected to the first and second overheat protectors respectively.

Preferably, the temperature controller is electrically connected to the temperature measuring lines and the heating connecting lines through the quick-connect connectors.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a double-sided temperature control electric heating device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an electric heating plate 1 and a temperature controller, and is characterized in that the electric heating plate 1 includes a first heating surface 11 and a second heating surface 12, which are disposed opposite to each other; the electric heating plate 1 is in a rectangular structure, a through hole 2 is formed in one corner of the electric heating plate 1, and a soft ferrule 21 is arranged on the through hole 2; the heating wires 3 are arranged on the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12, the heating wires 3 are arranged on the first heating surface 11 after being bent for multiple times and pass through the through holes 2 to be arranged on the second heating surface 12 after being bent for multiple times, and the heating wires 3 on the first heating surface 11 and the heating wires 3 on the second heating surface 12 are mutually vertical on the plane of the electric heating plate 1. It should be noted that the heating wires 3 which are bent for multiple times and are uniformly distributed in an S shape are arranged on the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12, so that local heating of the electric heating plate is avoided, and the electric heating plate is uniformly heated; and the heating wire 3 on the first heating surface 11 and the heating wire 3 on the second heating surface 12 are mutually vertical on the plane of the electric heating plate 1, so that the heating wire 3 on the first heating surface 11 and the heating wire 3 on the second heating surface 12 have overlapped parts on the plane of the electric heating plate, the unheated area of the electric heating plate 1 is reduced, the heating wires are heated more fully and comprehensively, and the temperature of the electric heating plate 1 is heated more rapidly. The heating wire 3 is preferably made of carbon fiber materials with lower energy consumption under the condition of meeting the requirements of the invention, so that the electric energy is saved; meanwhile, the surfaces of the first electric heating plate 11 and the second electric heating plate 12 are respectively attached with a layer of thin film, and the thin films are preferably pet films, so that the good performance of energy collection and heat collection is achieved, the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 are enabled to slowly radiate heat, and the set temperature value is kept for a long time; the soft ferrule 21 ensures that the heating wire 3 is not worn or scratched by the through hole 2 in daily use or maintenance of the electric heating device, thereby ensuring that the heating wire 3 heats the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 to the same temperature.

The first heating surface 11 is further provided with a first overheat protector 111, the second heating surface 12 is further provided with a second overheat protector 121, the first overheat protector 111 and the second overheat protector 121 are electrically connected to two ends of the heating wire 3, and the first overheat protector 111 and the second overheat protector 121 are provided with overheat protection boxes 4 outside.

It should be noted that, in order to make the first overheat protector 111 and the second overheat protector 121 react quickly, the first overheat protector 111 and the second overheat protector 121 are electrically connected to both ends of the electrical heating device 3, so as to ensure the safety of the entire electrical heating device. First overheat protector 111 and second overheat protector 121 outside all are provided with overheat protection box 4, and overheat protection box 4's setting has avoided first overheat protector 111 and second overheat protector 121 to be touched by the foreign matter, leads to protection circuit untimely or circuit not to lead to, the condition that the electric heat line 3 does not heat.

Preferably, the temperature controller comprises a plurality of temperature probes 5 respectively arranged on the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, wire boxes 6 are embedded in two adjacent corners of the electric heating plate 1, a first ground wire 61, a second ground wire 62, a spare wire 63, a plurality of temperature measuring wires 64 and a plurality of heating connecting wires 65 are sequentially arranged in the wire boxes 6 in a row, and quick connectors 7 are connected to two ends of the first ground wire 61, the second ground wire 62, the spare wire 63, the plurality of temperature measuring wires 64 and the plurality of heating connecting wires 65.

It should be noted that the wire box 6 accommodates the first grounding wire 61, the second grounding wire 62, the spare wire 63, the temperature measuring wires 64 and the heating connecting wires 65 which are too long, and the quick-connect connectors 7 at two ends of the same first grounding wire 61 are arranged corresponding to each other; the positions of the quick-plugging connectors 7 at the two ends of the same second grounding wire 62 are arranged corresponding to each other; the positions of the quick-connection plugs 7 at the two ends of the same spare wire 63 are arranged corresponding to each other; the positions of the quick-plugging connectors 7 at the two ends of the same temperature measuring line 64 are arranged correspondingly; the positions of the quick-plugging connectors 7 at the two ends of the same heating connecting line 65 are arranged corresponding to each other; the first grounding wire 61, the second grounding wire 62, the spare wire 63, the plurality of temperature measuring wires 64 and the plurality of heating connecting wires 65 are arranged in parallel in sequence, so that the electric heating device is convenient to test or maintain at the later stage and replace wire equipment; the plurality of temperature measuring wires 64, the plurality of heating connecting wires 65 and the quick-connecting plug 7 facilitate the connection of the device with a temperature controller and other equipment, thereby ensuring the connection reliability of the temperature controller with the heating wire 3 and the temperature measuring probe 5 respectively, and enabling the temperature controller to control the heating wire 3 to correspondingly heat the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 to constant temperature values.

Specifically, the first grounding wire 61 has one end connected to the first heating surface 11 and the other end penetrating through the wire box 6, and the second grounding wire 62 has one end connected to the second heating surface 12 and the other end penetrating through the wire box 6. The arrangement of the first grounding wire 61 and the second grounding wire 62 effectively prevents electric shock accidents.

Specifically, the plurality of temperature measuring lines 64 are electrically connected to the plurality of temperature measuring probes 5, respectively. The temperature measuring line 64 ensures the connection between the temperature measuring probe 5 and the temperature controller, and further ensures the temperature controller to obtain the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12.

Specifically, the plurality of heating connecting lines 65 are correspondingly electrically connected to the first overheat protector 111 and the second overheat protector 121, so that the connection between the temperature controller and the heating wire 3 is ensured, and the temperature controller controls the heating wire 3 to heat or stop heating, thereby controlling the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface to be kept at the same set temperature value.

Specifically, the temperature controller is electrically connected to the temperature measuring lines 64 and the heating connecting lines 65 through the quick-connect connectors 7, so that the connection between the temperature controller and the heating line 3 is ensured, and the temperature controller controls the heating line 3 to heat or stop heating, thereby controlling the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 to be kept at two set temperature values.

It should be noted that, as long as the whole electric heating device is powered on, when the temperature is too low, the first overheat protector 111 and the second overheat protector 121 are automatically connected to the heating circuit, and at this time, the temperature probe 5 detects that the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 are lower than the respective set temperature values, the temperature controller will control the temperature of the heating wire 3 to rise, and then the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 rise; when the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 rise to the set temperature value or are higher than the set temperature value, the first overheating protector 111 and the second overheating protector 121 immediately automatically turn off the heating circuit, meanwhile, the temperature probe 5 detects that the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 are higher than the set temperature value, the temperature controller stops current input to the heating wire 3, and then the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 do not rise any more, so that the temperatures of the first heating surface 11 and the second heating surface 12 are kept at the same set temperature value.

In summary, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dual-side heating electric heating device, which includes a temperature controller and an electric heating plate, wherein the electric heating plate includes a first heating surface and a second heating surface, a through hole is formed in the electric heating plate, and a heating wire can be disposed on the first heating surface and the second heating surface through the through hole.
