An external sounder 8 and an external microphone are arranged outside the transparent cover 2, and an internal microphone electrically connected with the external sounder 8 and an internal sounder 23 electrically connected with the external microphone are arranged inside the transparent cover 2.

An air inlet 12 communicated with an air outlet pump 18 is arranged on the transparent cover 2, an air outlet 14 communicated with an air suction port of an air suction pump 15 is also arranged on the transparent cover 2, an air inlet switch is arranged on a pipeline communicated with the air outlet pump 18 and the air inlet pump 12, an air bag air inlet switch is also arranged on a pipeline communicated with the air bag 10 and the air outlet pump 18, and air supply to the air bag 10 or the air inlet 12 by the air pump 18 is determined by closing the air inlet switch and the air bag air inlet switch.

An air outlet switch is arranged on a pipeline for communicating the air outlet 14 with the air suction pump 15, an air bag air outlet switch is also arranged on a pipeline for communicating the air bag 10 with the air suction pump 15, and the air suction of the air bag 10 or the air outlet 14 by the air suction pump 15 is determined by closing the air outlet switch and the air bag air outlet switch.

An air disinfection and purification device 30 is arranged below the vehicle board 1, an air outlet of the air suction pump 15 is communicated with the air disinfection and purification device 30, and the air disinfection and purification device 30 in the embodiment is an ultraviolet air disinfection machine.

A sterilizer 16 is arranged below the vehicle plate 1, and a sterilizing port 13 communicated with the sterilizer 16 is arranged on the transparent cover 2. The sterilizer 16 in this embodiment is a hydrogen peroxide aerosol sterilizer, and may be a spray sterilizer containing a chemical disinfectant such as a chlorine-containing disinfectant.

The movable bed board 22 positioned in the transparent cover 2 is placed on the vehicle board 1. The movable bed board 22 is a rectangular board, and the movable bed board 22 is placed on the inner side of the annular boss 9. The movable bed board 22 is provided with a foldable handle.

Open the side of translucent cover 2 has a plurality of pipeline to pass hole 24, the pipeline passes hole 24 and is vertical rectangular hole, the pipeline passes the bottom surface that hole 24 runs through translucent cover 2, every pipeline passes hole 24 and posts a plurality of left and right sides and crisscross elasticity gasket 25 around, a perpendicular limit of elasticity gasket 25 and the sealed rigid coupling of translucent cover 2, another perpendicular limit setting of elasticity gasket 25 passes the within range of hole 24 at the pipeline, it has transversely to run through to the threading groove 26 at edge to open on the elasticity gasket 25, threading groove 26 is located the pipeline and passes the within range of hole 24, threading groove 26 of a plurality of elasticity gaskets 25 encloses into the round hole with the pipeline adaptation, the size of round hole slightly is less than the size of pipeline.

The terminal surface is equipped with two sets of folding landing legs 4 under 1 sweep, walking wheel 5 is installed at 4 lower extremes of folding landing leg, two walking wheels 5 of installation under 4 folding landing legs of every group, folding landing leg 4's structure is prior art, the detailed description is no longer given here, 6 supporting wheels 6 are still equipped with to the terminal surface under 1 sweep, 6 supporting wheels 6 are installed in the both sides at 1 four corners of sweep and length direction middle part, support the back on the ambulance with the supporting wheel 6 of 1 one end of sweep, it is folding to fold landing leg 4, folding landing leg 4 is folding back and is higher than the lower terminal surface of supporting wheel 6.

The lower end face of the vehicle plate 1 is also provided with an oxygen generator 19 and a storage battery 17, the oxygen generator 19 is used for supplying oxygen to patients, the outer cover 2 is provided with an oxygen port 11, the oxygen port 11 is a connecting pipe which is fixedly connected on the outer cover 2 in a sealing way, the outer end of the oxygen port 11 is communicated with the oxygen generator 19 through an oxygen pipe, and the inner end of the oxygen port 11 is communicated with an oxygen mask. The battery 17 can supply power to the devices on the trolley.

The air suction pump 15, the sterilizing machine 16, the storage battery 17, the air outlet pump 18, the oxygen generator 19 and the air sterilizing and purifying device 30 are all higher than the lower end surface of the supporting wheel 6.

The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:

when in use, the transparent cover 2 is rotated along the articulated shaft to open the transparent cover 2, so that a patient lies on the vehicle plate 1; or the movable bed plate 22 is taken out, the patient lies on the movable bed plate 22, and then the movable bed plate 22 is put on the vehicle board 1.

The transparent cover 2 is closed by rotating the transparent cover 2 about the hinge axis, and the air is injected into the airbag 10 by the air pump 18, and the space between the boss 9 and the transparent cover 2 is sealed by the expansion of the airbag 10.

When a patient in the transparent cover 2 needs to be treated, an operator inserts a hand between the elastic sealing bag 27 and the elastic supporting strip 28, the elastic sealing bag 27 is upwards unfolded, the hand is inserted into the transparent cover 2 to be operated, the elastic sealing bag 27 is attached and sealed with the arm of the operator through the gravity of non-Newtonian fluid in the elastic sealing bag 27, the arm of the operator is separated from the patient through the telescopic sleeve 29, after the operation is completed, the operator takes out the hand, the elastic sealing bag 27 is attached and sealed with the elastic supporting strip 28 through the gravity of the non-Newtonian fluid in the elastic sealing bag 27, when the operator takes out the hand, the telescopic sleeve 29 is outwards pulled, so that the telescopic sleeve 29 is compressed, and when the telescopic sleeve 29 is folded at the inner wall of the transparent cover 2.

When the transfer trolley needs to be placed on the ambulance, the folding legs 4 are folded, and the transfer trolley can be supported in the ambulance through the support wheels 6.

External sounds are transmitted into the transparent cover 2 through the external microphone and the internal sound generator 23, and internal sounds inside the transparent cover 2 are transmitted to the outside through the internal microphone and the external sound generator 8.

Air is pumped into the air inlet 12 through the air outlet pump 18, and the air of the transparent cover 2 is sucked out to the air sterilizing and purifying device 30 by the air suction pump 15 to be sterilized and then discharged, so that the air in the transparent cover 2 flows circularly.

The pipeline is put into the threading grooves 26 by bending the elastic sealing sheets 25, and the periphery of the pipeline is sealed by the plurality of threading grooves 26.

The air in the air bag 10 is sucked by the suction pump 15 to separate the air bag 10 from the transparent cover 2, and the transparent cover 2 is opened by rotating the transparent cover 2 along the hinge axis to allow the patient to leave the transfer cart.

After the patient leaves the trolley, the inside of the trolley is disinfected through a disinfection port 13 which is communicated with a disinfection machine 16, and places which cannot be treated by the disinfection machine are disinfected manually.
