On a laminating machine, the strip roll package of the protective surface layer, the strip roll package of the woven fabric layer of the yarn with the built-in medicine powder and the strip roll package of the unidirectional moisture-guiding layer are respectively and sequentially placed on an upper unwinding roller, a middle unwinding roller and a lower unwinding roller of the laminating machine, the centers of the protective surface layer strip, the woven fabric strip and the unidirectional moisture-guiding layer strip which are unwound from the upper unwinding roller, the middle unwinding roller and the lower unwinding roller in parallel are coincided, the upper surface of the woven fabric strip is attached to a nano filter layer of the protective surface layer strip, the lower surface of the woven fabric strip is closely attached to a hydrophilic surface of the unidirectional moisture-guiding layer strip, two edges of the attached integrated composite strip are respectively sewn and locked through a hemming machine, and the composite fabric with the built-in medicine powder is obtained.

The composite fabric with the built-in medicine powder can be used for composite fabrics with functions of haze prevention, sterilization, antibiosis or gas defense, and the like, such as protective articles for preparing masks, gas masks, protective clothing and the like.

As a preferable scheme, the composite fabric with the medicine powder inside is used for an antibacterial medical mask. The antibacterial medical mask comprises a mask surface body and an antibacterial tensioning belt, wherein the mask surface body is composed of the composite fabric with the built-in medicine powder or the composite fabric produced by the production method of the composite fabric with the built-in medicine powder, the water-repellent antibacterial outer layer of the composite fabric is the wearing exposed surface of the mask surface body, and the one-way moisture-conducting layer of the composite fabric is the wearing skin-attached surface of the mask surface body.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the antibacterial medical mask includes a mask body 5 and an antibacterial tightening strap 6, and the mask body 5 and the antibacterial tightening strap 6 are molded and packaged to obtain the antibacterial medical mask. The mask surface body is composed of the composite fabric with the built-in medicine powder, the water-repellent antibacterial outer layer 1 of the composite fabric is the wearing exposed surface of the mask surface body, and the one-way moisture-conducting layer 4 of the composite fabric is the wearing skin-close surface of the mask surface body.

As another preferable scheme, the composite fabric with the medicine powder inside is used for preparing protective clothing, and is particularly used for the back, the chest and other places of the protective clothing which are easy to sweat. The composite fabric with the built-in medicine powder has the functions of gas defense, antibiosis, sterilization and the like, and has the advantage of good air permeability, so that the problems of poor air permeability or difficulty in combination of protection and air permeability of the existing protective clothing can be solved.

An active antibacterial and bactericidal experiment is carried out on the composite fabric with the built-in drug powder produced in the following example, and the antibacterial and bactericidal effects are represented by cutting a sample into the size of 20mm × 30mm according to GB15979-2002 appendix C4 of hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles, the bacteria for detection are respectively escherichia coli ATCC25922 and staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538, and the bactericidal effect is tested, according to the regulation of GB15979-2002, the product has the bacteriostatic action when the bacteriostatic rate is more than or equal to 50-90 percent, and the product has the strong bacteriostatic action when the bacteriostatic rate is more than 90 percent.

The composite fabric with the medicine powder inside produced in the following examples is used for 4 h/day under simulated human body respiratory absorption degree and air exposure conditions, after N (N is an integer of 7-10) days are continuously used, the mask body is cut off in the same area under the sterile environment, the bacteria content is measured, and whether the sanitary requirement of the sanitary standard GB15980-1995 of the disposable medical product (the number of bacterial colonies is less than or equal to 10 cfu/cm) can be met after N days of use is tested2) To characterize its bactericidal durability.
