1) drawing: spreading the rice paper on the upper surface of the table body (1); the sliding block I (7) is adjusted to reach a proper position through the sliding rail I (5); the Chinese art paper is pressed by the pressing strip I (6) through the pressing strip loosening and tightening device; if copying is needed, the drawing clamping board (4) is turned upwards, the original drawing is clamped on the drawing clamping board (4) through the sliding rail II (47), the drawing pressing bar II (48) and the sliding block II (49), and then copying creation is conducted;

2) washing the pen: a painting brush to be cleaned is hung in a pen hanging groove (19) of the inclined pen rack (17) through a hook (20), and the pen point of the painting brush is inclined downwards; after the water pump (28) is started, clean water in the clean water tank (25) is pumped, and then the clean water flows out from the upper part of the corresponding pen hanging groove (19) through a pipeline I (27) to wash the painting pen; finally, sewage flows into the sewage tank (26) from the pipeline II (29);

3) storing pictures: after the painting is done, or when the old painting needs to be stored, the drying drawer (8) can be pulled out, the painting is rolled up and placed on the painting supporting column (9); the insect repellent is placed in the insect repelling grid (11), so that the painting can be prevented from being damaged by insects; the blower (13) in the blower bin (10) is started regularly, the blower (13) blows air into the overhead layer (45), and the air is blown into all corners of the drying drawer (8) from the air outlet holes (12) to ensure that the stored paintings are dried.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of drawing auxiliary equipment, and relates to a traditional Chinese painting creation table and a using method thereof.

Background

The traditional Chinese painting mainly refers to scroll painting which is drawn on silk, rice paper and silk and mounted, and embodies the cognition of people on the aspects of nature, society and politics, philosophy, religion, morality, literature and art and the like associated with the nature and the society in the aspects of content and artistic creation. The traditional Chinese painting creation process is exquisite, and the rice paper is light and thin and must be tiled and stabilized; when the brush is washed, if a plurality of pigments are washed in the same container, the brush pen is polluted by sewage, and the painting color is influenced; when the painting is copied, because the space of the table top is limited, the original painting is easy to pollute when being placed on the painting table, and is inconvenient to observe; traditional Chinese painting paintings need to be stored in a dry mode so as to avoid dampness, and the paintings need to be dried regularly, so that the traditional Chinese painting paintings are troublesome, and the paintings are easily damaged in the painting drying process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an art design pen washing device and a using method thereof, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a pen washing device for artistic design comprises a table body, a dry painting storage area, a pen washing area and a painting clamping board; the drying and picture storing area mainly comprises a drying drawer arranged on the side surface of the table body; a picture erecting column, a fan bin and an insect repellent grid are arranged in the drying drawer; the picture supporting columns are arranged on the inner bottom surface of the drying drawer in order; the fan bin is arranged in the middle of the drying drawer; two ends of the insect repellent grid are respectively connected with two opposite inner side surfaces of the drying drawer and pass through the fan bin; the inner bottom surface of the drying drawer is overhead to form an overhead layer; air outlet holes communicated with the drying drawer are distributed on the overhead layer; the fan bin is communicated with the overhead layer and is internally provided with a fan; the pen washing area comprises an inclined pen rack arranged on the upper surface of the desk body, and a clean water tank and a sewage tank which are arranged in the desk body; the inclined penholder is of an inclined boss structure, partition plates are arranged in order along the inclined direction of the inclined penholder, and the partition plates divide the inclined penholder into at least two groups of pen hanging grooves; the upper part of the pen hanging groove is provided with a hook, and a pipeline I connected with the clean water tank is arranged; the lower part of the pen hanging groove is horizontal, and a pipeline II connected with the sewage tank is arranged; a water pump is arranged on the pipeline I; a group of sliding rails I are arranged along two opposite long edges of the upper surface of the table body respectively; two pairs of sliding blocks I which respectively correspond to each other are sleeved on the two groups of sliding rails I; a group of drawing pressing strips I are arranged between each pair of corresponding sliding blocks I; a pressing drawing strip loosening and tightening device is arranged in the sliding block I; the back of the table body is at least sleeved with two groups of drawing board clamping supporting rods; the end part of the drawing board clamping support rod is hinged with the drawing board clamping plate; the drawing clamping board is provided with a slide rail II, a drawing pressing bar II and a slide block II, wherein the slide rail II, the drawing pressing bar II and the slide block II are identical in structure and principle with the slide rail I, the drawing pressing bar I and the slide block I. The picture supporting columns are used for supporting and placing picture rolls; the fan bin is positioned in the middle of the insect repellent grid and is also positioned in the middle of the drying drawer; the air blower blows air into the overhead layer, and airflow is uniformly blown into the drying drawer from the air outlet holes to ensure that the drying drawer is dry, so that the picture scroll stored in the drying drawer is kept dry; the clear water tank is used for storing clear water for washing pens; the sewage tank is used for collecting sewage after pen washing; the painting brush is hung in the pen hanging groove through the hook, and the water in the clear water tank is pumped by the water pump and enters the pen hanging groove to clean the painting brush; the slide rail I is used for adjusting the position of the slide block I, so that the painting pressing strip I moves to the edge of the rice paper, and then the painting pressing strip I is pressed and tightly pressed by the painting pressing strip tightening device, so that the rice paper is fixed; the sliding rail II, the drawing pressing bar II and the sliding block II are used for clamping the original picture on the drawing clamping board, so that copying creation is facilitated; the drawing board clamping supporting rod can be a telescopic rod.

As a further technical improvement, the erection column comprises a base, a stand column and an erection arc support; the base is connected with the drying drawer; the upright post is movably sleeved on the base; the frame drawing arc support is connected to the top of the upright post. The frame drawing arc support is an arc-shaped bracket with a downward bent center; the upright posts can rotate randomly, and if the picture scroll is long, the picture scroll can be obliquely placed on at least two groups of the frame picture posts.

As a further technical improvement, a fan supporting column is arranged at the bottom of the fan bin; the air outlet of the blower faces downwards and is erected on the blower support column; and an electric heating wire I is also arranged in the overhead layer. And opening the electric heating wire I, and blowing hot air into the air blower when the air blower blows air into the overhead layer.

As a further technical improvement, a water inlet switch is arranged at the top of the inclined pen rack, a water storage tank is horizontally formed at the bottom of the inclined pen rack, and drainage switches are arranged side by side; and each group of the water inlet switch and the water discharge switch respectively corresponds to each group of pen hanging grooves. The water inlet switch is used for controlling water inlet of the pen hanging groove; the drainage switch is used for controlling the discharge of the sewage after the pen is washed; the pen hanging grooves in each group can be independently filled with water and drained, pens in the pen hanging grooves in each group can be independently washed, and mutual pollution among writing brushes infected with ink with different colors is avoided; the water storage tank can store water, and a user can manually wash the pen in the water storage tank.

As a further technical improvement, each group of the water inlet switches are connected with a group of electric valves in series through a circuit to form a group of electric switches; each group of the electric switches are connected in parallel through a circuit; all the electric switches are connected in series with the water pump and are connected with a power supply. After any group of the water inlet switches are pressed down, the water pump, the power supply and the electric valves corresponding to the water inlet switches form a closed loop, the electric valves are opened at the moment, and the water pump pumps water in the clean water tank into the corresponding pen hanging grooves; after the hand is released, the electric valve and the water pump are both closed; therefore, independent water inlet control of each group of pen hanging grooves is realized.

As a further technical improvement, a water receiving tank is arranged below the drainage switch; the water receiving tank is connected with a pipeline II; the drainage switch comprises a plug, a pull shaft and a spring lever; a return spring is arranged in the middle of the spring lever, and two ends of the spring lever are respectively connected with the plug and the pull shaft; the plug penetrates out of the water storage tank to form the inclined pen rack; the pull shaft penetrates out of the water storage tank and penetrates out of the inclined pen rack; and a pull ring is arranged at the top end of the pull shaft. Under a general state, the spring lever pushes the plug upwards under the action of the return spring, so that the plug blocks the water storage tank to realize the sealing of the bottom of the water storage tank; the pull ring is pulled to make the pull shaft is upward, under the action of the spring lever, the plug moves downwards, the sealing state of the water storage tank is destroyed, sewage flows down from the water storage tank and enters the water receiving tank, and then enters the sewage tank through the water receiving pipeline II.

As a further technical improvement, one end of the sliding block I is provided with a sliding chute matched and sleeved with the sliding rail I, and the other end of the sliding block I is provided with a picture pressing strip tightening device; the drawing strip pressing and loosening device comprises a high-low pressure drawing cavity and a spring arranged in the high-low pressure drawing cavity; the end part of the pressing strip I is provided with a pressing connecting block; the pressing picture connecting block penetrates into the high-pressure and low-pressure picture cavity and is propped by the spring; and a pressing adhesive tape is arranged at the bottom of the pressing strip I. One side of the interior of the high-low pressure drawing cavity is high, and the other side of the interior of the high-low pressure drawing cavity is low; when the pressing connection block is positioned on the side higher than the high-low pressure painting cavity, the pressing strip I is in a loose state and can be freely translated along the sliding rail I; pressing the pressing strip I, moving the pressing strip I to enable the pressing connecting block to enter the lower side of the high-low pressure painting cavity, releasing the hand, enabling the spring to push the pressing connecting block upwards, enabling the pressing strip I to tightly press the upper surface of the desk body at the moment, and enabling the pressing strip I not to move any more, and achieving the effect of pressing the rice paper when the rice paper is laid on the desk surface; the pressing rubber strip is compressed and deformed when the pressing strip I contacts the table body, so that the pressing strip I is pressed more tightly.

As a further technical improvement, the upper surface of the table body is also provided with a pigment groove; the pigment groove is provided with a detachable pigment grid. The pigment grids can be filled with ink or pigment with different colors and can be disassembled and washed.

As a further technical improvement, at least one group of illuminating lamps are arranged on the top of the picture clamping board; an electric heating wire II is arranged inside the tabletop of the table body; a rechargeable battery is arranged at the lower part of the table body; the upper part of the clean water tank is connected with a water feeding pipeline; the bottom of the sewage tank is connected with a drainage pipeline. The illuminating lamp is used for illuminating the original picture during copying; after the electric heating wire II is opened, the upper surface of the table body can be warmed, so that the ink on the rice paper is quickly dried; the rechargeable battery provides electric energy for all the electric devices on the creation desk; the water adding pipeline is used for adding water to the clear water tank; the drainage pipeline is used for discharging sewage in the sewage tank.

The use method of the art design pen washing device comprises the following steps:

drawing: spreading the rice paper on the upper surface of the table body; adjusting the sliding block I to reach a proper position through the sliding rail I; pressing the Chinese art paper by the pressing strip I through a pressing strip loosening and tightening device; if copying is needed, the drawing clamping board is turned upwards, the original picture is clamped on the drawing clamping board through the sliding rail II, the drawing pressing bar II and the sliding block II, and then copying creation is conducted;

washing the pen: a painting brush to be cleaned is hung in a pen hanging groove of the inclined pen rack through a hook, and the pen point of the painting brush is inclined downwards; after the water pump is started, clean water in the clean water tank is pumped, and then the clean water flows out from the upper part of the corresponding pen hanging groove through the pipeline I to flush the painting pen; finally, sewage flows into a sewage tank from the pipeline II;

storing pictures: after the painting is done, or when the old painting needs to be stored, the drying drawer can be pulled out, the painting is rolled up and placed on the painting supporting column; the insect repellent, such as camphor ball, is placed in the insect repellent grid, so that the picture can be prevented from being damaged by insects; the blower in the blower cabin is started regularly, the blower blows air into the overhead layer, and the air is blown into each corner of the drying drawer from the air outlet hole, so that the paintings stored in the drying drawer are dried.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the device can stably press the rice paper by arranging the painting pressing bar I and the corresponding painting pressing part on the table body, thereby avoiding the rice paper from shifting or wrinkling during painting.

2. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the brush washing area, the brush brushes contaminated with different colors of ink can be independently washed, so that the mutual pollution of the brush brushes is avoided, and meanwhile, the washing effect is excellent.

3. The device can firmly clamp the original painting during copying through the arrangement of the painting board clamping, and is convenient for painters to compare and operate.

4. The device can dry and store the picture scroll through the arrangement of the drying and picture storing area, and is provided with the air blower for blowing air, so that the picture drying frequency can be reduced, and the damage of the picture painters by insects can be avoided.

5. The electric heating wire II is arranged in the desktop, so that ink on paintings can be dried quickly.
