2. A packing box for packing commodity, which is in a quadrangular shape as a hexahedron and has a hollow interior, characterized in that,

the method comprises the following steps:

a left side face;

a second cover covering part extending from the upper part of the left side surface part;

a second cover insertion part extending from an upper part of the second cover covering part;

a rear surface portion extending from a left side portion of the left surface portion;

a first cover covering part extending from the upper part of the rear part;

a first cover insertion part extending from an upper part of the first cover covering part;

a right side portion extending from a left side portion of the rear portion;

a front surface portion extending from the other side portion of the right side surface portion;

a bottom surface part for sealing the bottom of the packaging box,

the first cover insertion portion is formed with a through hole for inserting the hanging portion,

a cut portion for inserting a part of the second cap insertion portion is formed on the right side surface portion.

3. The package of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a second cover second insert extending from a side portion of the second cover covering portion.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a packaging box, and more particularly, to a packaging box having both a function of packaging and storing products and a function of hanging and displaying the packaging box on a hanging portion.

Background

Generally, boxes for packaging commodities are distributed in a state of being stored in a large number of general-purpose large boxes, and stored in a warehouse.

On the other hand, for sale, boxes for packaging goods may be left on a display stand or hung from a hanger for easy viewing by purchasers. When the mode of hanging on the hanging bracket is used, the arrangement is simple, and the display table does not need to be arranged immediately when a purchaser takes away the commodity. However, in order to hang the product from the hanger, it is necessary to attach the packing box by using a packing box integrally formed with the hanger or by using a separate hanger.

In the case of the method of attaching a packing box by using a separate hanging part, a salesperson feels troublesome, and therefore, a packing box formed with a hanging part is often used.

When the package box with the integrated hanging part is placed on a display table, the display state is irregular due to the hanging part, and the display mode is limited due to the hanging part.

The prior art for solving such problems is korean No. 20-2009-0009121. However, the prior art needs two parts to be combined for manufacturing, which is inconvenient to manufacture, and the hanging part is exposed to the outside, so that the appearance of the packing box is not beautiful.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

The invention provides a packaging box which does not expose a hanging part when being displayed on a display table, maintains a quadrilateral shape and can provide a hanging part when being hung on a hanging bracket.

Means for solving the problems

The present invention for achieving the above object is a box of a quadrangular shape, which is a packaging box having a flat surface portion that can be opened and a left side surface portion, a right side surface portion, a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, and a bottom surface portion that are closed.

The first cover is a portion that extends upward from the rear surface portion and can cover the flat surface portion, and is composed of a covering portion that covers the flat surface portion and an insertion portion that is inserted into the case.

The covering portion and the insertion portion of the first lid are divided by a folding line, and a through hole is formed in the insertion portion.

The second cover is a portion that extends upward from the left side surface portion or the right side surface portion and can cover the flat surface portion, and is composed of a covering portion that covers the flat surface portion and an insertion portion that is inserted into the case.

The covering portion and the insertion portion of the second cover are distinguished by a folding line.

On the other hand, a cut portion is formed on the other side surface portion than the side surface portion to which the second cover extends, so that a part of the insertion portion of the second cover can be inserted.

When the cover portion of the second lid is used in the storage state, the covering portion covers the flat surface portion, the insertion portion of the second lid is inserted into the box, and the covering portion of the first lid is inserted into the box while covering the flat surface portion.

On the other hand, when the suspension bracket is used in a suspended state, the first cover is unfolded, the covering portion of the second cover covers the flat surface portion, the insertion portion covers the outer side of the side surface portion, and the through hole of the insertion portion of the first cover is hung on the suspension bracket for use in a state where a part of the insertion portion is inserted into the cut portion and fixed.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

As described above, the present invention can easily switch between the storage form and the hanging form, and can display the hanging part while maintaining a complete quadrangular shape without exposing the hanging part during distribution or display on a display stand.

Further, since the sheet is manufactured using one developed drawing, the manufacturing is simple, the entire components are connected without being separated, and the problem that some of the components are separated or separated is solved.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this case, the same components in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals as much as possible. Also, detailed descriptions of well-known functions and constructions that may obscure the gist of the present invention will be omitted. For the same reason, some structural elements will be omitted or briefly shown in the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is an expanded view of an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a perspective view of a use state of a storage form of an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of a use state of a suspension form of an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention can be manufactured by folding one member composed of one unfolded drawing. Wherein, the thick lines are cutting lines, and the thin lines are folding lines.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention includes a right side surface portion 10, second covers 20, 21, a rear surface portion 30, first covers 40, 41, 42, a left side surface portion 50, a bottom surface portion 60, and a front surface portion 70, and in one embodiment of the present invention, an attachment portion 100 is formed to attach the attachment portion 100 to the right side surface portion 10, thereby forming a quadrangular box as a hexahedron.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the planar portion may open by unfolding the first cover, and the left side portion, the right side portion, the front portion, the rear portion, and the bottom portion may be closed.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sheet is made of paper, but may be made of synthetic resin or any material that can be processed into a sheet-like developed pattern.

Fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment in which the second cover is formed on the right side, but in the case of manufacturing the second cover in an expanded view of a mirror image of fig. 1, another embodiment in which the second cover is formed on the left side may be implemented.

The right side surface portion 10 is a portion for closing the right side surface of the packing box.

The second cover covering portion 20 is a portion extending from an upper portion of the right side surface portion 10.

The second cover insertion portion 21 is a portion extending from an upper portion of the second cover covering portion.

Also, as shown in the expanded view of fig. 4, the second cover second insertion portion 22 may extend from a side portion of the second cover covering portion 20, which is inserted into the inside of the front surface portion, thereby making the second cover more firmly fixed to the case.

The rear surface portion 30 is a portion extending from the right side portion of the right side surface portion.

The first cover covering portion 40 extends from an upper portion of the rear surface portion.

The first cover insertion portion 41 is a portion extending from an upper portion of the first cover covering portion.

In this case, the first cover insertion portion 41 is formed with a through hole 42 into which the hanging portion is inserted and hung when displaying the merchandise, and the shape of the through hole may be various shapes into which the hanging portion can be inserted.

The left side surface 50 is a portion extending from the right side of the rear surface.

In this case, the left side surface portion 50 is formed with a cut portion 51 into which a part of the second cap insertion portion 21 is inserted, and the cut portion 51 may have a rectangular hole shape as shown in fig. 1 and 2, but may be cut in a simple linear shape, and preferably, the width thereof may be the same as the width of the second cap insertion portion 21 or slightly larger than the width of the second cap insertion portion 21.

The front portion 70 is a front portion extending from the other side portion of the left side portion.

The bottom surface portion 60 is a portion for closing the bottom of the packaging box, and in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, may extend from a lower portion of the rear surface portion 30, but may extend from various portions such as the left side surface portion 50, the right side surface portion 10, and the front surface portion 70.

The application method of the embodiment of the invention with the structure is as follows:

when the box is used in the storage mode, after the covering part of the second cover covers the plane part, the covering part of the first cover covers the plane part, and the first cover inserting part is inserted into the box.

On the other hand, when the suspension bracket is used in a suspended state, the first cover is unfolded, the covering portion of the second cover covers the flat surface portion, the insertion portion covers the outer side of the side surface portion, and the through hole of the insertion portion of the first cover is hung on the suspension bracket for use in a state where a part of the insertion portion is inserted into the cut portion and fixed.
