1. An elastic member for a paper diaper, characterized in that the elastic member for a paper diaper comprises:

the length of the elastic belt is smaller than that of the non-woven fabric layers, the elastic belt is installed between every two adjacent non-woven fabric layers and limited between every two adjacent rows of connection points, and two ends of the elastic belt are fixedly connected with the end portions of the two adjacent non-woven fabric layers in the length direction respectively.

2. The elastic member for a disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein a distance between said connecting points of two adjacent rows is 5mm to 15 mm.

3. The elastic member for a disposable diaper according to claim 2, wherein the length of the nonwoven layer between two adjacent rows of said attachment points is 1.5 to 2 times the distance between two adjacent rows of said attachment points.

4. The elastic member for a disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein a distance between said connecting points of two adjacent rows is 1/2 to 1/3 of a distance between said connecting points of two adjacent rows.

5. The elastic member for a disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein said nonwoven layer is provided with a crease both at a position between two adjacent rows of attachment points and at a position between two adjacent rows of attachment points.

6. The elastic member for a disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein adjacent two of said nonwoven fabric layers are bonded by ultrasonic welding or hot melt adhesive to form said connection points.

7. The elastic member for a disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein adjacent two of said nonwoven fabric layers are joined by hook and loop fasteners to form said joining points.

8. The elastic member of a disposable diaper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end portion of said elastic band is joined to the adjacent two said nonwoven layers by ultrasonic welding or hot melt adhesive bonding.

9. A diaper comprising a main body provided in an elongated shape and an elastic member of the diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the elastic member of the diaper being attached to one end of the main body.

10. The disposable diaper of claim 9, wherein the main body includes a front waist, a crotch portion, and a rear waist, the rear waist having the elastic member of the disposable diaper mounted thereon, the front waist having hook and loop fasteners along opposite sides in a width direction thereof, the rear waist having hook and loop fasteners along opposite sides in the width direction thereof, the hook and loop fasteners extending in the width direction of the rear waist.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary articles, in particular to an elastic part of a paper diaper and the paper diaper.

Background

The waist position of the prior sanitary products such as paper diapers and trousers is generally provided with an elastic component, the elastic component is composed of a plurality of non-woven fabric layers which are sequentially overlapped and a rubber band which is arranged between two adjacent non-woven fabric layers, and the two adjacent non-woven fabric layers are mainly fixed through hot melt adhesive, so that the rubber band which is arranged between the two adjacent non-woven fabric layers is fixed. Therefore, the elastic part is of a completely closed structure, and the air permeability of the elastic part is poor, so that the user experience is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide an elastic part of a paper diaper, aiming at improving the air permeability of the elastic part of the paper diaper.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an elastic member for a diaper, comprising:

the non-woven fabric layer between any two adjacent rows of connection points or the non-woven fabric layer between any two adjacent rows of connection points form folds; and

the length of the elastic belt is smaller than that of the non-woven fabric layers, the elastic belt is installed between every two adjacent non-woven fabric layers and limited between every two adjacent rows of connection points, and two ends of the elastic belt are fixedly connected with the end portions of the two adjacent non-woven fabric layers in the length direction respectively.

In one embodiment, the distance between the connection points of two adjacent columns is 5mm-15 mm.

In one embodiment, the length of the non-woven fabric layer between two adjacent columns of the connection points is 1.5 to 2 times of the distance between two adjacent columns of the connection points.

In one embodiment, the distance between the connection points of two adjacent columns is 1/2-1/3 of the distance between the connection points of two adjacent rows.

In one embodiment, the position of the non-woven fabric layer between two adjacent rows of connection points and the position of the non-woven fabric layer between two adjacent columns of connection points are provided with folds.

In one embodiment, two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers are bonded by ultrasonic welding or hot melt adhesive to form the connection point.

There are various connection manners between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110, for example, the connection position between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 is sewn by a sewing machine, and for example, the fixed connection position between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 can be adhered by glue, and there is no specific limitation on the connection manner between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110. The elastic belt 120 is installed between two adjacent non-woven fabric layers 110 and is limited between two adjacent rows of connection points 111, so that the middle part of the elastic belt 120 does not need to be fixed, and the installation of the elastic belt 120 is facilitated. The two ends of the elastic belt 120 are fixedly connected to the corresponding ends of the nonwoven layer 110 in various ways, for example, the elastic belt 120 is fixed to the nonwoven layer 110 by ultrasonic welding, and for example, the elastic belt 120 is fixed to the nonwoven layer 110 by hot melt adhesive.

Since the natural length of the elastic band 120 is shorter than that of the nonwoven fabric, after the elastic band 120 is installed between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110, the nonwoven fabric layers 110 are in a contracted state along the longitudinal direction thereof, and at this time, the nonwoven fabric layers 110 located between two adjacent rows of the connection points 111 form the gathers 112. Because the folds 112 between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 are opposite, two folds 112 oppositely arranged between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 together enclose to form a ventilation channel, and the cross-sectional area of the ventilation channel is larger than that of the elastic belt 120 passing through the ventilation channel, at this time, air can smoothly pass through the ventilation channel, thereby improving the ventilation of the elastic part 100 of the diaper 1000.

Because the length of the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between any two adjacent rows of connection points 111 is limited, when the elastic belt 120 is greatly deformed to cause the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between any two adjacent rows of connection points 111 to be completely flattened, the nonwoven fabric between two adjacent rows of connection points 111 cannot form the wrinkles 112, and therefore, the wrinkles 112 formed on the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between any two adjacent rows of connection points 111 can be formed before the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is stretched, so that even if the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is stretched along the length direction of the nonwoven fabric layer 110, the wrinkles 112 formed on the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between any two adjacent rows of connection points 111 cannot be affected, thereby providing a ventilation channel for smooth flow of air, and improving the ventilation performance of the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000.

It is particularly noted that when the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 encircles the waist of the user, the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is deformed by the external force, the plurality of the non-woven fabric layers 110 in the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 are arranged at intervals between the inside and the outside, the non-woven fabric layer 110 positioned at the outermost side among the plurality of non-woven fabric layers 110 is deformed most, and the non-woven fabric layer 110 positioned at the innermost side among the plurality of non-woven fabric layers 110 is deformed least or not deformed, so that the degree of friction between the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 and the skin of the waist of the user is reduced. Particularly, when a user is in a motion state, even if the outermost nonwoven fabric layer 110 of the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is deformed relatively greatly, the deformation of the innermost nonwoven fabric layer 110 of the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is relatively small or even absent, so that the mutual friction between the innermost nonwoven fabric layer 110 of the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 and the skin of the user is avoided, and the comfort of the diaper 1000 provided with the elastic member 100 is greatly improved.

In the invention, a plurality of connection points 111 are formed by connecting a plurality of positions of two adjacent non-woven fabric layers 110 in an elastic part 100 of the paper diaper 1000, the plurality of connection points 111 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the length direction of the non-woven fabric layers 110, the plurality of connection points 111 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the width direction of the non-woven fabric layers 110, and folds 112 are formed on the non-woven fabric layers 110 between any two adjacent rows of connection points 111 or the non-woven fabrics between any two adjacent rows of connection points 111; the elastic belt 120 in the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is installed between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110, the elastic belt 120 is installed between two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 and is limited between two adjacent rows of connection points 111, two ends of the elastic belt 120 are respectively fixedly connected with the ends of the two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 in the length direction, and the length of the elastic belt 120 is less than that of the nonwoven fabric layers 110. This enables the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 to always form a channel for smooth air flow in spite of the deformation of the elastic member 100, which is beneficial to improve the ventilation of the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000, and enables users with different physical sizes to use the diaper 1000 with the elastic member 100. In addition, when the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is elastically deformed, the nonwoven fabric layer 110 not in contact with the user is deformed to a large extent, and the nonwoven fabric layer 110 in contact with the user is substantially slightly deformed or even not deformed. Thus, the degree of friction between the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 and the skin of the user's waist can be reduced, which is further beneficial to improving the comfort of the user.

It should be noted that the distance between two adjacent columns of connection points 111 can be arbitrarily set, and it is considered that if the distance between two adjacent columns of connection points 111 is too small, the number of connection points 111 of two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 is large, which causes that two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 need to consume a large amount of time when being fixedly connected, thereby reducing the efficiency of the fixed connection of the two nonwoven fabric layers 110; if the distance between two adjacent columns of connection points 111 is too large, the length of the nonwoven fabric layer 110 located at two adjacent columns of connection points 111 is relatively long, and there is no structural support in the middle of two adjacent columns of nonwoven fabric layers 110, which results in that the nonwoven fabric layer 110 located at two adjacent columns of connection points 111 is easily deformed, that is, the wrinkles 112 formed between two adjacent columns of connection points 111 are easily collapsed, and thus an effective ventilation channel cannot be formed. Further, the length of the non-woven fabric between two adjacent columns of the connection points 111 is 1.5 to 2 times of the distance between two adjacent columns of the connection points 111. With such an arrangement, on one hand, the deformation length of the elastic component 100 of the diaper 1000 can be ensured, and on the other hand, the size of the folds 112 formed between two rows of the connection points 111 by the non-woven fabric can be ensured to be proper, so that the folds 112 can bear large pressure without deformation.

Furthermore, the distance between the connection points 111 in two adjacent rows is 1/2-1/3 of the distance between the connection points 111 in two adjacent rows. Due to the arrangement, on one hand, the number of the connecting points 111 is reduced, and the two adjacent non-woven fabric layers 110 are convenient to connect and fix; on the other hand, the length of the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between two adjacent rows of connection points 111 can be shortened, that is, the span of the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between two adjacent rows of connection points 111 is increased to ensure the ventilation area of the wrinkles 112 formed between two adjacent rows of connection points 111, so that the problem that the wrinkles 112 formed between two adjacent rows of connection points 111 are too prominent is avoided.

Further, the position of the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between two adjacent rows of the connection points 111 or the position of the nonwoven fabric layer 110 between two adjacent rows of the connection points 111 is provided with a crease. The fold may be one, two or even more, and is not limited in this respect, so that the folds 112 are formed in the nonwoven layer 110 between two adjacent rows of the connection points 111 and in the nonwoven layer between two adjacent rows of the connection points 111.

It should be noted that, two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 may be fixedly connected or detachably connected, in an embodiment of the present application, two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 are fixedly connected, and specifically, two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 are bonded by ultrasonic welding or hot melt adhesive. The ultrasonic welding has the characteristics of high welding speed and high welding strength, the fixing efficiency of the two non-woven fabric layers 110 can be improved due to the high welding speed, and the firmness between the two non-woven fabric layers 110 can be improved due to the high welding strength. The hot melt adhesive bonding has the characteristics of low cost and high strength, the production cost of the elastic part 100 of the paper diaper 1000 can be reduced due to the low cost, and the firmness between the two non-woven fabric layers 110 can be improved due to the high strength.

In another embodiment of the present application, two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 are detachably connected, and specifically, two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 are connected and fixed through a hook and loop fastener, that is, a plurality of hook and loop fasteners are disposed on two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110 or a plurality of hook and loop fasteners are disposed on one of two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110, and a plurality of hook and loop fasteners are disposed on the other of two adjacent nonwoven fabric layers 110. After the two hook-and-loop fasteners are mutually engaged or one hook-and-loop fastener is attached to one hook-and-loop fastener, the two non-woven fabric layers 110 can be fixedly connected. When the two hook-and-loop fasteners are detached by applying external force or one hook-and-loop fastener and one hook-and-loop fastener are detached, the two adjacent non-woven fabric layers can be detached. With such an arrangement, a user can conveniently adjust the number of the elastic bands 120 arranged between two adjacent non-woven fabric layers 110 according to requirements, so that the comfort of the diaper 1000 with the elastic component 100 of the diaper 1000 applied thereto is improved.

The present invention further provides a diaper 1000, please refer to fig. 1, wherein the diaper 1000 includes a main body 200 and an elastic component 100 installed at one end of the main body 200, the specific structure of the elastic component 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the diaper 1000 adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are provided, and are not described in detail herein.

In an embodiment, the main body 200 includes a front waist 210, a crotch 220 and a rear waist 230, the elastic member 100 of the diaper 1000 is installed on the rear waist 230, the front waist 210 is provided with hook and loop fasteners 211 along two opposite sides in the width direction, the rear waist 230 is provided with hook and loop fasteners along two opposite sides in the width direction, and the hook and loop fasteners extend along the width direction of the rear waist 230. So set up, be convenient for fix on user's body this panty-shape diapers 1000.
