1. A biopsy needle for facilitating efficient complete cutting, comprising:

a solid needle;

a hollow cannula rotatably mounted externally of said solid needle and operatively movable within said hollow cannula, an end of one end of said hollow cannula being formed with a circular blade; when the needle is used, after the solid needle and the hollow sleeve integrally puncture to approach target tissues, the solid needle is retracted to be withdrawn from the hollow sleeve, and the hollow sleeve is pushed and rotated, so that the circular blade at the end part of the hollow sleeve cuts the tissues to obtain a cylindrical tissue sample.

4. The biopsy needle facilitating efficient complete cutting according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the solid needle is a tri-edged needle.

5. The biopsy needle facilitating efficient complete cutting according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the biopsy needle facilitating efficient complete cutting forms a snap fit operation with a handle.

6. The biopsy needle facilitating efficient complete cutting according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the biopsy needle facilitating efficient complete cutting comprises a negative pressure device, wherein the negative pressure device is connected with the hollow cannula.

7. The biopsy needle facilitating efficient complete cutting according to claim 6, wherein the negative pressure device is a syringe.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a biopsy needle, in particular to a biopsy needle convenient for efficient and complete cutting.

Background

Biopsy needles are used to take biopsies of kidney, liver, breast, thyroid, prostate, pancreas, testis, uterus, and many other organs, as well as vertebral tumors and unidentified tumors, to aspirate cells. An existing biopsy needle generally comprises a hollow needle, a solid needle and a driving mechanism, wherein a cutting window is obliquely arranged at the front end of a needle body of the biopsy needle, and the solid needle is sleeved inside the hollow needle. In the actual sampling process, the hollow needle and the solid needle penetrate into the soft tissue together, the solid needle is still after reaching the sampled tissue, and the hollow needle continues to penetrate the soft tissue forwards and reaches the target position, and then the tissue sample is extracted in a vacuum adsorption mode. However, in the sampling process, a small amount of air always enters the surgical site, so that the vacuum degree of the whole biopsy needle system is low, and further, the amount of soft tissue entering a biopsy needle cutting window is small, and the sampling amount is small. And the soft tissue is extracted by adopting a tearing mode in the cutting process, the efficiency of cutting and sampling is low, and the sampling shape is irregular.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a biopsy needle convenient for efficient and complete cutting, which solves the problems of low vacuum degree and small sampling amount caused by the fact that a small amount of air enters an operation part in the sampling process of the existing biopsy needle, and the existing biopsy needle is low in cutting efficiency and irregular in sampling shape.

To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a biopsy needle facilitating efficient complete cutting, comprising a solid needle and a hollow cannula. The hollow cannula is rotatably mounted on the exterior of the solid needle and the solid needle is operatively movable within the hollow cannula, the end of one end of the hollow cannula being formed with a circular blade. When the solid needle and the hollow cannula integrally puncture to approach target tissues, the solid needle is retracted to withdraw the solid needle from the hollow cannula, and the hollow cannula is pushed forward and rotated, so that the circular blade at the end part of the hollow cannula cuts the tissues to obtain a cylindrical tissue sample.

The following description is only for the purpose of disclosing the invention so as to enable a person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The principles of the invention, as defined in the following description, may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other arrangements without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention provides a biopsy needle that facilitates efficient complete cutting, comprising a solid needle 10 and a hollow cannula 20.

The solid needle 10 is a solid Mitsubishi needle, which is convenient for rapidly penetrating tissue to reach a target site during operation.

Hollow cannula 20 is rotatably mounted over the exterior of solid needle 10 and solid needle 10 is operatively movable within hollow cannula 20. That is, solid needle 10 is retractable along hollow cannula 20. The end of the hollow cannula 20 at one end is formed with a circular blade such that, after the solid needle 10 and the hollow cannula 20 are integrally penetrated close to the target tissue in use, the solid needle 10 is retreated to withdraw the solid needle 10 from the hollow cannula 20, and then the hollow cannula 20 is advanced and rotated so that the circular blade at the end of the hollow cannula 20 cuts the tissue, thereby obtaining a cylindrical tissue sample. It can be understood that, owing to adopt circular blade to carry out the rotary cutting to the tissue, not only can cut out the tissue sample of shape rule like this, circular blade's cutting window is circularly moreover, and circular blade is inseparabler with the tissue contact when the cutting, can avoid the air to get into the operation position better, guarantees the vacuum of biopsy needle system, and then can get off the tissue cutting better, increases the sample volume, improves sample efficiency.

Further, the biopsy needle facilitating efficient and complete cutting further comprises a rotary-cut sleeve 30, the rotary-cut sleeve 30 is sleeved outside the hollow sleeve 20, and the end of the rotary-cut sleeve 30 is provided with a plurality of metal slices 31 made of memory alloy. Alternatively, in this embodiment, all of the metal slices 31 surround the central axis of the atherectomy cannula 30 and are arranged along the edge of the atherectomy cannula 30 in a zigzag pattern. After the whole biopsy needle formed by mutually connecting and matching the solid needle 10, the hollow sleeve 20 and the rotary cutting sleeve 30 is inserted into a body, the hollow sleeve 20 is rotated to cut the living tissue in a circular manner, and a cylindrical sample is collected by utilizing the hollow sleeve 20, so that the sampling rule is regular, and the sampling integrity is improved; the multiple metal slices 31 of the rotary-cut sleeve 30 can increase the cutting efficiency twice, and the sampling integrity is improved doubly. Compared with the traditional technology, the biopsy needle provided by the invention can facilitate efficient and complete cutting, and can increase the tissue sampling amount.

It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention.
