Technical Field

The invention relates to a bottle cap and a bottle, in particular to a bottle cap and a bottle which are convenient to open, and belongs to the technical field of containers and parts thereof.

Background

In most of the containers on the market, the opening mode of the bottle cap is usually designed uniquely to be convenient for opening under the condition of keeping good sealing. The bottle cap is designed to be applied to the field of wine bottles, such as wine bottles of red wine, the traditional red wine is sealed in a bottle stopper mode and is inconvenient to open, and therefore the bottle cap and the bottle which are convenient to open need to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a bottle cap which is easy to open and a bottle using the same.

In order to achieve the purpose, the bottle cap comprises an upper sheet body, a middle sheet body and a lower sheet body which are stacked and can rotate relatively, wherein an upper through hole, a middle through hole and a lower through hole are respectively formed in the upper sheet body, the middle sheet body and the lower sheet body, and the upper through hole, the middle through hole and the lower through hole can be rotated to be positioned on the same straight line; the bottle cap comprises a rotating part and a fixing part, the rotating part at least comprises the upper sheet body and the middle sheet body, and the fixing part at least comprises the lower sheet body; a first stop block and a first arc-shaped groove which are matched with each other are arranged between the upper sheet body and the middle sheet body, so that the first stop block can relatively move in the first arc-shaped groove by rotating the upper sheet body, and the middle sheet body can be driven to rotate together when the first stop block relatively moves to one end of the first arc-shaped groove; and a second stop dog and a second arc-shaped groove which are mutually matched are arranged between the middle sheet body and the lower sheet body, so that the rotation of the middle sheet body can enable the second stop dog to move relatively in the second arc-shaped groove.

By adopting the technical scheme, the bottle cap and the bottle have good sealing effect and are convenient to use and operate, when sealing is needed, the upper sheet body is rotated to enable the upper through hole and the middle through hole to be staggered with each other, the first stop block moves relatively in the first arc-shaped groove while rotating, and when the first stop block touches the end edge of the first arc-shaped groove, the middle sheet body can be driven to rotate together, so that the middle through hole and the lower through hole are staggered with each other, and in the rotating process of the middle sheet body, the second stop block can move relatively in the second arc-shaped groove until the second stop block touches the end edge of the second arc-shaped groove; when needs are opened, then the lamellar body is gone up in the counter rotation, and the lamellar body is rotatory until last through-hole, well through-hole and lower through-hole lie in same vertical line in the final drive.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the detailed description.

The invention provides a novel bottle cap and a bottle using the same. In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the bottle includes a bottle cap 1 and a bottle body 2. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bottle cap 1 includes an upper cap 11 composed of a cap body 111 and an outer sleeve 112 engaged with the lower portion of the cap body 111, an end cap 12 located outside the upper cap 11, an upper sheet 13, a middle sheet 14, a lower sheet 15 and a base 16 located below the lower sheet 15, wherein the upper sheet 13, the middle sheet 14, the lower sheet 15 and the lower sheet are stacked and can rotate relatively.

The base 16 comprises a plunger 161, a gasket 162 and an inner sleeve 163, wherein the plunger 161 is provided with a liquid outlet hole 16a and a gas vent 16b, most of the plunger 161 is inserted into the bottle body 2, the top of the plunger 161 protrudes above the bottle mouth and is positioned inside the inner sleeve 163, and the gasket 162 is positioned in a mounting groove at the top end of the plunger 161.

The inner side wall of the inner sleeve 163 is provided with second protrusions 163a at intervals, the outer side wall of the plunger 161 is provided with second grooves 161a matched with the second protrusions 163a, the plunger 161 can be inserted into the inner sleeve 163 during installation, and the second protrusions 163a are provided with wedge-shaped surface structures to facilitate the insertion of the plunger 161. The lower end of the inner sleeve 163 is provided with a plug part 163b extending downward, and the mouth 21 is provided with a socket part 211 corresponding to the plug part 163b, so that the inner sleeve 163 can be prevented from rotating after the plug part 163b is inserted into the socket part 211.

The outer sleeve 112 includes a vertical plate portion 112a extending upward, the cover 111 is provided with an abdicating groove 111a for accommodating the vertical plate portion 112a, a hook portion 112b is provided at the top of the vertical plate portion 112a, and the cover 111 is provided with a buckle portion 111b matched with the hook portion 112 b. After the outer sleeve 112 and the cover 111 are inserted and fixed, the vertical plate portion 112a enters the receding groove 111a to perform the function of synchronously rotating the two.

The upper cover 11 is fastened to the base 16 to form a cavity for accommodating the upper sheet 13, the middle sheet 14 and the lower sheet 15.

A first protrusion 163c is provided on an outer sidewall of the inner sleeve 163, a first groove 112c extending in a circumferential direction is provided on an inner sidewall of the outer sleeve 112, and the first protrusion 163c and the first groove 112c form a rotation preventing structure so that the inner sleeve 163 can relatively rotate within the outer sleeve 112 but is prevented from being released outward. The first protrusions 163c are also provided with a wedge-shaped surface structure to facilitate the insertion of the inner sleeve 163 into the inner side of the outer sleeve 112.

Slots 163d are respectively formed in the side wall of the inner sleeve 163 and at two sides of the first protrusion 163c and the second protrusion 163a, so that the side wall can be slightly deformed and retracted during plugging, thereby facilitating smooth insertion.

Upper through holes 131, middle through holes 141 and lower through holes 151 are respectively arranged on the upper sheet body 13, the middle sheet body 14 and the lower sheet body 15, and the upper through holes 131, the middle through holes 141 and the lower through holes 151 can be rotated to be positioned on the same straight line and above the liquid outlet holes 16a, so that liquid can be poured outwards. The upper sheet body 13, the middle sheet body 14 and the lower sheet body 15 are further provided with an upper air hole 132, a middle air hole 142 and a lower air hole 152, respectively, and the upper air hole 132, the middle air hole 142 and the lower air hole 152 can be rotated to be positioned on the same straight line and above the air hole 16 b.

The inner side wall of the cover 111 is provided with a key groove 111c, and the edge of the upper sheet 13 is provided with a key 133 protruding to the radial outside, so that after the upper sheet 13 enters the inner side of the cover 111, the key 133 and the key 133 groove 111c are matched to form a synchronous rotation limiting structure, and the upper sheet and the cover can rotate synchronously.

A first stop 145 and a first arc-shaped groove 134 which are matched with each other are arranged between the upper sheet body 13 and the middle sheet body 14, so that the first stop 145 can relatively move in the first arc-shaped groove 134 by rotating the upper sheet body 13, and the middle sheet body 14 can be driven to rotate together when the first stop 145 relatively moves to one end of the first arc-shaped groove 134; a second stopper 146 and a second arc-shaped groove 154 which are matched with each other are arranged between the middle sheet body 14 and the lower sheet body 15, so that the rotation of the middle sheet body 14 can enable the second stopper 146 to move relatively in the second arc-shaped groove 154. In this embodiment, the first arc-shaped slot 134 is disposed on the upper sheet 13, the second arc-shaped slot 154 is disposed on the lower sheet 15, and correspondingly, the first stopper 145 and the second stopper 146 are mounted in the first mounting hole 143 and the second mounting hole 144 on the middle sheet 14. Of course, in other embodiments, the first arc-shaped slot 134 or the second arc-shaped slot 154 can also be disposed on the middle sheet 14, which is not described herein.

The cover 111 is further provided with a mounting shaft 111d extending downward, and the upper plate 13, the middle plate 14, and the lower plate 15 are mounted on the mounting shaft 111 d.

A fixed limiting structure is arranged between the base 16 and the lower sheet body 15 and is used for preventing the lower sheet body 15 from rotating. The fixed limit structure comprises a clamping groove part 153 arranged on the lower sheet body 15 and a column part 163e arranged at the top of the inner sleeve 163.

In this embodiment, the upper sheet body 13, the middle sheet body 14, and the lower sheet body 15 are ceramic sheets, respectively, and the ceramic sheets have the characteristics of simple processing technology and wear resistance, and can achieve a good sealing effect by sealing through an upper layer structure, a middle layer structure, and a lower layer structure. Of course, in other embodiments, the middle sheet 14 may be made of flexible or rigid material such as resin, rubber, or silicone, but in contrast, the use of ceramic material can avoid the above-mentioned defects such as swelling and deformation of other materials during use, and ensure good sealing performance all the time.

By adopting the technical scheme, the bottle cap 1 and the bottle have good sealing effect, are convenient to use and operate and are simple to assemble. The upper cover 11, the upper sheet body 13 and the middle sheet body 14 form a rotating part, the lower sheet body 15 and the base 16 form a fixing part, when sealing is needed, the upper cover 11 is rotated to drive the upper sheet body 13, so that the upper through hole 131 and the middle through hole 141 are staggered, the first stop block 145 relatively moves in the first arc-shaped groove 134 during rotation, when the first stop block 145 touches the end edge of the first arc-shaped groove 134, the middle sheet body 14 can be driven to rotate together, so that the middle through hole 141 and the lower through hole 151 are staggered, and in the rotating process of the middle sheet body 14, the second stop block 146 relatively moves in the second arc-shaped groove 154 until the second stop block 146 touches the end edge of the second arc-shaped groove 154; when the opening is needed, the upper sheet body 13 is rotated reversely, and finally the middle sheet body 14 is driven to rotate until the upper through hole 131, the middle through hole 141 and the lower through hole 151 are located on the same vertical line.
